Arthur Blackwynd didn’t expect to survive the strange and terrifying event that happened at sea. Even less did he expect to wake up in the DC Universe a world he’d only ever read about in comics.
Armed with the Shadow Monarch System, the ability that grants him control over shadows and an undead army, Arthur is both awed by his new reality. As a lifelong comic geek, he knows the heroes and villains like the back of his hand Haunted by questions of why he’s here, Arthur struggles to find his purpose. Will he embrace the darker side of his newfound powers and become a villain, or will his sense of justice lead him down a different, unpredictable path?
“why the likes of Raven seems to be watching my every move?” In a world full of gods, monsters, and legends, Arthur must decide who he will become and what role he’ll play in shaping the fate of the DC Universe.

Overall 3.6/5 It's an above average fic, with its most glaring issue being the fact the MC has a non-functioning brain. Even a toddler would make better decisions than this MC.
we need longer lasting chapters thier too short as they are
it doesn't deserve as much hate as what has been shown cuz the whole constantine kidnapping him but people think its raven that did it and its looking not bad so far as hes not actually joining the teen titans but my issue is with the power system being absolutely molested mc beats up demons at what should be c rank lv but when he summons them they are A rank and the most retarded one is slade being S rank when summoned and mc being c rank when slowly beating him even tho it should have been one sided af either make you own system or use solo levelings u cant butcher it and call it the same thing, basically nerfs left and right for no reason ontop of butchered power system
It’s an okay read if you need to kill time. I just don’t follow some of the logic of the MC. Slight spoilers, nothing that really important or plot sensitive but it is stuff that happens. Example 1: Mc had a chance to stay home from school and try to figure out more about his new life and more about his background but decided to go to school anyway without knowing anything about it, not even his schedule or possible people that he might know. Example 2: Mc knows that the city is dangerous and again knows nothing about it or the places that should be avoided and decides to go explore the city by himself. He keeps saying he needs to find out more about what is going on but it just seems like he’s taking the more needlessly risky path to do it. Also it feels like there are some inconsistencies and that there is a little bump in the flow of the writing ever now and then. Example: Mc has a driver that is going to drive him home but told him he wanted to walk, but the driver said he couldn’t do that because of how his brother would react. There is no other interaction between the two and the driver just drives off. Not a really big deal but it just needed one extra sentence of the Mc saying it would be fine or something and it would have smooth the transaction out. Overall I know everyone has the preferences but these are the things that stood out to me in the first few chapters.
is it just me, or are the chapters getting shorter. we need a longer lasting chapter, not even a shorter one's
I do not really like it; everything about the book feels very bland. It is not above 2.2 stars in my opinion. I wish the best to the the author

One of many similar stories, only better written and more interesting, but also suffering from similar problems. First of all, the character development and how quickly the MC gains power with minimal effort, in exponential mode. I won't even mention the many oddities. However, in order not to be so negative, I will honestly admit that if you ignore the stupidities, small and large, the lack of brains and the MC's determination, then it is a bearable read, maybe even enjoyable. Not to mention the good stability of updates.
like the explanations and the dialog between the characters but can sometimes seem weird, sometimes comes seems ooc but still good writing quality and grammar,

So far, there are 43 chapters in this story, and all of them feel weak. Nothing is really known about the MC. Other than his morals being grey and that he is an anti-hero(why is he doing this?why does he want more power? what's his end goal?. There's nothing making me want to actually invest in him. There is very little, if any, world building to set the scene of fights, very little inner monolog to tell us what he's thinking or how he is feeling, and it's the same thing for the other characters as well. Lastly, the word count of these 'chapters' is weak. without counting every word in these chapters, I would say that a proper chapter should be two or three of the chapters in this story.
This one is one of the good DC fanfics I have ever read. Plus I like the fact that it has harem. If the author just adds Wonder Women to the harem, it'll become my favourite. I also like the mindset of MC, no hero complex. If only the author increases the chapter amount per week it'll be a dream. So great work and keep it up. I am a fan of this fanfic.
I’m super enjoying this fic, love the concept and enjoy the writing. Big fan of him interacting with the other titans. Can’t wait for more of that. Love the dynamics with Raven and Kara, both of them are super cute and I endorse putting a lil bit of romance in this fic. Awesome choice for general for his shadows, Doom’s a great pick. I appreciate picking a more badass weapon like a great sword as opposed to Sung Jin Woo’s dagger. Speaking of which, I think a mount he turns into a shadow would be fun (Just a suggestion). Overall, I’m a big fan and always hopeful for updates.
For one I love the portrayal of the MC, the update stability as well as the well noted power scaling and world development. Also the story line is okay for me though if anything at the beginning I thought the MC was a simp due to his forceful teleportation to anot6realm by Constantine and even when Constantine revealed his reason for bringing the MC there indirectly, the MC still behaved like he was immature. But as the chapters increased, there was no doubt that the author did a nice job not only increasing the character of the MC but he also gave the MC a bit of humanity when the MC decided to protect his brother and would even go to the extent of fighting against heroes. All I can say is Kudos👏
