A Case of Mistaken Identity

Slouching against Justin limply, Chang snickered to herself as Justin fussed over her like a mother hen. Checking her clothes, and skin for bruising, he started just patting her head and arm.

"What happened? Where did he touch you? Did he hurt you? Do you know who he was, I swear to god, that guy better never show his face again or I'll put the hurting on you. Shh shh, it's ok I'm here for you!" Mistaking the shaking of her shoulders from laughing inside for tears, Justin started to comfort her further.

Chang wanted to tell Justin that the man was a pervert, but was not a creeping molester as he thought. However she tried though she could not seem to make her mouth work right. All the sounds that came out were slurred and rushed, sounding like sing song in her ear.

Chang gave up and started drifting from thought to thought unable to keep one for long while leaning against her friend. Smiling to herself she suddenly had a song come to her head, as soon as it came to her she began to sing it to herself.

"Oh intoxicate me now

With your loving now

I think I'm ready now

I think I'm ready now"

Beside her Justin chuckled a little to himself as he heard the girl next to him start busting out in a slurred, warbling song. After singing what had vaguely sounded like a Britney spears song, Chang moved on from song to song, changing the words as she pleased. Originally he had been worried over how traumatized she would be by the creep, but she had already moved on from it, or forgot. As he was unable to get a coherent answer from her, and did not see any violent marks on her, he stuck to being her silent support.

All the while back, Justin kept looking out the window, slightly paranoid that the creeping pervert would try to follow them home, even as they took a roundabout way. Lost in her own little word, Chang sang, oblivious to her surroundings. Hearing the silly, happy girl singing to herself beside him, Justin smiled to himself. As she seemed to be no worse for wear, and they were unfollowed, gradually Justin could feel his still ruffled feathers starting to lay flat.

Shortly before they arrived back at their apartment, Chang had started to quiet before eventually falling into a deep, drunken slumber. As Justin pulled his friend, that had quickly turned into a limp noodle out of the backseat, he did not notice the black Mercedes parked a block away.  Neither did he see the the man who sat inside, watching, having waited awhile for them to return.

Thankfully there was an elevator inside the lobby that could be used. As it was for once, like a miracle, in working order, as Justin had to half- drag Chang in as he was barely strong enough to carry her dead weight across his back. They were about the same height and weight, and so it took all that he had just to get them up to their door on the third floor. By the time they reached there, Justin was panting and red-faced, cursing profusely.  He vowed then and there to never take her out to get so plastered again.

As he himself was fairly drunk, it took Justin a good minute of fumbling keys to get the door open. As soon as he did, Chang, who had been slumped against the wall, sprang up and began storming to the bathroom. Reaching the bathroom on light speed, Justin soon heard the sounds of her violently vomiting in there.

'That little shit! Well at least she made it in the bathroom with that, but couldn't she have woken up a bit sooner, her ass was heavy!' Grumbling to himself Justin pushed the door closed behind him. Shuffling into the kitchen Justin grabbed a couple glasses and filled them with water. Slowly finishing his, he started to bring the other to the bathroom as he heard the sound of the vomiting coming to a sudden stop.

Coming to the open door, he saw Chang inside, slumped over the toilet with her arms holding onto the sides as if for dear life. She was fully unconscious again, as if she had not been sick less than a minute before.

Sighing Justin entered, and sat the glass on the counter. Grabbing a washcloth from their linen cabinet, Justin straightened her up and helped to clean her up for the second time that day. Leaning her against the wall, Justin flushed away the mess she had left.

"What am I going to do with you girl, you're such a mess! Well after everything you've been through I guess I'm not so surprised." Brushing a hair from her face Justin grabbed a few towels and started to lay her down. While he could not carry her dead weight again out of the bathroom, he could at least make her more comfortable.

'She probably going to be sick again anyways, after all she's drank. It would probably be best if she camped out in the bathroom tonight anyways.' Smirking Justin looked at her snoring face with strands of hair plastered to it by her sweat.

"Married huh, I wouldn't have guessed you got married so young, you're so innocent to boot. There must be more to your story.... I'll wait till you're up little lightweight Chang, then you can finish telling me your story. Until then, night night."

Tucking her in with the last towel, Justin left the glass of water a few feet from her head. Just in case she needed some, but would not knock it over on accident. After attending to his drunk, Justin threw himself in bed for the night.
