My life revolves around you

Yang Jiang knew that Wen Lin was right. What he did, he did it for her sake. Sooner or later that hateful woman was going to look for another man to marry her off to, no matter how hard she ran from it.


Wen Lin thought to himself that Yang Jiang thought of him as someone who takes advantage of someone else's misfortune. With how quiet she was, he was sure that she was having negative thoughts about him.


Wen Lin turned around to face Yang Jie and told her that she didn't have to and that she shouldn't do what she didn't want to do. He needed to apologize before she had more negative thoughts about him.


They both said it at the same time. Upon realizing what had just happened, they all broke into a burst of cheerful laughter.


Yang Jiang laughed while hiding her face from Wen Lin, being shy.


Wen Lin turned her so that she could face him, and got down on his knee, took out a ring box from his suit coat and opened it, took out a diamond ring, and presented it to her. " Yang Jiang, I loved you from the time we were kids, even though I know you have enough recollection of it, and when I met you again at the party, you blew my mind away. My life revolves around you. Without you, my life would be meaningless. Yang Jiang, will you do me the honor of being my wife? "


Yang Jiang stood up, tear-stricken. Her eyes were wide almost out of their sockets. This was the man that she was going to spend the rest of her life with. The man that had just found out about her marriage just hours earlier, but still considered and made the effort of getting her. This man also promised himself to her. He was going to be hers today, tomorrow, and forever.


He was going to be her shield, the support she needed. The comfort and love of her loved ones, she was going to get all of that from this man. A man who knew her from their younger days, but she didn't, had promised her the world, his love all belonging to her.


She accepted the ring, so from now on, she will be his fiancee. She prayed to God to make it possible for things to work out well and for a bond to be established between herself and her crush. To make her crush have feelings for her.


What she did not know or was not aware of, was that God works fast on things that he's planned on giving to you.


He was almost giving up when Yang Jie grabbed the ring and slipped it on her finger. He was afraid that he might retract it or suddenly change his mind about the whole thing.


Yang Jiang was having these types of thoughts at the moment. If Wen Lin knew, he would have told her that no matter how long he would need to wait, even for eternity, he would do it happily.


After she snatched the ring, Yang Jiang let out a small I do, to conceal her embarrassment at stealing it like a thief.


Tihihihi! Yang Jiang let out a low laugh when she noticed Wen Lin awkwardly staring at her.


No matter how hard she tried to hide her blush, it was still visible enough for anyone to see. This was because it had extended to her neck, and the tip of her ears was blazing red.
