A/N: Some if you might be wondering what happened to chapter 21? I have decided that my rant will be an honorary chapter and it will stay there for future generations to appreciate.
Also, finally got settled down in Iraq. Finally got to sleep in a bed and not on a metal bench or on an airplane or bus lmao.

"Fuck Alvi101-I mean fuck terrorists."
Then he flew in front of the plane and prepared for the worst superhero landing ever.
With a thunderous boom, poor Jake, who was trying to slow down the plane by pushing on the front only ended up getting shoved into the ground. His body became a rag doll as he flailed around, repeatedly being buried and dug up due to the plane sliding across the dirt it landed on.
The plane, thanks to the failed but still heroic attempt of Jake, didn't instantly vaporize and kill everyone inside. The entire nose of the plane, or what was left of it after the bomb went off, was completely crushed inward.
The one or two passengers who didn't have seatbelts on, were immediately thrown out and instantly killed.
As the plane tore a giant rut in the earth, emergency responders were notified that an aircraft went down. They were told that with the speed of the plane and how fast they lost altitude, they were to expect no survivors.

Back to the present...
Jake was mad. He hated himself for his slow response to the terrorist attack and was beating himself up over it. He isn't dumb. He knows that when he saw the obvious signs, he should have acted on it.
He didn't act all because he was more focused on the fact that Alpha Three was next to him and he was being monitored. If he had only realized that they couldn't do anything to him because he's near invincible, he could have stopped all of those deaths.
As he sat there and the survivors got out of the plane, a hand landed on his shoulder. He flinched but the hand didn't leave him. Instead, the person behind him gave him a hug. Jake closed his eyes as he forgot about all his troubles and dark thoughts and just... relaxed.
In that moment, for the first time in forever, Jake felt safe. Yeah he has superpowers that allow a bullet to crumple when it hits him, but he felt like he was complete. Like he could just fade away from the world and be a normal person.
He leaned back into the hug and was woken up by the soft, squishy balls of flesh that were pressed against his neck. With a start, he turned around and saw Taylor giggling.
"What's so funny?" he asked her.
She then starts to laugh out loud after failing to hold it in. "Do you like these?" She grins and cups her breasts.
Jake looks around and sees that most people are not paying attention to them as they were looking for the rest of the survivors before responding to her, "I would if you could introduce me to them."
His comeback to her teasing makes her blush and turn away.
Jake grins and then gets up to help the rest of the survivors. Thankfully, those that did survive didn't have any grievous injuries and when rescuers arrived on the scene, they quickly got to those that needed medical attention.
Jake watched all of this with a heavy heart....

Later that night, Jake decided to just fly Taylor to California at a slow speed and low to the earth. After a good few hours, they finally arrived in Los Angeles.
