Awakening

(A/N: Rewritten)

"To begin anew..." he began, feeling his chakra flaring as performed the first. "To cut the feeble edges..."

"To cut the feeble edges..." As he persisted with the chant, the boy could sense his already low reserves quickly dwindling. But, even then, he continued: "To bring upon paradise..."

"To become that of which is wholly I..." He could tell his chakra levels pool was almost dry; any more would be a practical guarantee of his death.

But, he had almost complete with the invocation, and he would finish it no matter the risk. It would warrant his victory, and that was all that mattered.

"I must find my..." Pain. That was all he could feel now. Still, there was only one more line to it—just a little more. "Shambles...of Utopia."

Yasuo regained clarity of his mind as he completed his chant, his body all but numb, the pain gone. His eyes focused straight ahead, concentrating on the struggling Urataros in front of him.

He gripped his fingers onto his seat's arms, trying to move his hands and feet, but ultimately failing as intense fatigue hit him like a bullet.

"C...o..m...e..." His ears perked up as he heard the blue Imagin talk in a strange, slow motion. He inwardly frowned; just what in the world was going on?

"Y...a..." He could see Urataros slowly spreading his arms open, leaving his chest exposed for him to attack at any time. Yasuo's eyes widened—that's right, he had been sparing with the man.

"s...u..." Yasuo tried his best to remember what had happened, and his mind had immediately gone to one specific memory.

If his recollection was correct, he and Urataros were in an opening of the forest, preparing to have another bout of action. But, after that, it was where things became blurry.

"o..." The boy with crimson eyes could only make out from his memories of his eyes becoming less and less focused. The rest was blank as if it had never happened in the first place.

"-s..." Yasuo decidedly worked backward. He had no memories of 'after,' and he 'now' didn't have anything of use. So, by elimination, his best option was 'before.'

As he explored through them, his questions soon were answered in six words: his lust for a good fight. Yasuo sighed as he inwardly flinched, feeling guilty for Urataros' troubles.

"a..." He continued studying his memories some more, shortly concluding that he was currently in one of his [Reality Marbles]—his [Unlimited Treasury].

He could imagine his eyes sparkling; that would explain much of what was currently happening. Especially, the strange time dilation and why there were objects on the floor.

"m..." Yasuo concentrated his attention back toward his turtle-like [Summoned], as he tried his best to make a reassuring smile.

His body, he noticed, was affected by the slowed time as well, but he was now too tired to care. Yasuo could hear the back of his mind a voice, telling him to close his eyes and sleep.

The 'voice' was very tempting; if he was perfectly honest. He could feel himself slowly losing consciousness but kept on. He would put a smile on his face even if he went into a coma.

"...a." As Urataros finished saying his slow words, Yasuo could see, though barely, that the Imagin had now completely opened his arms.

It was undoubtedly a perfect chance for him to strike, and perhaps even win the tiring fight. But, Yasuo knew the spar had already ended ages ago when he had lost control.

During that time, it was no longer 'himself' fighting the battle, and he understood that completely. If he could name a winner though, he couldn't, and most definitely wouldn't.

There was no 'winner' in the end; both of them had lost too much to compensate. Yasuo took in a deep breath, feeling the oxygen gradually enter his nose.

He could feel the smile on his face now, even if it wasn't so broad. But, he was content, and he felt like he could collapse at any second.

He could see everything slowly turning dark, and his breathing was becoming steadily faster and faster, sure-signs of soon losing consciousness.

'Strange...neither of us bled throughout the entire fight...' was Yasuo's last thoughts before his vision faded entirely into black and was conscious no more.

___

Yasuo opened his eyes, silently scanning everything within the unfamiliar room. The first thing he noted was that the place was purely white without any decorations.

'Where am I?' Odd, but he ignored it, for now, keeping it in the back of his mind. There were more important things in hand right now.

He continued analyzing his surroundings, soon noticing that he was currently in a bed. Seeing nothing of interest, he propped himself up, sitting on the mattress, and turning to examine himself.

The only clothes he was wearing was white—shirt, pants, and all. A small corner of his mind questioning just who had changed him, but, he quickly emptied his head.

'Why in the world am I having thoughts about that?!"

Yasuo continued studying his body, shaken to find that his body was not that of 'his.' His hands were of greater size than he had last remembered, and that rang true for the entirety of his body.

Unease saturated the whole of his being as his heart sank. He felt as if his body entirely had been replaced with another, and the unfamiliarity unsettled him greatly.

[It has been five years, Host]

"Wha-" He was startled at AM's sudden interruption, but shocking him even more, was the change in his voice. He should have had prepared for it, knowing his body changed, but he ultimately did not.

But, at the same time, hearing it, he couldn't help but feel a slight sense of relief. There was a hint of his previous voice within, giving him some small hope that he was still in his own body.

He completely ignored AM's previous words as he jumped out of bed, running blindly around the room, trying his best to find a mirror.

Luckily, as he arrived in the bathroom, he found a mirror covering nearly the entirety of a wall. Yasuo stared at his body, an unconscious grin creeping upon his face.

He was bigger than before, now four-feet tall. He was excited; height could provide a massive advantage in battle. But, this excitement cleared his mind as he slowly comprehended AM's words.

"F-five years?!" Yasuo exclaimed, shocked as his eyes widened and mouth gaped. "T-that can't be possible..." he muttered in refusal as he cast down his eyes, but knew his system wouldn't tell a lie.

He looked up, gazing at himself yet again. He could see that his face hadn't changed one bit, perhaps except the enlarging of his head. His eyes remained the color of deep red, and his hair, raven-black.

"I guess AM would have already told me if I had changed bodies," Yasuo dejectedly sighed. He turned around, grabbing a clean toothbrush and some paste as he began brushing his teeth.

'Five years. Five years.' Yasuo continued muttering the same thing over and over in his head as he brushed his teeth. It was already five years, and he had missed so much of his life.

"Hey, AM...how did I end up like that?" Yasuo couldn't but ask as the question suddenly popped up in his mind. The boy put the brush down, taking a cup and flushing his mouth with water.

He knew using his Treasury had something to do with it, but he wanted the straight answer. Frankly, he wasn't much in the mood for using his brain to think right now.

[Time Genjutsu], the system replied. Yasuo mentally displeasingly glared at AM, imagining it as somewhat of a complex, computer-like machine.

