All throughout the day, Dale spent it with her grandmother. She is oblivious with what her photos and video caused. She never had to answer or reply to a lot of inquiries that were sent to their FB page. She was having a great time with her grandmother that she never checked her phone nor logged in to her own FB account. It has never been her practice as well to give out her personal phone number thus her classmates have no means to contact her. When all her classmates have been busy answering inquiries about their makeover booth, Dale was enjoying her Sunday. But she didn't expect the person whom she will meet at the church.
"Dale, I'm so glad to see you," Cathy exclaimed.
"Hello, Aunty Cath. I'd like you to meet my grandmother. Grandma, this is Aunty Cathy, Ed's mom," Dale introduced the two women to each other.
"I'm so glad to meet you Grandma Luds. Dale have said a lot of great things about you," Cathy said sincerely.
"I'm so glad to meet you too. I now met the person responsible for the good attitude of Ed. You got such a great kit in him," Grandma Luds replied.
"I'm so glad to hear that. Would you care to join me for lunch?" Cathy invited.
"If it would not be too much trouble then we would like to," this coming from Dale who is excited to spend time with Ed's mom again. The three women looked for a restaurant that have great ambience where they could eat and talk to their heart's content.
"Where is Ed? Didn't he went to church with you?" Grandma Luds wanted to know.
"Actually he was with me and just decided to finish the whole service before going to an emergency meeting. Actually I though Dale would be on that meeting as well." Dale was confused since she never got any idea about such meeting.
"Probably because they don't know how to contact me. I forgot to give them my cellphone number."
"Do you want me to contact Ed for you and ask him if you are needed on that meeting?" Cathy offered. Dale just nod her head as an agreement and listened to the one sided conversation between Aunty Cathy and Ed.
"Do you want to talk with Dale?" Cathy asked her son on the other line.
"Hello Ed?" Dale felt awkward talking to him in front of her grandmother and his mom.
"Hi Dale, good morning!" Ed's smile can easily be heard on his tone of voice.
"Is there a need for me to attend on that meeting? I'm sorry if I forgot to give you my number," Dale can't help feeling bad not being able to attend the meeting.
"There is really no need for you to attend. Everything is now under control. There were just a lot of questions that we have to answer and a lot of request for a makeover." Ed can hear that Dale is sad for not being able to attend and he don't like her to fell that.
"But I would still like to get your number so can you give it to my mom so that I can get it from her later?" Ed asked nervously.
"I'll give it to her right after this call."
"See you tomorrow then. Or can I call you later?" Ed can't really wait for Monday just to talk to her.
"Ahmm, sure. I guess," Dale don't really know what to say to him.
"Great, I'll talk to you later," Ed ended the call then.
