Date whoever you like. Just don't...

When Christopher entered the room, Kaylee was not there. He ran his fingers into his hair as he looked at the bathroom and heard water drops.

"Damn it!" He said in a lower voice as he saw the blood on his hand. He walked toward the drawer got a clean towel and wiped the blood.

He bit his lower lip as he threw the towel in the laundry. He sat on the bed and pulled out his hair.

In reality, he's fine if his mom knows about Kaylee and wants to meet her. The only problem is the situation itself. He didn't know what Charlotte said to their mom that she would want to meet Kaylee this early. The main problem is his dad, plus there is Ethan in that house.

In that house, Charlotte is the only one he can trust regarding Kaylee.

His dad isn't a very strict person in their personal or love lives. He just has one thing he doesn't like, and that's what he was worried about.

He stood up and walked toward the bathroom. He opened the door and removed his robe. He entered the bathroom and saw Kaylee resting on the bathtub while her eyes shut. He walked toward her and kissed her lips.

Kaylee slowly opened her eyes. She blinked when she saw Christopher in front of her.

"Why are you here?"

"Mind if I join you?"

Kaylee raised her eyebrow as her gaze was fixed on Christopher. "I don't mind."

Christopher chuckled and got in the bathtub. He is now behind Kaylee. Kaylee was positioned between his legs. Kaylee bit her lower lip. Because they were naked, she could really feel something in her back. Christopher traced her back up to her shoulder and down to her arm. He kissed her shoulder and hugged her from behind.

Kaylee frowned. "Are you okay?"

Christopher kissed her neck. "No."

Kaylee turned her head to look at him. "Is it about work?"

Christopher shook his head. "No. Mom wanted to meet you."

Kaylee held Christopher's face with her right hand. "What's the matter, aren't you going to let me meet her today?"

Christopher held her hand and kissed it. "She's not the one I am talking about."

Kaylee frowned as her gaze landed on his hand he looked at him, and she grabbed Christopher's hand and looked at it. "What's wrong with your hand?"

Christopher took back his hand and hugged her tight. "It's nothing."

Kaylee let out a sigh, she turned around and faced Christopher face to face. She held both of his cheeks and kissed him on the lips. "Why? She would not like me?"

Christopher looked at Kaylee with a gentle gaze. "She would love you."

"Then, why did you hurt yourself like that?" She asked as she looked at the man's hand.

When Kaylee said that, his father's words rang in his mind: 'Date whoever you like, just don't date someone who works for us.'