[Omoikane requires incredible volumes of chakra to cast, Host should know this—it is, after all, a time-stopping Genjutsu] Yasuo slowly nodded, understanding what AM was trying to explain.

"So...I used [Omoikane] during the spar?"

[Indeed. It had happened soon after you had lost control of your body, Host]

"But..." Yasuo began, asking, "Even if I did use [Omoikane], why did I go into comatose? [Unlimited Treasury]?"

[Correct, Host. Your use of Omoikane had already drained the entirety of your chakra. Instead of chakra to supplement the evoking of your Reality Marble, as there was simply none left, your body instead opted to use your Life Essence]

[During that time, because of Host's use of Life Essence to replace Host's chakra, Host was also able to deliver stronger and faster attacks]

Yasuo had a face of shock, utterly bewildered at the revelation.

"Then...shouldn't I look old if I had used my Life Essence for exchange of my chakra? And, isn't chakra life energy?" " he asked.

[That would indeed be the case, Host...if not for Host's immortality from both Host's wish and the Phenex bloodline] the system replied.

[As for your second question, Host, that is correct. But, from Host's immortality, comes many quirks—Life Essence is simply one of those.]

[Think of it like this, Host; chakra is external, but Life Essence is internal. The former is, only for Host, not required for survival, but the latter is needed]

Although Yasuo could only hear nothing but indifference from AM's voice, he couldn't help but feel that it was admonishing him.

[Normally, even if Host did have immortality, Host would have still stayed in a state of comatose for much longer. However, with Host's Phenex bloodline and its regenerative abilities, Host was able to recover in only five years]

The crimson-eyed Uchiha inwardly blessed his luck, sighing to himself before muttering: "I should quickly return home, everyone would no doubt be worried...Hey, AM?"

[Yes, Host?]

"Where am I? Who put me here?"

[The system does not have such knowledge]

"Oh-"

[However] AM cut him off, [With Host's late tenth birthday present, the system has unlocked a new feature: gaining knowledge through the use of A.M. Points]

"Oh~, and the point of telling me is?" Yasuo asked as a broad smile slowly slithered upon his face. He already knew what his system was trying to show him, but he wanted to make some fun out of it.

[...] the system stayed silent for a moment before finally replying: [To use the system's points to obtain knowledge]

Yasuo could have sworn he had heard a deadpan. He lightly shook his head as his smile widened into a toothy grin.

Ignoring his system's lame response, he thought about all of the possibilities of AM's gift.

[...150,000 Points]

"H-huh?"

[Information]

"O-oh," Yasuo came away from his daze. "Yes!" he said without hesitation. He needed knowledge, and if he could obtain it, then he would not hesitate.

[Very well...]

(Ding! 150,000 Points has been used to purchase Information!)

(A.M. Points Left: 625,750)

Yasuo was surprised at the number of [Points] he had, but he calmed himself. The knowledge was more leagues more relevant right now.

[Up. Door. Exit. Forward. First Left. Forward. Right. Forward. Right. Exit. Forest. East. Home. Summoned Shisui Uchiha]

A screen appeared in front of Yasuo with words that seemed to be instructions. "What?" He asked no one in particular, taken aback at what was before him. "AM, explain."

[This is Host's purchased Information, just as Host requested]

"But-"

[The system had never specified what type of knowledge it would give, it had only stated that Host need to use the system's points to obtain said knowledge]

Yasuo breathed in a deep sigh, deciding he would follow through with the screen's direction for now. He walked out of the bathroom, looking up toward the ceiling.

He frowned as he found nothing remarkable—just a perfectly clean, dull, and white roof. He continued searching, even trying to destroy it, but nothing worked.

"Maybe I need to follow the instructions perfectly...?" Yasuo muttered to himself as the thought came into his mind.

He went back into the bathroom, facepalming as he saw a black trapdoor on the ceiling. "Ladder...I know I saw a ladder somewhere," Yasuo said as he ran back out of the bathroom.

The boy smiled as he found it in the corner of the main room, grabbing it and taking the ladder to the trapdoor. Laying it underneath the trapdoor, he climbed it before slowly opening the hatch.

He looked around, finding himself in a large warehouse-like room. He conjured the list of directions in front of him again, reviewing it to make sure.

"Alright, go straight and then the first left." Yasuo nodded, mentally erasing away the screen as he followed through with the instructions.

The place was, without a doubt, massive—taking him a whole ten minutes at half speed solely to reach the first divergence. He imagined it would be at least twenty more before he reached the exit.

Soon reaching a box of what appeared to be modern-old televisions, Yasuo took the first right.

"Cough! Cough!" Yasuo croaked from the running. He wasn't sure whether or not it was due to his lack of exercise, but he was already feeling tired.

Still, though he was rather sure that it was true, he pushed himself to continue. By the time he had arrived at the last turn, Yasuo felt frankly exhausted, his feet seemingly dead, with newfound hunger.

Using a pole as support, Yasuo ordered his system through deep breaths: "Hey, AM...buy...some...water...from...the...[All-Around...Shop], please..."

Seeing a bottle of water appear magically upon the concrete flooring, Yasuo almost immediately collapsed onto the ground.

He slumped over the pole, [Marking] the bottle as something that was now a part of his infinite [Treasury], before greedily gulping down its contents.

It was delicous...no, more than that. It felt like the taste of heaven, so refreshing and pure that he couldn't help wanting more. But, the sensation only lasted for seconds.

He quickly summoned his [Treasury], silently thanking it for its existence as he brought out multiple bottles, before downing them one by one.

"Oop," he happily burped in satisfaction. "Maybe I should have just walked instead..." he offhandedly muttered to himself as he savored the feeling of rejuvenation.

His entire body felt refreshed, and it seemed like he could run forever and still not be tired. Yasuo had a feeling that he had experienced such a feeling before—but he didn't know where.

Taking one last breath and doing some light stretching, before standing up, he scrolled down his system's list of its so-called 'Notifications.'

He casually took another bottle of the delicious, water-like liquid as he continued looking through the 'Notifications' list. Yasuo poured it into his mouth as he let it sit there, enjoying its coolness.

"Puh!" The boy spat out the water in his mouth. He stared at the very last 'item's' name listed in shock, ignoring the amount of [Points] used to obtain it.

