Dakota and Nicholas occupied a stall in the ladies room as he sucked and licked her body. She tensed as fear washed over her. He wasted no time undoing the button fly of her 505 Levi. Like a snake, his hand shot quickly into her panties. His fingers were thick and forced themselves inside of her so rough she had to bite down the pain.

"I see you remember not to make a sound." Nicholas whispered. His fingers began to pry deeper, lifting her to her toes all the while he clung to her like wet paper.

Dakota muffled her voice again just as her shirt and bra were pulled above her chest. She sprung free and jiggled like water balloons. Nicholas gripped her breast tight making her wince. Then he turned her around and kissed her as aggressively and uncaring as he had always done.

His lips left hers and attacked her nape again biting on it hard enough to leave his mark. Dakota sucked in air in response to the new pain he introduced. This was much too vicious. He caused her unease and pain and had no concern for how she felt at all. Oliver was a much more compassionate person.

Dakota's eyes shot open with her thoughts of Oliver. She finally found her voice. "Please..."

Nicholas smirked. "Please? Do you have a request or something? Let your master hear it."

"I don't want this." Her voice was weak. Even after over a decade later she still wasn't strong enough to stand to him, he had imprinted his will so deeply it was still hard to fight against his command.

Nicholas' faced turned twisted. He grabbed a fistful of Dakota's hair and pulled her head back. " Who said I care what you want? You are less than the worms in the dirt." He then slammed her against the door and removed himself from his slacks, entering her from behind as her mind retreated.

-----

It was after Margaret and Samuel married. It was decided that both families should come together under one roof. One month later that's what happened. Margaret and Samuel bought their family house. Though the plan to meld the families wasn't entirely successful.

Dakota had just graduated high school and had gotten accepted into a respected university through scholarships. She stayed mostly on campus rarely ever coming to the house. Work took up most of both Samuel and Margaret's time. Nicholas stayed out until late with his friends on most occasions and Elaine was too busy with cheerleading. With no one there it would feel empty when Dakota finally did return to check in on the weekend.

This particular check-in took a different route.

"I'm home!" Dakota called out coming in from the kitchen patio. No one answered which was typical. She threw her things on the counter and grabbed a banana from the fruit basket then headed to the stairs just as Nicholas was coming down. " Oh, you're here today."

"Don't be so surprised. I do live here." He responds nonchalantly pulling his black tee over his head.

"Heading out?"

He opened the fridge. " Hard to say right now." The fridge closed and in Nicholas' hand was a bottle of brown liquor.

Dakota frowned. "A little early for that isn't it?"

He drank straight from the bottle. "I started a couple hours ago you a little late for that. In fact, have some."

"I don't know, I am still a minor."

"I won't tell if you won't." He smiled. "Come on live a little Margaret doesn't let you guys have any fun. Think of me as the big brother that understands."

Dakota thought it over and decided to go with the flow. The first swallow burned and nearly killed her. Even as time passed and Nicholas tried to teach her the tricks it was only getting easier at minuscule levels."

"Maybe we should have started with something lighter." Nicolas laughed as Dakota coughed and fanned herself. "Maybe you should try a beer?"

Dakota held her hand out and shook her head. "No, I've had enough. I think I need to lay down and cool my burning esophagus.

It was a few minutes shy of 4 o'clock, still, no one was home. Dakota headed for the stairs. The room that was designated as hers was in the attic.

"Hey!" Nicholas came from the living toward the staircase. That uncomfortable smile that made her squirm was etched into his mug. "Don't go just yet this was fun. Let's have some more fun."

Dakota smiled masking her growing apprehension. "I'll take a rain check not really feeling it today. She turned back up the stairs.

Nicholas took her wrist and pulled her back down. That friendly smile was now a villainous grin. "I'd think you would be a little appreciative of me going out of my way for your sake, you could at least try to return the favor."

Dakota's face turned grim. "You are hurting me."

His hand went around her throat. "Shut up!" With the other hand, he went under her shirt.

A slap rang through the hall. Out of pure instinct, Dakota had drawn back and impacted his cheek. "Let go of me."

Still holding her by the throat, Nicholas pulled her close and slammed her against the wall hard. The breath left her body from the force.

" No-no I don't Nick please." Tears now fell from Dakota's eyes fearful of what was to come.

She tried to fight against him but Nicholas was just so strong it was a losing battle. He pinned her against the wall. His large hand binding both her hands above her head while his other completely ripped off her thin t-shirt. She picked a bad day not to do laundry. With all her bras dirty she was completely exposed.

She screamed, but before she could his large hand covered her mouth. With an aggressive agenda, he took her relatively small breast into his mouth. His mouth was wet. His salivation pooled and began to run down her torso like paint down a wall. What he did to one he then did to the other.

