After the ceremony, Jackson and I headed back to my house where we had a small feast. Nothing too much, just beef noodles soup- my favorite for dinner to celebrate my graduation.
Upon arriving, Jackson said hi to my family and I headed upstairs to change and put away my cap and gown. When I came back from my room, Jackson and I ate with my family.
After dinner, we hung out with my family a while, simply playing cards and then we finally had some alone time. Jackson and I walked outside to my backyard and we sat on our swing chair out in my patio.
I leaned into Jackson, placing my head on his chest and he wrapped his arms around me.
*This would probably be a good time to ask him about my graduation party party in a few weeks, in which all my relatives were going to come and do this big thing*
Me: Babe?
J: Hmm?
Me: Can I ask you something?
J: Sure, what's up?
Me: Soo you see... there's this graduation party tha...
*Ring ring*
J: Sorry babe, I gotta take this one.
Jackson stood up and walked a few steps to answer the phone and came back a few moments later.
J: Sorry baby, that was my mom. She called to ask me to run some errands for her and pick up some things from the store. I think I have to head out. But, what were you saying?
Me:....Oh, that's ok. Yeah.. umm oh nothing. Call me later on skype and we can talk then. I don't want to keep your mom waiting.
J: Are you sure?
Me: yeah.. its ok.
J: Okay baby
Jackson leaned in for a kiss on my lips. I'll call you later. Just know I'm so proud of you honey.
Jackson left.