"WHAT?! [Holy Water]?!" He stared toward the ceiling of the warehouse, trying his d*mn best to sort out his thoughts. But: 'I've been drinking [Holy Water] this entire time?!'

After minutes of only looking up to the roof of the building, Yasuo eventually calmed himself.

"I only have an infinite supply of [Holy Water] at almost no cost to myself at all...It's only near-complete immortality. There's nothing to worry about..." Yasuo murmured, finishing with a sigh.

He concentrated back into reality, finally taking the 'Right' in the instructions, albeit at a slow, depressing pace. And, as soon as he did, greeting him was a door that said 'Exit.'

"Of course," Yasuo lightly bobbed his head. "The directions never said 'Forward' after the second 'Right,' only 'Exit...' Cough! Right!" He shook his head, harshly slapping his face. "Let's go home!"

He opened the door, as the light of the sun came blazing upon his face. Yasuo could undoubtedly say that he was in a forest, just as AM's piece of Information had stated.

It was rather obvious, in all honestly—the thick trees and bushes gave it away.

Nonetheless, going by the trend that the instructions were correct, he immediately headed east after figuring the sun's position.

From a distance away, Yasuo took a peek back toward the warehouse, surprised at just how massive the thing was. It was certainly equal to the size of multiple mansions.

It was strange how there was practically no one inside, or even just near the building. Yasuo turned his head back forward; that was none of his business.

He opened up his system's [Menu]. It would take him a while to get home. His speed, even if his [Agility] had stayed the same, was no doubt slower.

"Ah, right. I should probably check my [Status]. It's been so long." Yasuo smiled before selecting [Status].

"Huh?" Yasuo was surprised. "My stats had increased? But why do I feel so weak?"

[Host's Statistics have indeed risen due to your developing body. However, your foundation is lamentably weak. Comatose had caused Host's previously stable base to wither slowly over time]

"Hmm," Yasuo hummed, "I need to work on training, even harder than ever." He looked up from the screen, jumping from the ground and running from branch to branch.

"[Store]," Yasuo ordered his system as he glanced through the six different options, the [All-Around Shop] included. "Hup!" He jumped to a faraway branch. "I honestly need to get some exercise...AM, select [Biyearly Rotation]."

[Very well, Host] the system replied; a screen of different [Skills] and [Items] appearing in front of the boy. Yasuo momentarily halted, stopping on the pointed top of a tree.

Using chakra as a way to hold himself up and not get spiked in the foot by the tree, Yasuo browsed through the [Biyearly Rotation]'s deals.

"A-all, these are so expensive!" Yasuo's mouth became agape, filled with disbelief.

"AM," the boy coughed as he came out of his stupor, "Select [Monthly Rotation] instead. I doubt I would be able to afford the things in the [Yearly Rotation] either."

"Well," Yasuo began as an unnoticeable, yet powerful wave of 'blunder' came crashing down and into his mind.

But, the Uchiha continued as if nothing had happened: "Hmm...buy the [Random World Token]..." His eyes and mind regained a bit of clarity. "And purchase the [Random Summon], too."

[Very well, Host]

(Ding! The Host has obtained [Random World Token]: [Legend—World] and [Random Summon]: [Mythical/Curse—Sovereign]!)

(A.M. Points Left: 225,750)

[Use (Random Summon): (Mythical/Curse—Sovereign)? Yes/No!]

"Yes!" Yasuo immediately nodded as he hopped from the tree branch and onto the ground. He wasn't quite sure what he was going to use the [Random World Token] for, but he would decide that at a later date.

[Very well, Host]

(Ding! Using [Random Summon]...)

"Prof!"

A blinding fire with the color of orange abruptly will itself into existence, hovering in the air before Yasuo. It began to enlarge, as its previous tint grew an increasingly dark crimson.

Yasuo jumped back a safe distance. But, even then, he could still feel its scorching heat.

"Cry!"

The burning blaze grew into the form of a beautiful, yet ominous Phoenix-like aspect as it screeched. The fire didn't spread, seemingly keeping itself contained from the sickening outside world. But, the heat only became worse.

Yasuo stared at the flame, horrified as it and its heat continued to grow without a second of pause.

The fire soon reached the height of the massive trees beside it and the width of the same. But, even if the boy could extinguish it within a second using [Absence of Fantasy], he wasn't going to.

His brain had long rationalized that the thing before him was his [Summoned], and using [Absence] upon it frankly won't do him any good.

Of course, that was with the logic that the flame itself was his new [Summoned].

"Poof!" The fire suddenly became naught, even without his use of [Absence], as a powerful gust of wind came rushing toward him.

"What?!" Yasuo turned his head and used his arms as a shield; trying his best not get flung away from the force of the draft.

As the gust gradually subsided, Yasuo swung his head back toward the direction of the now-gone flame, met with a seemingly female and humanoid figure.

Yasuo silently noted the two golden swords blaze with red fire in her hands, before studying her appearance—seeing how they weren't burning her skin.

Her face was beautifully sculpted, and the cold rose-red orbs that were her eyes solely multiplied her elegance. Her long brown hair, styled in side-swept bangs, with her gorgeous body only added to her otherworldly grace.

"Yu Miaoyi," the woman calmly began, revealing her sharp vampire-like fangs. "Humbly greets Young Master," she finished as she gracefully bowed.

(Ding! [Sovereign Tier], [Consort Yu Miaoyi—the Crimson Beauty Under the Moon] has been summoned!)

"U-um," Yasuo stuttered, quickly turning his head away from looking at her body.

"Yes, Young Master?" Miaoyi asked as she lightly tilted her head, her bangs falling with the laws of gravity.

"D-do you have any c-clothes on you, Miaoyi-san?" Yasuo asked in return, his face turning increasingly red as periodically sent glances toward her.

Miaoyi blinked in confusion before looking down at her body. She quickly became flustered, as the realization of nakedness became clear.

"Ah...N-no I do not, Young Master..." she eventually replied, as she used her arms to cover her breasts and legs to hide her passage. "M-may Young Master grant this lowly one a dress?"

"Y-yeah," Yasuo said as he fully turned around, scrolling through the [All-Around Shop] to find something for his new [Summoned] to wear.

