Honey : The Empire's Treasure

Things started to move quickly as more of Mikaela's crew arrived in the city. Following Jonas, Nylian arrived with his family and Kaze soon after to everyone in the Amara Clan surprise. Celaena arrived with brother, who seem to take to the city like he has been here before.

The last two, Hycis and General Zo, were set to arrive in the city at the end of the month.

Signs of fortifying the walls and placement of more weapons could be seen everyday.

"How are the soldiers coming?" Nylian asked Ailwin and Braeden as he took a seat beside them at breakfast one morning.

"Good. Combining Lord Tasar',  the Amara clan and the Shadow Wolves together into one army under Ailwin's command… I thought was going to be tough, but lately things have been going smoothly." Braeden said around a mouthful of food.

"Maybe too smoothly…" Ailwin whispered.

He couldn't help the feeling that things were coming along too perfectly.
