Meeting (2)

Jian thought about the questions and answered truthfully, "Well I am looking for a job to make money and this job is the first job offer I got as a young person. I don't have any reasons as to why you would want to hire me other than my looks. I do hope to get this job to lift some burdens off my mom."

Miss Louras asked Jian some more questions like what her mother does and what Jian wants to be when she grows up. Miss Louras asked her questions about school and how her grades were.

Jian being an honest person answered them all honestly and told her why she was looking for the job. She added at the end, "If my project goes well I might continue the dress production and start my own business at 14. Who knows?"

Then she told her to walk and pose, to see what needs to be done, and, or improved. Jian naturally had a sharp walk so it was fine.

Miss Louras then gave Jian a folder saying, "This folder has a year-long contract you can read over it by tonight with your mother, and bring it back to me tomorrow if you want to start tomorrow. Tell me if there is anything you want to change that's on here after reading it tonight. Also, there is a parent consent contract that your mother has to sign since you are a minor. Alyssa will send you the details of the meeting tomorrow. You have a good path ahead of you."

Jian took the folder listening to Miss Louras with extra care and then walked out. She walked towards the elevator that she rode last time. She pressed the button to go down while grabbing her mask.

Jian had dropped her book again, but this time she noticed. She held the mask in one hand and was about to pick up her book when someone else did it for her. She looked up and saw the same boy from before.

She thanked him and tried to grab her notebook, but he put it up. She sighed and asked, "Can I get my book please?" He smirked and said," You can, but first can I get your number?" Jian sighed she was used to these kinds of boys.

She looked at him dead in the eyes. She narrowed her eyes making them extremely cold. The boy looked at them and got shivers as he thought, 'Her eyes looked just like Uncle Luca's when he is mad. Thinking about him I have to go see him now.' He smiled and asked, "Do you have a pen?"

Jian sighed taking her pen out of her purse only for him to write something down in her book. As he was writing the elevator door opened. Jian had put on her mask to hide her face again and they both got on.

Once he had finished he gave her the notebook pressing the first floor's button. Jian looked at the notebook and asked, "What did you write in here?"

He smirked and said, "It's nothing much just my number and socials, you are cute and seem nice so text me since you won't give me your number." Jian was surprised, but she didn't care much.

She had too much on her plate to think about him. The elevator stopped on the first floor and Jian was about to leave when the boy said, "Wait, I forgot to ask you what your name is?"

Jian slid down her mask and said, "Jian, Kim Jian. Yours?" The boy smirked and said, "Text me and I'll tell you." Jian left him in the elevator after hearing that. She was completely oblivious to the people looking at her.