He didn't mind using all of his [Points]. He could easily make it back with some simple cooking. As for some reason, it was a marvelous way to obtain [Points].

Yasuo randomly purchased a midnight-themed kimono fixed together by a black obi with some white socks and a pair of getas, leaving him with only [205,025] [Points].

Taking a deep breath before turning around and closing his eyes, Yasuo made his best smile, saying: "Here, Miaoyi-san."

And, as soon as he finished his words, he felt his hands losing grasp of the garments. He kept his face impassive, but inwardly, he was shocked—Miaoyi's incredibly fast!

"I have finished, Young Master."

Yasuo opened his eyes. Thinking about it, he could hear the extreme volume of respectfulness in her tone, even more than Shisui's. It was frankly odd, but he wasn't going to comment.

It had taken him a second to realize that the person in front of him was the same one naked mere moments prior.

The way that the outfit accented her figure was sumptuous, making her appear even more beautiful than with her bare body.

"Cough!" His cheeks began flaring, but he tried his best to hide it. 'What is going on?!' Yasuo thought as he looked everywhere but at Miaoyi. 'What is wrong with my body?!'

"Young Master?" Yasuo heard Miaoyi's voice call him. He focused his eyes straight, inwardly panicking as her face was inches away from his own. "Is something wrong? You're coughing..."

Yasuo quickly composed himself, smiling as he shook his head. "I'm fine, Miaoyi-san," the boy replied, softly waving his hand. "Let's go home, Miaoyi-san. Your new home."

"En," the vampire-like woman nodded, slowly backing away from her master as a radiant smile graced upon her beautiful face. "Let's go home, Young Master."

___

The name given to her was Kyouko—Kyouko Uchiha.

She was a simple girl; at least that was what she would describe herself. Her hair was raven-black, and her eyes were brown, traits shared by many Uchihas.

The problem laid within her name: 'Mirror.'

She sometimes felt as if her parents had wanted her to be a 'Mirror' of her siblings. Beautiful, gifted, intelligent, obedient—the whole package.

But, although her talent in the 'Three Main Jutsu Categories' was higher than average, great at best, it was nothing compared to her siblings.

She was talented with the art of deduction, a part of the reason for her aspiration of one day going into the ranks of Konoha's Police Force. But, yet again, such was nothing compared to her siblings.

Yasuo was a prodigy of the Three Jutsu Categories, and she had been regularly hearing stories of his genius from her youth.

And, from what Mom had told her, he had unlocked his [Sharingan] at only three years old! Even Vyra had only got her's at five!

Kyouko became depressed thinking about it. She had become five-years-old not too long ago, yet nothing had sparked the awakening of her [Sharingan].

She, never in actuality, had seen her oldest sibling other than in family pictures. He was always late for dinner, never up for breakfast, and just gone for lunch.

No one would say anything about it, but Kyouko could see the hints of longingness present within Vyra's eyes ever so often. She was indeed just that perceptive!

Enough about Yasuo, she thought to herself, let's move on to Kumiko!

The middle of the three sisters was also her favorite, solely because she didn't hold any expectations for her. Kumiko was kind simply to her just because she wanted to be.

But, being kind didn't mean being weak. Kyouko had seen bullies pick on her for her generous nature, only to come back to the Academy beaten black and blue, entirely avoiding the white-haired girl.

She was almost like her role-model. No—Kyouko inwardly shook her head, Kumiko wasn't like her role-model, she was her role-model!

Kumiko was like herself in terms of skill. Her talent with the Three Jutsu Categories was only above average. But, when it came to Fūinjutsu, she was a natural master of it.

Perhaps that was a part of the reason she looked up to her so much.

But, Vyra was a whole different story. She was more of a genius than the two of them combined, able to comprehend techniques with a mere glance.

How people didn't view her as more talented than Yasuo, Kyouko frankly had no clue. Vyra was practically proficient with everything that anyone could throw at her—it was slightly scary.

Then, there was Shisui. Although he was not Family, he certainly felt more like an older brother than Yasuo would ever be, in her opinion.

He cooked and serviced them with the greatest of his abilities, something like a butler of sorts. Still, to her and everyone else in the house, Shisui was like Family!

It was most, most definitely not because she had a crush on him! She felt her cheeks beginning to burn up, but ignored it as her mind focused on erasing her previous thoughts.

"Kyouko-chan, are you alright?" Vyra's concerned voice knocked her back into reality as she felt her hand on top of her forehead. "You're not sick or anything, are you?"

"N-no, I'm fine, Onee-sama," Kyouko replied as she twitched around her seat on the couch. She was trying her best to get rid of her blush but was failing rather horribly.

"If you say so..." Vyra reluctantly withdrew her hand, turning her head to once again absently watch the news channel on television.

Kyouko took in a deep breath, once again immersing herself within her thoughts as they waited for Shisui to finish cooking up breakfast.

Shisui himself was the designer of many of the things in this house. Though, that was also true for most of the entire village and more.

He owned a company that provided practically everything, and it had incredible popularity. So much so, that it had made him the number-one wealthiest person in the entirety of the Ninja Continents.

If she didn't know Shisui as she did, then her young detective instinct would have long stirred. She hadn't a doubt that others would seek out the, quite simple, truth of the matter.

And, she was determined to be an investigator of the Police Force, and would go wholly through with that determination! It didn't matter if she was too young or not!

Kyouko inwardly huffed, bloating her cheeks out. She made sure not to show anything on her face, keeping her expression casual.

She didn't want anyone worrying about her for no reason. Though she was only the age of five, she was mature enough to do things on her own!

The doorbell rang, startling her out of her thoughts. In the corner of her eye, Kyouko could see Vyra getting up, and with it, she suddenly had an idea: she would release some tension on the potential stranger!

Sure, it would be rather rude—but, right now, she didn't have the mind to care about such trivial matters.

"I'll get it!" she said as she sprung up from her seat before Vyra could stand. She ran toward the front door of the mansion as she heard her sister say back: 'Okay, then, Kyouko...'

"Now that you mention it, this place does look different. The house is so much bigger now that it almost feels strange."

As she got close to the doorway, she could hear a voice coming from the other side. It was distinctively male and young; so a boy.

But, why would a boy speak as if he knew of the house personally? It was frustrating to work out, and she hated, yet adored it at the same time.

