Mr. Blind CEO

As a senior in high school in a blink of an eye... everything seems to move so fast. She still remembered when it was her first day when she got lost around the school. Since she shared a dorm with 2 other students, she hasn't been home most of the time. 


Starlight studied very hard to get to the top three spot for the school's valedictorian which means she will be chosen along with the two other students. 


Teresa was so proud of Starlight's accomplishment and hugged her so much! 


"Starlight, since today is your graduation. Isn't your parents coming?" Starlight shook her head and said, "My dad's health isn't too good for riding plane. My mom is busy with her works too and helping my dad at the same time." Starlight sounded disappointed but at the same time she said, "After this morning graduation, I'm going to visit them before leaving for my medical volunteer trip." Teresa nodded and patted her. 


"Then, let's go back together! Since I haven't seen my parents for that long too. Teresa's parents were busy too. 


As the graduation finishes, she was so happy that now she can go to university now. 


After few hours, Teresa and Starlight bought the tickets for going back home. 


Before boarding, Starlight called her mom, "Mom! are you at work or at home?" Crystal replied at work. Starlight nodded and then telling her mom not to work too hard since her job is tiring. 


When boarding on the plane, she was excited. Starlight missed her parents so much but contacting weren't too much since the school was really strict on handling phones. 


After they arrived, Teresa and Starlight parted ways, Starlight took a taxi and went straight to ATECH. She was so happy that she got back home safely. 


Starlight took a deep breath and entered the first floor lobby. Everything looked so different, they renovated a lot. Everything looked new. 


Starlight asked the secretary on where the CEO is. Secretary asked for her name and Starlight gave her ID and she immediately lets her in because she is the CEO's daughter. 


Daniel was in a meeting with other people. Starlight decided to wait outdoor. Few minutes later, James saw Starlight. 


"May I ask... who are you?" James said. 


"Uncle James, it's me! Starlight!" James was shook. Starlight was so pretty, tall, and she carried a beautiful smile.


"You're finally back, does parents know?" James asked. I shook my head and I said, " I just came back to visit them since they couldn't attend my graduation. But please don't tell them. I want to surprise them."  Starlight said.


As Daniel finished with his meeting, Crystal wheeled Daniel out. I hid in a corner for a few minutes then yelled, "Mom! Dad! I'm back!" Yelled Starlight. She was so glad she is back with her family.


Starlight hugged Daniel, "Dad, I'm back." She kissed Crystal, "Mom, I'm back." 


I am so happy they are still healthy. I guess I can show off my cooking skills. I grinned.
