Chapter: 4 Get a job!

I leveled up yes I couldn't check my status yet as I was still be fed and the meal proved me with 3 xp. After the goblin feed me and left I checked me status.

I looked at my status and felt that is was growing stronger and wanted to figure out what skill points where, but I soon felt sleepy once again and couldn't stop myself form falling asleep. When I woke up the next time I soon realize that I could move my head and look around me and not just the ceiling and I could make other sounds with my mouth other than a whining noise. I looked around and saw goblins a lot of goblins around me that look like the goblin that feed me but not as ugly well some weren't as ugly. I looked at my hands and saw that they were big, I couldn't move before not even to see my hands so I was stunned looking at what my hands looked like.

They where green that wasn't surprising, but what was is that it resemble a human hands with it having five fingers that included a thumb, but instead of fingernails my hand a black claws that were about a cm long on each finger. I look at my legs and saw that they also look human like expect were green. Other than my body being a dark shade of green, and having some warts I had the body of a human, but I couldn't see my own face, so I don't know what I look like. Other thing I notice is that I'm naked and when I saw my little friend I was surprise at it size. I don't know exactly how a goblin would compare to other forms of life but I'm pretty sure we are physical small, so seeing something that I'm sure should be on an adult human man being on me when I'm not even a month old was quite the shock. I tired to get up and I can so I tried walking and I could so I started walking around this cave I was in.

The cave was just a cave which a bunch of goblins inside of it, and had this holes that I'm pretty sure were goblin made cribs for us. I then look a my goblin brethren and notice than looking around or playing with the floor they were just sitting and doing nothing. I decide to talk with them to see if I could and said "hey" they ignore me so I went up to them a tapped one of them on the shoulder and "hey" the goblin then look at me in the face. He looked same as all the other goblins here, a long nose, yellow eye with a rectangular pupil, pointy ears, and had a bit of brown messy hair. The goblin just looked at me not saying anything so I said hey again and he still said nothing so I kept saying hey, hey, hey until finally the goblin said hey to me. I then asked him "what's your name", and once again he just looked at me. I was about to hit him until I heard "all of you young ones follow me" I looked around and saw the saw goblin who feed me standing where the exit to this cave we where was and so everyone inside including me followed him.

We followed him out of this cave and into a tunnel until we saw a gate and some huge goblin like creatures standing guard. I'm guessing they are guards because they are wearing some kind of armors and holding different kinds of weapons, some had a halberd and a sword or mace at there hip and other had a bow and arrows. The creatures here I'm not sure if they are goblins, because some are twice the size of us and and had different skin colors. Some where yellow, some where brown or brown-green, some where dark green, and that isn't taking that even if two of these guys saw the same skin color their shades were completely different. The goblin who feed us said "wait here" and soon walked up to the group of huge goblins before saying "Grazedow are you here".

As soon he said that a voice shouted "Yea I'm here" and then the biggest goblin like creature came. He was huge having yellow skin with brown shades here and there, he was wearing a breast plate made of some kind of metal, some kind of kilt made of a black leather, was barefooted and had a huge double sided axe on his back. He walked to our goblin care-taker and said "Bortez it's been a while how has you been" Bortez replied "can't really complain you know with my busted leg I'm lucky chief hasn't gotten rid of me yet". Grazedow grunted "The chief knows how to value his men you did a lot for the tribe and his reign he won't get rid of you for a leg or two". Bortez laughed "Hahaha yes, but I wished he could have found me a better job in the tribe than care-taker I'm getting tired of hearing these brats whining when I'm trying to sleep." Grazedow laughed "Hahahah yes they don't know how to shut up, but the the tribe needs new blood in it ever since our war with the green iron tooth tribe. I just hope this bunch won't just be more unless mouth that we have to feed."

Bortez just stated "if that the case we can just send them into the deadman's forest and let them survive till they are useful, but enough of this small talk bring the in the elders so they can choose which brat is going where." Grazedow just nodded and said "alright just wait here for them to come" and then turn around while Bortez came to us and said "alright you whining brats it's time for you all to get some jobs."
