Dale and grandma Luds had a great time having lunch with Ed's mom that they haven't realized the time. They have been staying on the restaurant for the past 2 hours and their conversation seems endless. Grandma Luds have been sharing some of her experiences in raising Dale when her own mom left her to work abroad but their conversation was interrupted when someone approached their table.
"Hi, good afternoon. I'm Lovely and I'm a talent agent. I would just like to confirm if you are this girl in the photos?" Lovely then showed the photo to Dale.
"Yes, it's me," Dale can't really see the point of not answering her question honestly.
"I would just like to ask if you are interested with being a model. I promise that I'm a legit talent agent. You can even look into it if you like," Lovely started to hand out her calling card to the three women at the table. Dale was confused to be receiving such offer that she clarified to lovely is she is not mistaken.
"No, I'm not. I really think that you have what it takes to be a model. The camera loves you. Your eyes can tell stories," Lovely said with fervor.
She really wanted to get Dale as one of their models. "Can we just give you a call Lovely once my granddaughter have made a decision?" Grandma Luds can see the indecisiveness on Dale's face.
"Of course Ma'am. I hope to hear from you soon Miss Dale," Lovely went back her to own table where she is eating with her family.
"This is so bizarre. It says here that she is affiliated with one of the biggest fashion magazine in the country," Dale can't believe what just happened.
"If you like Dale I can ask my husband to do a thorough background check with this talent agent before you'll give your decision," Cathy offered since she can also see that Grandma Luds is worried about the offer given to Dale.
"You don't really have to do that Aunty Cath. I don't have any intention of accepting her offer. As I have said before it is never my plan to work in front of the camera," Dale insisted.
After their lunch, Cathy offered to bring Dale and her grandma home and while on the road Cathy can't help ask Dale to reconsider her decision. "I don't know anymore, Aunty Cath. We'll see," Dale just shrug.