Before she realized it, Dakota had been taken to the ground and her pants and underwear were being removed. His dark voice spoke in a hush. " You scream and I will end you."

Fear overtook all her sense. She wanted to fight but she was frozen. Then the pain hit her like a comet. Her hymen had been broken and the virginity she had been holding had been stolen. She was being raped in her own home.

She screamed out as the pain shot through her as if she was a pistol and it was a bullet. Just as quickly as she did both of Nicholas' hands wrapped around her neck in a vice. She was being strangled. She was dying and he didn't bat an eye, just continued to deflower her.

Tears fell rapidly watering the hardwood flooring of the hallway. Dakota's eyes started to roll to the back of her head. She was being simultaneously raped and strangled. And the fear and anxiety were making the ordeal even worse. In seconds she went through all the phases of denial until she had accepted that she was about to die.

Then Nicholas' hands loosened around her throat as he snatched himself out of her causing a friction burn between her legs. He was cumming. Cumming on her.

With him finally off of her, Dakota struggled to her feet. But it as fate would have it he wasn't nearly done with her. He picked her up and carried her to her room, locking it behind them. The next hour and a half would be filled with unconsenting sex and molestation until the voice of the rest of the family could be heard from downstairs.

Nicholas had quickly gotten dressed and left Dakota's room, joining everyone downstairs as if nothing at all had happened. Dakota, herself, lay motionless on her bed with distant eyes. Both her sheets and body covered in blood and her brother's semen, Nicholas' semen. It was at this moment exactly, something in her broke.

----

Dakota came back to reality as Nicholas pulled out of her and blew his load on her back.

"It's amazing. I expected some changes due to time, but this guy your sister mentioned really molded his shape into you. I'm going to enjoy spending the week erasing it.

He kissed her shoulder and left the stall, then the bathroom. Dakota's legs gave out sending her back onto the toilet.

She wouldn't allow herself to full on cry. But the sniffles was something she couldn't snuff out.

All the progress she has made over the years to make herself stronger was ineffective when she found herself in his presence. In the end, she was still afraid. Still his victim.

Dakota returned to her seat at the table as Oliver was taking orders. When he got to her she couldn't look at him.

"What will you be having miss Elkins?"

"She will have the Tuna Tataki" Nicholas order for her.

"You sure miss Elkins? That's a salad "

"She's sure, it's all she use to eat, right Dakota?"

Dakota nodded without a word, a gesture that took Oliver back several folds.

She clenched her teeth imagining the look of confusion on his face. It didn't help she cursed her very weakness.

"Alright, I'm going to put this in and will be back to check on you in a few."

Alec got up and excused himself to the restroom and Margaret's focus returned to Dakota.

"So, my daughter tell me more about the man you saw fit not to bring and meet your mother."

Elaine filled up the choko with Dakota's sake and swallowed it in one gulp. "Yes please let's talk more about Dakota and less about me and Alec."

"Alec and I." Margaret corrected and then refocusing on Dakota. "Now back to you, tell me does this guy of yours have a name?"

Dakota hardened herself. "No, he doesn't, he doesn't even exist."

"Your sister seems sure there is."

"She is mistaken."

Samuel cut in to defuse the rising tide. "Well there you have, it Margaret, I'm sure when she meets the right man we will hear of it. Until then..."

"I'm sure it will be just as last minute as this one. Or perhaps he has already passed. There is a such thing as being too late."

"Now Margaret do we really want to have such a somber mood, we are here for a much lighter reason remember?"

Margaret relented. "Yes, you are right of course dear. Elaine allow me to glance at your ring once more. It is stunning."

Dakota felt the pressure relieve itself, Samuel could read a situation quickly and appropriately react to get that effect. She quietly thanked him.

From across the table, Nicholas had his sights red dotted on her. His chin sat devilishly atop his clasped hands.

She swallowed then bit her lip in frustration. Then Oliver returned handing each their respective dishes. When he got to Dakota he leaned down to her ear.

"I had the cook really do a number on your salad so no need to empty the ranch bottle trust me there is plenty of fatty deliciousness. Not sure if I'm right in thinking this but you seemed like you would rather have something fattening."

In an instant Oliver made her forget about everything. It seemed he could tell from this much something was wrong with her. She found her smile and it shined for a second before she was able to reign it in.

Everyone was oblivious, all but one. Nicholas shifted his attention between Dakota and Oliver. His eyes widened with an epiphany. If it was what he thought it was, things may have just gotten all the more interesting.

The rest of the dinner went off relatively smooth, not great but barely manageable. By the time Dakota made it back home, she was too wiped out to make out to her bed. She ended up crashing on the sofa.

She flipped over onto her back and buried her eyes into her forearm. Tears slithered from them.