"I do not doubt your judgment, Young Master." Kyouko's ears perked as she heard the new, clearly mature voice.

It was feminine and somewhat cold, but she could hear the respect in the woman's voice. Still, that only brought more questions for herself.

Kyouko took in a deep breath before grabbing the handle of the door. She flicked the lock sideways as she slowly turned the knob, opening it.

Before her, was two people, and she quickly identified the owners of the voices. It was rather obvious—there was only a woman and a boy in front of her.

They were pretty, the first thing that entered her mind. And, the boy looked suspiciously close to an older version of her brother in the family photos.

"Hello," she greeted the two with a smile, forgetting all about her previous 'scheme.' There was something about the pair that 'guided' her to be as courteous as possible.

The boy turned his head from the woman beside him to her, smiling back as he did. "Ah. Hello there," he replied. "Is this still the residence of Izuna and Miyrae Uchiha?"

Kyouko was slightly startled with the boy's formalness but quickly regained herself, nodding as she slowly said: "Yes...what do you need?"

"Well..." The boy began awkwardly rubbing the back of his head. "Is Shisui here by chance...?" Her eyes then widened, and the boy seemed to have noticed it.

"Wait, wait!" he quickly voiced out as he waved his hands to calm her. And, it worked—her hands slowly came back to its original positions from touching the doorknob.

Kyouko stared at the boy in suspicion. Barely anyone should know where Shisui worked, not to mention the boy in front of her! She continued staring at the boy as he breathed in a sigh.

"Can you tell Shisui to meet me, please?" the boy asked with hopeful eyes. "I mean no harm. I purely want to see him. It's nothing about business either. Ah! I know him personally if that helps any..."

Kyouko frowned; the boy sounded sincere enough, and the last part of his words...She looked back toward the hallway to the living room for a while before sighing.

"Alright, I'll tell Shisui-san," she eventually said as she looked back toward the boy. "But what is your name? I should at least tell him that much."

"Ah..." The boy began stiffly laughing. "U-um...Urataros..."

Kyouko's eyes narrowed, he was quite obviously using a fake name, and he was making it rather clear at that. But she nodded nonetheless. The name could very well easily be a code of some sort.

"Alright, I'll say that to Shisui-san, but don't get your hopes up..." She paused as she took a moment to realize that the boy had a companion.

"And what about you, miss?" Kyouko asked as she turned her head toward the frankly beautiful lady.

"I have nothing to say," the woman responded as she shook her head. Kyouko was nearly mesmerized; everything about her screamed 'beautiful,' and it was somewhat suffocating.

She gradually nodded, taking the knob and closing the door as she ran back into the living room, and into the kitchen—where the wanted Shisui was currently cooking.

The man turned his head toward her, hearing her hasty footsteps. "Kyouko-sama?" Shisui questioned. "Do you need something of me?"

"Yeah," The girl nodded. "Someone outside wanted to meet you..."

"Is it an Elder? Tell them to contact my office instead. I won't meet them."

No, Shisui-san," she shook her head, "It's a boy, and he said his name was Urataros...But, it clearl-"

"No, it can't be..." Kyouko broke her sentence as she heard the man mutter, his eyes widened in shock.

"Thank you for telling me this, Kyouko-sama," Shisui bowed his head, putting down the spatula in his hand, and turning off the heat on the stove.

The cooking eggs would become ruined, but he could start anew without a problem.

He quickly walked out of the kitchen, and with swift strides, he soon reached the door. He unhesitantly opened it, greeted with the sight of his young master and another.

"Yasuo-sama!" he exclaimed as he fought back the tears wanting to fall.

It was a first for him in his new life as a [Summoned]—crying due to emotions.No...he couldn't remember the last time he had even shed tears at all.

"Shisui-san! Long-time no see!" His young master grinned. "It's only been a few hours for me, but that's my fault as well..." The boy's eyes suddenly widen. "Ah! I forgot about Urataros-san!"

"I'm sure Urataros is fine, young master," Shisui quickly said, trying his best to shift his worries toward more important things. "Please come inside. I'll use [Kotoamatsukami] to fix everything for now."

Yasuo nodded before turning his head toward the woman beside him. "Oh, right. I almost forgot about this," the boy began scratching the back of his head, "Miaoyi-san, this is Shisui-san."

Shisui nodded, opening the door wider as he moved aside. The woman nodded back, following his young master's departing figure as the boy left into the house.

He stayed motionless for a short moment, a rare smiling growing upon his face. He looked outside briefly, staring at fluttering orange petals as he made sure everything was real, and not a dream.

Shisui's smile became broader as he wiped a loose tear with the sleeve of his shirt, gently closing the door.

___

Yasuo would be lying if he said that wasn't nervous. Although not much time had passed for him, he couldn't say the same for his family. Long separations were painful; he knew that fact personally.

He deeply sighed before conjuring his courage, opening the door in front of him. As he did, his eyes immediately directed on the couch near the TV, as Vyra had made eye contact.

"H-hi, I'm back..." Yasuo stuttered; he was inwardly panicking, seeing his twin's eyes go from shock to scarily teary. He quickly looked away. Otherwise, he was afraid he was going to see the strong girl break down right in front of him.

He could hear her rise from her seat, slowly approaching him. His nervousness now was only becoming worse, and he was sure that it didn't help any with his situation at all.

"Onii-chan? Y-you're awake?" Yasuo had barely managed to catch the shaky murmurs of his sister with his sharp ears.

"Yeah...I'm back..." Yasuo smiled, spreading his arms wide open, as Vyra immediately dived into them. There was a calm moment of silence, and the two of them took comfort from it.

He opened his eyes, continuing to pat the girl's back, catching the sight of the girl who had agreed to his request. Her body was frozen, eyes widened, as she stared back.

As he smiled toward the girl, she quickly ran toward the staircase. Yasuo could hear her shouting 'Mom, Dad!', but he didn't move, continuing to find and give solace with Vyra's warm embrace.

His consciousness traveled into thoughts as he did, realizing just how similar the girl looked to both him and Vyra. It was strange, and the only parents he knew lived here was his own...Yasuo's eyes widened with realization.

"Vyra," Yasuo softly pushed his sister away from him, "W-who's the girl that got the door for us?"

The girl irritatedly frowned from the sudden lack of bodily warmth but tried to ignore it, as she responded with a single word: "Kyouko."

