About an hour after Jackson left, he called me on skype.

J: Hey baby sorry about earlier.

Me: No worries, I get it.

J: Soo yeah, what were you saying earlier?

Me: Yeahh about that, so yeah um in a few weeks on the 20th, we are doing a graduation party for me with all my family, friends etc. & It's a pretty big thing.. and yeah I was wondering if you can make it. It'll mean so much to me.

J: Yeah of course, Yeah I can definitely be there. Let me just double check with my work schedule and things. Give me a minute.

Me: Sure.

Jackson looked at his phone and looked up that date.

J: Hmmmmmm, I took that day off... wait you said 20th right?

Me: Yeah 20th... why did you take that day off?

J: Ohhh... cause I have a tournament to play that day for volleyball. They asked me a few weeks ago and I told them that I would play.

Me: Ohh.....I guess you can't make it then....

*I was disappointed..

***Long story short - Jackson LOVES volleyball and will go to as many tournament as he can. Within our 6 months of just being together. He's been to at least 6 tournaments out of town etc, even during the winter there's tournaments and he's attended them all.. So seeing that he's going to another one AGAIN during a special day for me... just got me upset. ***

J: .. Yeahh I don't think I can.. cause the volleyball game is like a whole day thing.

Me:....*quiet....yeah ok

J: Are you mad?

Me:...no.... it's fine.

J:.... yeah you're mad... I'm sorry... Its just well, they ask me first you know. I can't back out. If I did the team gets disqualified because they're short a player.

Me:....yeah ok

I became silent.

J: Hey, don't be like that. It's okay. I made it today didn't I? Don't be sad.

Me: oh... you want to look at it like THAT?...

Jackson saw that I was upset.

J: Honey... no I didn't mean it like that.

Me: Yeah? What did you mean then? Huh?

J: Well.. just that I showed up today... see? You were happy weren't you?

I was quiet..

J: Honey...

Me: Jackson, I know you.. Volleyball is like YOUR life... you've been playing it since... idk way before me. I can't not let you play. Especially like you said, they need you...& well... for my ceremony, I don't "need" you...

Jackson got frustrated by my comment, "I don't need you"

J: No you DO need me.

Me: Uh huh.... sure, sorry to break it to you, but No. I really don't need you. *giving him a little attitude again, annoyed that he's going to ANOTHER tournament.....

"No you DO need me" Jackson said.

I ignored his comment.

Jackson continued to be frustrated, especially since now I was giving him a little attitude and stating that I didn't need him.

"FINE!" Jackson stated as he raised his voice a little.

*I got annoyed, yet still said "K" (LOL, that really got him mad. ahaha)

Jackson really was frustrated now.

"FINE" he said again.

J: "Just know YOU, Ori, might not need me but let me tell you ONE thing. Unlike YOU, I DO NEED YOU. I NEED YOU and get that! I NEED YOU, BECAUSE I LOV...."

Jackson suddenly stopped.

My eyes lit up too.

Jackson saw me looking at him in disbelief and he couldn't help but smile.....

Me: What did you just say?

Jackson blushed and got shy (This guy knows how to get shy? LOL - I couldn't believe this)

Me: Huh??? What did you just say?

Jackson rolled his eyes and smiled more but TRIED to cover it up and tried to be "cool"

J: *Ahem....

Me: Yeahh?? *Smiling cause we both knew exactly what we heard!

J: I said..... Because I love you Ori... I love you so much.

I blushed and felt as if tears can just come to my eyes....

J: I love you honey & We will make this work so don't worry silly.

**After 6 months, he finally said it** - Goddamn, took you long enough loser! I thought to myself.

Me: Baby?

Jackson looked in my eyes & blushed.. Still can't believe that it slipped out.

"I love you so much too." I said.