"How can the results still be the same?" She hasn't allowed herself a moment to think about what had happened within the confines of that stall. At least not until this very moment.

She was going to need a drink. A really stiff one at that. And maybe more than one.

The bell rang signaling the end of classes for the day. Oliver and his fellow classmates rose and began to litter the halls. Dakota hadn't shown up today and the day before. That wasn't like her. She was proud of her classroom and never missed a single school day. Oliver couldn't help the worry in his chest. He had texted her several times with no response.

She has always answered his calls and text almost immediately. The fact he hasn't heard from her at all was kind of unsettling to him for some reason. Maybe he should check on her.

"Ollie?" Elisebeth tapped him on the shoulder.

"Elise, what's up?"

"I really need to talk to you, can we go somewhere really quick?"

"I'm not blowing you off Elise, but I have something really important to do right now. I just don't have time to talk."

Her eyes carried the sadness of defeat. That look. She knew his weaknesses all too well. "Are you meeting up with Gyll. Are things really that serious between you two Ollie?" She brushed up on him allowing him to get a good feel of her. "Cause I refuse to believe that we can't be fixed"

Oliver Fought against himself. She was right. In the end, he couldn't honestly say he didn't have a heart for her. But he pulled himself away from her. "No, I'm not meeting with Gyll not that it's any of your business. Now I said I have to go" A sternness in him spring forth he hadn't realized was there.

Normally He'd have been too weak. He'd have caved and attempted to hear her out. She might have even been able to convince him she deserved another chance. Turns out, maybe Dakota was more helpful than he originally thought.

Oliver walked away as Elisebeth grabbed at his arm. "I know I messed up. Just give me a few minutes to have a conversation. You're not going to make me beg are you Ollie?"

Oliver had relented and now they sat in a booth at a local Chic-fil-A. He had made strides but he was still soft-hearted. Elisebeth played with her fries looking like she was struggling to find her words.

"You said you wanted to talk, remember?"

Elisebeth looked up from her food. "Ollie...I know it may be an impossible pill to swallow, but I never meant to hurt you. You are the greatest guy I've ever known. What I did to you...the way I broke your heart. I've never been more regretful of anything in my life."

Oliver sipped his drink. "You've said similar words to me already. It didn't amount to anything."

"I took you for granted Ollie. I thought no matter what, you would stay by my side and that eventually, you would forgive me. But now I'm not all so sure. I mean you and Gyll..."

"...none of your business."

Elisebeth's eyes dropped. "I know I have no right to ask, but Ollie don't you miss me? Miss us? Everything that happened was a mistake. I will do anything to fix us. Anything!"

Oliver sighed trying not to let his emotions show. "Look Elise...It isn't that simple."

"Tell me you don't miss me. I will give up right now."

A long pause stood between them. Oliver wanted to say it. It would have been for the best. Yet, he couldn't. He just looked away from her down to his food. "Elise you can have anyone..."

"You are who I want Ollie that is clear now more than ever. I messed things up but I promise if you give me another chance no one will ever be more devoted to you than me."

Another pause. Oliver didn't know what to think let alone say. Thankfully her phone rang at that moment to save him from having to respond. After she hung up she began to pack up her food.

"I have to get going, Ollie. There's a crisis at home apparently. Just think about what I've said ok? Everyone still thinks we are great together and we are." She left leaving Oliver there with his thoughts.

Oliver got in his car and drove. He parked in front of Dakota's apartment without realizing what he was doing. He debated with himself on whether he should get out or just go home. He wasn't sure why he came here. Maybe he needed Dakota to put reality back into him. God knows right now he couldn't find it himself. Finally, his body moved and there he stood in front of her door.

He knocked and waited. He could hear voices coming from the inside and then moments later the door cracked open. Dakota's wide eyes peered from the other side of the door. She wasn't wearing her glasses and her hair was a ball of mess atop her head.

"Mast...Mister Moore." Dakota caught herself before continuing visually flustered. "What do I owe this visit?"

"I really couldn't tell you the exact reason. I just thought I really needed to see you and next thing I knew I was in the parking lot." Without thinking, Oliver walked in.

It wasn't until he was already completely in that he realized the situation he had placed them both in. She wasn't alone. She had company. Oliver froze not knowing how to proceed.

Dakota stepped in to help guide him. "Mister Moore you remember my brother, Nicholas?" she introduced Nicholas who was walking the hall pulling a shirt over his head.

Oliver became unstuck. "Oh right from the restaurant. Oliver." He extended his hand

Nicholas accepted it. "You can just call me Nick."

"Okay, Nick. Sorry to just barge in like this. I just needed Miss Elkins' help with something. But maybe I should have waited."

"Don't be ridiculous man. Studies are important and shouldn't be put on hold. Have a sit will you." Nicholas said ushering him to the couch.

