Son, do not worry too much about cultivators, we are rare but not too rare however they mostly live in sects and clans and do not mess with humans. If you want to avoid the cultivator world, it is easy. Just do not go to area's with too much crime, the government has cracked down, on the whole, kill your whole sect thing, that has not happened in over a 1000 years

Anyways we are getting ahead of ourselves cultivation is really just a hobby things like, guns can still kill those below stage 4, and nukes can kill those below stage 8.

As for me and mom even though we are injured normal mortals cannot kill us, but most governments have stage 9 fighters, so many that mom at full power could not take on a nation, as one of the strongest stage 10 she can take on about 2 or 3 stage 9 fighters.

Your level system is different so there is no way to say how strong you can become, but as long as you do not meet cultivators in any place you won't meet a criminal you should be safe.

For the most part, it is just a way to live longer. But, That is only in public if the crime was not recorded or witnessed.

Mom jumped in and said as long as a normal human does not record or see a fight, there are as legal as drinking water, and remember that does not mean they won't shoot you in public or anything of that nature, but you should be safe from plots like that once you are bulletproof.

Yea, but the government is in control of that mostly to avoid strong clans from doing the whole, you hurt my son's toenail, kill his whole clan, nonsense. There, are some hidden ones, but that is mostly for fights in clans, and entertainment, like the UFC.
