Five figures stood beside the hospital bed all eyes on the figure with hands and feet buckled tight to the bed.
"Oi. Isn't this going overboard?" Shadow said.
"No choice but to do this." Ripper replied. "You see his head and hand rapped in bandages? It was caused by Jay unconsciously hitting himself in the head with a glass cup."
"... ... ..."
------
Jay didn't hear the words of worry from the people in the room, he was inside this room that his mother pushed him into panicking. He heard many gunshots and shouts. He was just about to go out of the room the door opened and two figures rushed in and brought him out.
It was his parents, he was young when this supposed attack happened. His consciousness equaled out to this as his lost memory from when he was 3.
"Jay listen to me. This is very serious, I know this memory will be pushed back and forgotten because you are young, and want to forget this traumatic day. So, I'm taking you to grandpa okay?" Noah took out a little bag with a note book on it. "Give this to grandpa."
After he put on the backpack they went into the already prepared car. At that time, because adrenaline and panic clouded their senses, they did not notice the small blinking red light tacker.
Not too long after they sped out on the house they were showered by bullets and the tracker set off a pre-implanted bomb in their car.
The car flipped as Jay's mother hugged him protecting him from incoming impact. He feels an intolerable amount of pain before he blacks out.
...
The clip of his memory cut right then and there before he saw light and a ceiling. He clenched his hand when the pain came rushing back to him.
"Grand...pa?" He looked towards the familiar figure standing beside the huge bed he was laying in. Jace came over and held Jay's hands gently stroking it to comfort him. "Where's mommy and daddy?"
This question made Jace freeze up before he hesitantly spoke. "Mommy and daddy are...gone..."
"Gone? Where did they go? They went without me! I wanna see them."
"They are some where far away." His aunt said shedding a tear here and there. "They're dead." His uncle rephrased.
"No!....they...mommy...I want daddy and mommy back!" Jay started to cry, hard. Jace carefully hugged him tight trying his best to stop his movements in fear that the IV's would fall out. After sending other's back, Jace sat there comforting his grandson that had just lost his parents right in front of him.
Hours had passed and Jay had cried himself to sleep in Jace's arms and it broke his heart. Jace softly laid his 3 year old grandson down back on the bed and called someone. "The reports?"
"Boss, it seems that Master Noah and Madam were poisoned in their sleep."
"WHAT?! Poisoned?! How the hell did that happen?"
"We found the guards stationed at the door were working with the Fallen Angels and the doctor was a spy as well."
"Drag them to the dungeon lock them there for good." Jace put his phone back in his pocket and left the room. That's when Jay opened his eyes and started to cry for the secound time.
He once again cried himself to sleep.w the only thing he can do to get away from reality. Even for a little while.
------
After he was discharged from the hospital his aunt took him into their house since his grandpa was busy dealing with their business that lost it's leader.
The young Jay didn't know what the two were planning. He only found out after a week they had locked him up in a shed, with no windows nor food. Some of the maids that knew that Jay was the only remaining line to their employer's sneaked him some food once in a while.
He didn't know how much time had passed but it was enough to traumatize him, and when his grandpa finally came after what felt like a lifetime.