"Huh?"

"Her name, it's Kyouko." Vyra was feeling a bit mischevious; perhaps she could consider this as 'punishment' for Yasuo being an idiot. "You asked who she was, did you not, Onii-chan?"

"That girl, Kyouko, s-she looks just like you..."

"Is that so," she sighed as she replied, listening to her twin's trembling words. "Well, Onii-chan. If you know that much, why don't you figure everything out yourself?"

"T-then..." He paused before looking at Vyra with sorrowful eyes. "Kyouko's our sister, isn't she?" The girl slowly nodded, and as she did, Yasuo began staring at the floor dejectedly.

"I didn't just miss five years, but watching my youngest sibling grow up as well...?" Yasuo asked no one in particular, looking up as he heard footsteps coming from the staircase.

He could see Vyra opening her mouth, maybe to answer his question, but was interrupted by Miyrae, seemingly talking to Kyouko: "Oh silly, it's only Yasuo-chan."

"You're back early today," the woman said, walking down the staircase as she turned her head toward her only son. "Did something happen during your training, Yasuo-chan?"

Yasuo slightly tilted his head, confused. But, before he could reply, Shisui had done it for him: "That's because the Training Grounds were occupied by other Teams today, Miyrae-sama."

"Oh, is that true?"

"Indeed, Miyrae-sama," Shisui respectfully nodded. "Nevermind that, Miyrae-sama, where is Izuna-sama? Breakfast is ready."

"Right here!" A voice came from the staircase, as the sounds of light stomping became increasingly louder. And, from it, revealed the figure of Izuna. "Ah, nice to see you've come for breakfast, Yasuo!"

The boy ignored his words, putting them in the back of his mind and instead, blankly staring at his father's visage.

Although Izuna still looked rather young, Yasuo could see small hints of growing from his scalp. It made his father seem so much older now—oh, how five years could change a person.

Yasuo eventually nodded.

"Hmm...Yasuo-chan, did you get enough sleep? Your reactions are a little slow," Izuna asked concernedly.

Yasuo lightly chuckled at the irony of his father's sentence before shaking his head in the negative. "No, I'm fine, Father. I was only thinking about some things."

"If you say so, Yasuo-chan," Izuna let the matter drop for now. "Now, everyone. It's been a while, but let's have a pleasant family breakfast togeth-"

"Izuna-sama, before that..." Shisui said loud enough to have everyone's eyes and attention directed toward himself. "You see, there's something I forgot to mention to everyone."

"Hmm? What would that be, Shisui?" Miyrae asked, a light frown gracing her face.

"It's simple, really, Miyrae-sama. It's only...[Kotoamatsukami]."

___

"-nd then, Madara said he was going to bet Hashirama, but he never did!" Izuna jested as mostly everyone around the table chuckled.

She too had, though she felt somewhat sorry for Madara-ojisan. Her father was making jokes on his expense behind his back, even if they were rather funny.

The only two that didn't laugh were Shisui and Vyra. She didn't think much about it for Shisui, as he was a rather sedate person, but Vyra was unusually quiet.

But, Kyouko didn't say anything about it and wasn't planning to, either. She was sure that her oldest sister was merely going to say 'I'm fine,' and that would be the end of the conversation.

Miaoyi seemed to know what was going on, though. She just had that look on her face, and the woman always seemed to know about everything.

Kyouko resolved to ask about it later after Academy; if she didn't forget about it by then.

"Your mother and I should get going now," Izuna said after a long, comfortable silence as he stood up, his wife with him. "We'll see you later."

"Bye!" she and her siblings said, continuing with their breakfast. Such was a common occurrence, and Kyouko had long gotten used to it.

Shisui and Miaoyi rose from their seats, bowing their heads in farewell as the couples left.

She could see that Miaoyi was stiff in her posture, though the pretty woman was regularly like this. It was nothing new. For the entirety of her life, she felt that Miaoyi didn't fit as a mere maid.

"Hey, Shisui-san?" Kyouko asked, munching on some rather delicious vegetables. She didn't much favor the greens, but Shisui's cooking made everything taste great.

"Yes?" Shisui asked back without looking at the girl, sitting back down onto his chair. He skillfully held up his knife as he cleanly cut through the steak before him.

"C-can..." she hesitated, but steeled herself, "Can you walk with me to the Academy today?"

"I...I cannot. I apologize, Kyouko-sama." The man shook his head in response. "I have a lot of things to take care of, unfortunately."

"O-okay..." she said crestfallenly. Kyouko wanted to ask what, but the depressing feeling of rejection overtook her courage.

An awkward quiet descended in the house, as the only noises perceivable were the sounds of utensils and chewing.

"Cough!" Her brother tried to quell the silence. "Kyouko-chan, shouldn't you be going to school by now? It's already noon..."

Her ears slowly perked as she heard her oldest sibling talk before panic came crashing down when Yasuo finished talking.

"Oh, crap!" she blurted, dropping her fork and quickly running upstairs into her room. She hastily grabbed her stuff, hurrying downstairs and exiting through the front door.

"See you later!" Kyouko shouted back as she waved her hand behind her, hearing the light echos of 'Goodbye!' coming from the house.

___

"Bye, Kumiko!" Yasuo smiled, looking toward his adopted sister's fading form out through an open window.

"You're not going with her, Vyra?"

"No," the girl shook her head, "Today's a rest day for my team."

"Alright then..." he said, leaning back on his chair. He stretched his arms, letting out a pleasant sigh before closing his eyes; organizing all of the questions in the head.

He opened his eyes again, taking a sip of the orange juice placed in front of him, before asking, "Shisui-san, can you tell me now; how in the world did fed me when I was in a coma?"

"I..." Shisui paused, unsure of what to say. "I-I did not, young master..."

"W-what?" Yasuo stuttered, not at all expecting that answer from his oldest [Summoned]. He turned his head toward Vyra, but she looked just as confused as himself. "What do you mean you didn't?"

"It's just as I said, young master—I did not," Shisui repeated. "Rather, I could not. There was no technology for such purposes, and I don't yet have the means to make one either."

"Your mouth did not want to open as well," Shisui continued, and Yasuo couldn't help but feel that the man was complaining. "No matter what I did, I couldn't feed you."