"No I thought she would be alone, I really shouldn't bother you guys. It isn't so important it can't wait." Oliver laughed dryly.

"Perhaps, it would be wise to help him later when I'm feeling a bit better." Dakota spoke up eerily soft.

"Right you must be really sick to miss school today. I should definitely leave you guys to it. We can deal with my problem some other time."

Nicholas smiled. "That's crazy. This is my sister's job to help young minds right? Plus you somehow managed to come to where she lives."

"I sometimes tutor students here. It helps maintain my classes' grade standard." Dakota quickly dove in for the save.

Nicholas looked at his watch. "Oh look at the time. I stayed over way too late. Gotta run, but you two work things out. Good luck kid."

Oliver couldn't help but notice the wicked smirk he shot his way. He didn't understand it, but it still struck a nerve for some reason.

When the door shut Dakota collapsed on the sofa. "You okay?" Oliver walked over and sat on the same couch.

"I will be fine. Thank you." Her voice was obviously exhausted even muffled by the pillows she was face first in.

"Do you need to talk?"

"No...I have only reached the limits of my body is all. I just require a bit of rest. I apologize I hardly think myself to be in a state that could assist you at present. You should take your leave."

Dakota could hear Oliver's footsteps stray towards the door. The door opened and closed. Then Oliver's voice called out. "Well, I guess I'll just have to assist you instead."

Dakota sat up and faced him. A tired smile on her face. "That is kind of you."

"It's my duty. I have a very unconventional responsibility to you."

A tear fell from Dakota's eye. She quickly wiped it away. "Alright then. Please take responsibility."

"First let's have some lunch. What do you have in your kitchen?" They both got up and ended in the kitchen.

"Sadly cooking is a skill I lack." Dakota laughed shyly.

"Aren't you the least bit embarrassed to say that out loud? It is almost 2019." Oliver scavenged around and didn't find anything he could use to make a cohesive meal. Only ramen and tv dinners. "You really have to do better and stock up on actual groceries. Noodles and tv dinners aren't healthy."

"I already said I'm no good at cooking. Plus I have done well up until now."

Oliver sighed heavily. "Maybe we should go somewhere and order out. Not sure where we could go together that wouldn't be problematic though. Maybe we should do delivery?"

"That sounds great. I could use something comforting and greasy like a pizza."

The pizza arrived. One extra large 3 topping pizza. Chicken, bacon, and sausage. The aroma moistened Dakota's mouth. She wasted no time claiming the first slice and devouring it almost whole.

Yet she didn't speak leaving it up to Oliver to break the ice. "I don't know what's going on but it isn't like you to allow someone else to run your classroom. And you don't look too sick to me."

Dakota slowed down halfway through her second slice. A wave of guilt swam over her. "I said I was fine. I promise."

"Wow. Didn't know it was so easy to lie to your master." Oliver joked playfully nudging her.

She smiled and nudged back. "I could never lie to my master. Perhaps you worry too much."

"Maybe." Oliver looked off into the distance.

Dakota went to the kitchen and returned with two bottles of water and handed Oliver one. "For you."

"Not gonna try slipping me liquor this time?"

She shook her head. "No. You are safe this round."

"You really aren't acting like yourself."

Dakota redirected. "You had a problem you wanted help with right?"

"Yeah."

"Well go on, what is it?"

"Have you ever been a situation where someone hurt you but you aren't sure if you're strong enough to face them head on?"

Dakota remained silently in her feelings for a long moment before responding. "This is about Elisabeth I assume?"

He sighed. "Unfortunately. I can't figure it out. Maybe if I knew the angle she was working."

"Do you still love her?"

Now Oliver was silent. "I don't think it's quite as powerful as that. But I do care in a strange way. Its like I have no control of it."

Dakota sat up. "Yes, I have been in a situation such as that."

"What do I do?"

"Run away as far from the pain as you can. For as long as you can." Sadness crept in her voice. "Cause some hurt will always find its way back to you."

"It may not seem like much coming for someone who has yet to graduate, but I'll do everything I can to shield you from any hurt that may come looking."

"I do wish things did work so perfectly in this world we dwell in." She looked up at the ceiling with a faint smile.

The lights reflected off her skin in an almost angelic manner. Her beauty really was second to no one. She captivated him and stilled his heart. The next moment he had kissed her.

Without thought, Dakota had pushed him away. It killed her to reject his willing kiss but what killed her more was the reason she had to. She still had Nick's flavor in her mouth. She couldn't return his kiss, knowing that.

Oliver turned away embarrassed. "I'm sorry, that was weird right? I suddenly try to kiss you after asking for advice about my ex. So now that I've made an idiot of myself I'll make my not so smooth get away."

Dakota willed herself to stop him, to explain it all. But she was too afraid, then the opportunity faded and he was gone.
