It's not bad, the idea is very good and the story is very interesting, but it has several problems. The writing quality has dropped a lot compared to New Hero DxD, including a point where we have a giant paragraph of the kind that only the worst of new writers make. The most glaring mistake is around chapter 2 where the author misses several times the name of the MC changing to the name of the MC of New Hero DxD. The reasons for making the MC a Devil are not very good, it could have been better explained with some examples and everything would have been more natural. Saying for example that Devil contracts are a good way to find clients, as well as being clearer about the connections he could take advantage of, for example joining a mage guild. The MC doesn't take advantage of his power either, it would be simple to buy life time from homeless people and then sell it to rich or terminally ill people, but instead he runs around doing random jobs to collect money. Another buyer for lifespan would be human mages.

Great story! I like that the MC can not be instantly OP, but has to traded or sacrifice something to improve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very good story so far with the mc actually using their brain in order to make deals that are beneficial to both parties and take advantage of enem not knowin about his abilities as well as empowering other weaker people in the story
