Ride to University

Breakfast was pleasant. As Mark was in a happy mood, he kept a light conversation flowing with uncle Lu probing Amber times and again to give her opinion. Most of the times she would just smile and that was more than enough for Mark.

About 20 minutes later, Rebecca honked outside and Amber got up to take her bag.

"Umm can I join you?" Mark's voice halted Amber on her way to the car.

"I thought I knew my way to the university but I couldn't figure out the exact bus and the service here is very confusing." he continued "So can I join you for today?".

"Sure" Amber stated and nervously started moving towards the car; Mark followed.

Rebecca saw the two of them coming and looked at Amber with a confused expression like she was saying "Didn't he refused us yesterday?"

"Mark will be riding with us today. He doesn't know the bus schedule" Amber explained.

Their first ride together turned out to be a silent one. Firstly Mark thought of talking to Rebecca but decided against it. Rebecca also kept quiet because after several attempts to start a conversation without a proper reply from Mark Amber started giving her a deadly stare.

They reached the main gate and Mark thanked them asking them to drop him there. The girls went to find a parking spot. After about 10 minutes, they finally found a spot between a Range Rover and a Porsche 911. Rebecca's car didn't look out of place as she herself drove Porsche Mavcan Turbo in fact it attracted several eyes. This was not just because of the car but also because of the owner. She was a natural beauty and could be very much called the reincarnation of Rebecca Schaeffer. Honey yellow eyes with a bed of long curved lashes, same frizzy brown hair that went wild over her beautiful straight shoulders, full pink lips that stretched from one dimple to another making her smile even more captivating. She wore a yellow off shoulder crop top with a wide leg waist high pants. She was just mesmerizing.

One reason why Amber and Rebecca were friends was because both of them were beautiful but this didn't got to their head. Non of them considered this as the reason why one should be proud of and that made them as normal as they could be. They both belonged to a well-of family but rather than investing their time in shopping, they preferred to attend workshops and volunteer for social work.

"Ready?" Rebecca asked Amber. After a deep breath, Amber nodded her head "Ready". Both the girls exited the car simultaneously. They started to walk towards the entrance " OK my department is on the left while yours is on the right. Best of luck." Rebecca gave a thumbs up and started moving towards fine arts department while Amber moved to the Architectural grounds.