"I was afraid of you dying from hunger or dehydration. Thankfully, you never did even after months of nothing to support your body."

"When I had used my [Sharingan] to check on your chakra, everything was normal. But, when I looked more carefully, I saw chakra naturally enter your body instead of exit; perhaps that was your body had been using to keep you alive."

Yasuo nodded at Shisui's explanation.

He figured that the absorption of chakra into his body was his [Phenex Bloodline] at work or his instinct to survive. It was most likely the former, but he let his imagination run wild.

"Now, young master...would you please kindly explain why you were in a near-death state in the forest with an equally battered Urataros?" Shisui asked as he cut his thoughts.

"U-um," Yasuo stumbled as he felt cold sweat running down his forehead.

He looked at his twin for help, but she seemed just as 'curious' as Shisui. Yasuo instead turned his eyes toward Miaoyi, but the woman didn't look like she was going to help him out any time soon.

Yasuo stared back at Shisui in panic, but a sudden, genius (or he as he thought) idea came to mind.

'AM, give Urataros access to the system, and quickly make him possess me!' he mentally order his system.

[Acknowledged, Host]

(Ding! Granting [Summoned] [Urataros] access to [Menus] and limited extended usage of [A.M. Points])

'Huh...so it is a thing!' He was only guessing that his system could do that as a function, but he was elated that it worked nonetheless!

'Then give access to Miaoyi-san and Shisui-san as well, permanently. Do it for the future [Summoned] as well.'

(Ding! All [Summoned] now have restricted access to [Menus] and [A.M. Points]!)

'Good!' the boy nodded.

'Now...sorry, Urataros-san. You'll have to help me deal with this too...' Yasuo inwardly apologized to the Imagin, before his consciousness completely faded into darkness.

___

Urataros was bored, but the feeling was nothing new. He'd been going through the same sense of dullness for the past five years in his master's [Kamui].

Although the feeling wasn't exactly great per se, it wasn't like he had anything to do in the infiniteness of Yasuo's [Reality Marble].

And, he was pretty sure he had tried everything to do in the barren place; jump around from block to block and punching them. Both activities weren't the most fun.

But, when a magical voice coming from he-had-no-idea suddenly suspiciously said he was going to possess his master's body again in ten seconds—he was elated!

"F*ck yeah!" Urataros shouted out, finally using his voice in what felt like an eternity.

"Thank you, Yasuo-sama! Thank you, AM-sama!" He had thanked the system almost on a whim, having an innate feeling that the voice was that of AM-sama's.

Urataros mentally grinned as he waited for his [Possess] [Skill] to kick in.

He felt his soul seemingly become pulled from his body, but he quickly felt his body once more, with a few extra parts that being an Imagin didn't exactly have.

Urataros slowly opened his new yet familiar, set of eyes; met with the sight of Shisui.

"Senpai!" He happily grinned with his young master's face.

As Urataros continued staring at Shisui, he couldn't but think that the man seemed upset...He shrugged it off. His Senpai was always like this, stern face and all.

"Urataros..." the man said back with his typical solemn voice, and Urataros' grin widened from joy; verbal communication, how refreshing!

"Smash-!"

'Scary, Vyra-sama seems like she's crazy mad...' Urataros thought, turning his eyes toward the girl, as small beads of sweat began forming on the side of his face.

He let that thought sink in before awkwardly shifting his head back to face Shisui.

'Hold up!' Urataros started sweating even more. 'Senpai is angry! Yasuo-sama didn't set me up, did he? No...he couldn't have!'

He looked around the room—everything was new, but nothing seemed out of place. Urataros' eyes eventually stopped on a woman standing behind Vyra.

'Beautiful! How didn't I notice her before? Judging by her appearance, she shouldn't be related to Yasuo-sama. Good. But who is she?'

[She, Summoned Urataros, is Summoned Consort Yu Miaoyi]

The Imagin was taken aback from his master's system suddenly taking, but he didn't have time as Shisui asked a question.

"Urataros tell us what happened during 'that'?"

He was instantly able to recognize what the 'that' Shisui was referring to and, he was more than happy to tell his sorrows.

Urataros proceeded to tell the three around him his story. And, he may or may not have exaggerated some times in his favor.

But, he kept the ending the same. The Imagin was frankly afraid someone would hurt him if he didn't, and he knew it was very well possible considering his master's family and servants.

"I see." were the only words that Shisui said before he stood up and left.

He wanted to say something to stop him, but before he could, the man had already disappeared out of sight. Urataros, however, silently watched as Vyra left as well.

His eyes eventually landed on the last person remaining in the room, inwardly glad that she didn't leave. It had been literal years since he last had a proper conversation, and he craved for more.

The woman thankfully showed no sign of leaving any time soon, even sitting down on a couch and making books appear out of thin air with a face full of curiosity.

"You're not going to follow them?" he asked.

Yu Miaoyi softly shook her head.

"I must protect the Young Master, and staying with him at all times is included in that duty."

"I have no obligation for Young Master's family and servants."

A pause began as the only sound that heard was the gentle flipping of pages.

"W-well, junior sister..." Urataros started, and he was honestly proud of himself remembering some Chinese honorifics. But he most definitely caught that flinch!

Still, he ignored it, as he continued: "What are you doing? Is that one of your abilities? Creating something out of your chakra as Yasuo-sama does?"

"No," she replied impassively with her lovely voice, keeping her eyes on the books, now on her lap. "I did not create these."

"Did AM-sama not tell you?" she asked, finally turning her head to the man possessing her Young Master's body.

Urataros went silent, and now that he recalled, he could remember that AM-sama indeed had said something about limited usage of Points.

'Great!' was the first thing that came up to the Imagin's mind.

'I could use this for my date-' Urataros shook his head as he stopped the thought. 'No, I shouldn't waste master's resources like that.'

He sneaked a glance toward his [Summoner]'s latest [Summoned].

The woman was too focused on reading her new books to make a conversation with him. She didn't seem interested even if she was free, either.

"Haa..." Urataros sighed, inwardly thinking to himself: 'What do to?'

[Would you like a recommendation?]

"AHH!" he exclaimed in surprise, before calming himself down and noticing Miaoyi's frowning gaze.

'Hey! You would probably react the same if someone—something—suddenly spoke in your head!' was the Imagin's thoughts.

