"What will this new undertaking be called by the way?"

"It'll be called a Real estate agent."

Mr Fletcher scanned his eyes over the pages James had handed to him and saw a small footnote explaining the concept behind renting and his eyes lit up.

"James you really are my good luck charm, I have so many empty properties I have been unable to use but not wanting to sell, I honestly feel like a fool standing in front of you. Just in the last week you have revolutionised some industries, and honestly I'm a little scared you're going to own everything in the outer district soon enough, thank god I partnered with you at the start now I can ride the wave to the top with you."

After saying this much Fletcher just laughed off what he said not knowing that he had just predicted his success in controlling the outer district's market entirely within the next few months.

"I'm truly undeserving of all this praise Mr Fletcher, I just got lucky with a few ideas" James felt embarrassed knowing he was stealing other peoples work and passing it for his own, but he had to accept the praise being unable to explain the situation to Fletcher. "Speaking of the properties you have are any of them just large open building on the outskirts of the city?"

"I'm afraid I don't have anything that would meet those requirements, but I'll keep an eye out for anything that pops up then let you know, do you need anything else from me?"

"Oh yeah, do you know where I could get some magic crystals by any chance?"

"Magic crystals, I'm afraid I can't help you with that, only nobles in the inner districts can buy them from the kingdom's reserves, they're massively controlled and disgustingly expensive. I see you hope to become a magus, do you? How long did you say it was until you turned 13 again?"

"I have just over 84 days left until I turn 13" James showed a look of worry on his face, now that he was more aware of the requirements to acquire the crystals he needed to start working even harder than he had been already.

"Well if it were anyone else telling me this, I would tell them to give up, but you haven't stopped surprising me so far, so all I can say is good luck."

"Oh one last thing, do you know where I can find some spirit metal? Ideally, some that have been processed already; regardless of how small. and a bit of ore if you can find any."

"Now that I can help with, it's just a case of money which you have no shortage of now; I have some I had managed to acquire a long time ago that I would be willing to sell to you for 20 per cent below market price."

"If you want all of it then it would be about 20 Leones for the ore and 60 Cedi for the metal, for the ore I have a chunk about the size of a head and for the processed metal I have a finger sized ingot. You want it?"

"I'll take them both if you don't mind" After paying Fletcher the money he received the goods and what he saw made his heart almost leap out of his chest. As he took the piece of metal in his hand, he realised that it was extremely light and bright silver colour, as for the ore it was a chunk of red rock.

The reason James' heart almost leapt out of his chest was due to one thing; he had seen this metal and ore before. In his last life it was called Aluminium now in this one it was called spirit metal!

As for the ore, James identified it as a simple lump of bauxite; This world had gone into the development of spirit circuits over electrical appliances, the only problem was the easiest way to extract aluminium was electrolysis of molten aluminium oxide!

Right now James was sitting on the chance to become the wealthiest man in this world only he was stuck in the same problem as his last life, unable to do anything with his thoughts. He had decided that this time would be different or he might as well just end his life now, so he began to form a long-term plan to make the most of his exclusive knowledge.

"Thank you for all your help with everything Mr Fletcher, you've been indispensable to my plans so far. I promise we will rule this city together someday!" The sentence James had just uttered if heard by anyone else would be taken as the ramblings of someone who didn't understand the world, but Fletcher knew how outstanding this young man in front of him was; and that he could genuinely achieve what he set out to do. That thought alone had made Fletcher weak in the knees, and he felt a cold sweat form on his forehead, wasn't what James had just said treason?

"Speak no more of this James just focus on your other goals for now, never mention this desire to anyone again, not even to me. You truly don't know the power the royal family have in the city."

After James was rushed away by Fletcher, he decided to go and visit Tobias and Kaine, in turn, to tell them they were now responsible of delegating tasks to the other buildings under his control and reporting back to James with any problems they had.

He aimed to have to put in as little time as possible to run the businesses he had just bought, before James left he gave a set of designs to each of them telling them to study them in their spare time and that this would be the next product they would be making.

After he was done with that, he headed back to his house to sleep after what had been a hectic day. He had managed to achieve more in this day than most would do in a lifetime.
