The Lazy Genius

Shikamaru Nara was going to sleep after his first birthday celebration when he was bombarded with visions of memories, barren wastelands of destruction and pale horned being destroying everything in their path, He was there as well with a blond-haired man with a golden Cloak and an Uchiha, trying to minimise the damage, the last thing he saw was a blast of energy from the eye in the beings palm before waking up screaming.

Shikamaru was sweating hard, and he couldn't stop shaking, but he forced himself to calm down before letting his mind analyse the vision, you see Shikamaru was born with an unparalleled genius mind he could understand what his parents were saying at 1 month old and by now his consciousness has matured to the level of a 15-year-old.

He learned to sleep as much as possible to stop his mind from analysing everything and anything to the point he could point out a majority of a persons life and he didn't want that, he was safe protected and had everything he could need, his mind pointed out everything pointless in the long-run and so he started being lazy because there was no need to work.

But now, after analysing the vision he realised the need to stop those visions from happening, and become strong enough to battle those invaders, he also realised that he needs more information and so the very next day he started reading in the clan library.