"Ha, ha. Sorry about that." Urataros 'nonchalantly' apologized with his 'smoothest' smile, slowly releasing it as the woman turned away.

He looked up toward the ceiling, mentally asking his master's system, 'C-can you say that again, AM-sama? I couldn't quite catch it...'

[Very well, Summoned Urataros...Would you like a recommendation?]

'A recommendation?' the Imagin repeated, 'What do you mean, AM-sama?'

[As Host, Yasuo Uchiha, has permitted access to the system to all Summoned, it will naturally record their thoughts; starting just moments ago]

[As such, the system has recognized Summoned Urataros currently feeling indecision and boredom]

[Thus, the system recommends for you to use this time to build up Host's core and foundation using the Guidant Trainer—purchasable with 200,000 Points]

Urataros didn't immediately accept AM-sama's proposition, choosing to think the decision out for a moment.

Checking his master's current [A.M. Points], he knew that 'he' could barely afford the so-called [Guidant Trainer]. The question solely was: was it worth it?

[Do not hesitate, Summoned Urataros. The Host will easily be able to regain his current amount of system Points]

As he heard this, Urataros immediately made up his mind. 'Then, AM-sama, please purchase the [Guidant Trainer]!' he requested.

[Summoned Urataros' command acknowledged. Authorizing purchase of Guidant Trainer...]

(Ding! The Host has obtained [Guidant Trainer]!)

(A.M. Points Left: 35)

[Summoned Urataros granted usage of Guidant Trainer. Purpose: solidifying Host's foundation within a day]

[Summoned Urataros, use Guidant Trainer? Yes/No]

'Yes!' he nodded with determination.

He had confidence that he would be able to help Yasuo-sama, and he would use it to push himself through even if things were difficult.

[Very well]

(Ding! Utilizing [Guidant Trainer]...)

"Wait!" he shouted out loud, no doubt garnering Miaoyi's attention, but he had more important things to mind.

"Is the thing going to be placed here?!" He was in a fluster.

If AM-sama put the [Guidant Trainer] inside the house, it would be much trouble to explain it off. Not to mention 'his' current appearance, having dyed hair, and becoming taller.

[That...]

Urataros abruptly found that he was no longer in his master's home, but instead in a seemingly different dimension.

The walls were a starry blue, and the same stood for the floor. It looked very futuristic, the bountiful machinery only adding to that look.

[-is incorrect, Summoned Urataros]

[Contrary to its name, the Guidant Trainer is a Minor Realm, specially built for training—ordinarily costing 20,000,000 A.M. Points]

[It is due to the Host's unique situation, that the system had only charged 200,000 A.M. Points. The system wants best for its Host]

[Nevertheless. Summoned Urataros, please place your hand upon the glowing device]

As the transmission of AM-sama's voice ended, the Imagin could see one of the machine's interfaces lighting up in front of him.

"Yes, AM-sama!" Urataros nodded, stepping forward and putting his hand on top of the machinery.

[Endurance Training—Running! Intensity Set: Highest!]

The Imagin suddenly felt some nausea, closing his eyes. Seconds later, when he opened them back, he found himself somewhere else!

"W-what?"

He looked around, finding only a larger-than-average treadmill in front of him, and a wall beyond that. Urataros brows scrunched in confusion. There were no buttons for pressing on the treadmill.

There was no space to move either, seemingly in a very narrow hallway.

He turned to look behind him, trying to find anything..."AHH!" Urataros screamed, running forward and onto the treadmill.

A three-headed dog was behind him, and it certainly looked f*cking hungry!

The treadmill automatically started as he stepped on it, immediately starting at 100 mph, and he could tell it was slowly increasing!

"AM-SAMA! WHY IS! THIS! THING GETTING! FASTER?! AND WHY! THE! HELL IS THERE! A! CERBERUS BEHIND ME?!!" Urataros cried at the top of his lungs.

[As stated before, this is to train the Host's endurance. With you possessing the Host's body, it is harder for it to increase. Thus, naturally, we have to raise the intensity of the training]

"BUT AM-SAMA! WHY AREN'T! YOU SAYING ANY-! -THING ABOUT THAT DOG! BEHIND ME?!"

As the system did not say anything back, Urataros did not ask any further. He was wasting his precious breath by talking, and that wouldn't do.

Five minutes had passed, and he was barely scraping through. His legs felt like mush, and he knew they would give in at any second.

When he finally fell, Urataros felt familiar nausea, suddenly finding himself back in the 'Starting Room.'

"H-huh? I don't feel tired at all...?" The Imagin moved his body around, not at all experiencing any fatigue.

[Good job, Summoned Urataros. The Host's Endurance has gone from 155 to 159, and Agility has increased from 160 to 161]

[Now, the training will continue. Please place your hand upon the glowing device]

"All for Yasuo-sama...All for Yasuo-sama..." Urataros chanted a mantra, before unhesitantly going up and putting his hand on top of the machinery, yet again.

___

[Summoned Urataros' possession will conclude in thirty seconds...]

[You will exit the Guidant Trainer in ten seconds...]

"Haa..." The Imagin released a sigh of relief, dropping onto the floor, "Finally." Although his body wasn't tired, his mind certainly was.

"At least Yasuo-sama's body feels much more stable now..." Urataros muttered. "AM-sama, I'm curious. Can you show me Yasuo-sama's stats, only?"

[Acknowledged, Summoned Urataros]

[Displaying the Host's Status...]

Endurance: [199]

Dexterity: [204]

___

Urataros looked at the realized screen in front of him, extremely satisfied with himself.

"Whoa," he lightly whispered, now back in the living room. He turned his head toward where Miaoyi was previously sitting...finding that she was still there.

He could innately remember that her posture was the same when he left into the [Guidant Trainer].

'Hasn't a day already passed? What's going on?' Urataros thought.

[That is incorrect, Summoned Urataros. Compared to a second in reality, a second in the Guidant Trainer is uncountably slower]

[This is why it regularly costs 20,000,000 A.M. Points instead of a measly 200,000. It is one of the best items in the system, even considering its original cost]

'D-doesn't that mean I just snagged an incredible item for Yasuo-sama?'

[That would indeed be the case, Summoned Urataros]

Urataros grinned in triumph.

(Ding! Possession has ended!)
