You are too slow

Claude waggles his eyebrows as he looks at Clara "Are you willing Adelia?"

Clara knits her brows as she glares at him "How many times do I have to tell you that I am not Adelia"

"But you are Adelia" he insisted as he raised his eyebrows at her

She let out an exasperated sigh and quicken her steps "I don't want to argue with you." she looks back at him and rolls her eyes, "I thought you are cold why don't you move faster?"

A small smile escapes his lips "Okay," he looks at her as he quickens his steps making her follow him with a jogging pace.

"Bastard" Clara mumbles under her breath as she tries to follow his pace.

Claude let out a small laugh and slow down his pace, he looks at her innocently "Why are you panting?"

Clara rolls her eyes at him and looks around at the street that is full of street food, "We will eat here?" she looks at him with confused eyes.

"Do you have a problem with it?"

Clara immediately shakes her head as she moves her gaze towards the bustling street of Gratis. This was the perfect time for the Gratis Night Market to begin, her eyes brightened as she saw the familiar foods in her childhood.

"Adelia" Claude immediately grasps the wrist of Clara and moves closer to her face "Stay close to me," he whispered into her ears while his eyes were busily roaming around the streets.

"Oh" Clara mutters as she felt that her cheeks are somewhat hot, she looks at the hand on her wrist "Could you take your hands off me?"

"No." he shakes his head as he strides towards one stall that sells chickens, "You're not allergic to this are you?"

"No, but—" she looks at the chickens "Is this the only thing we will eat? For dinner?" She looks at him with her eyes were wide open.

He tilted his head as his gaze goes back and forth to Clara's face and to the chicken, "Yes" he nods at her "Is it not enough?" his brows furrowed at her.

Clara pointed at the small fried chickens at the stall as she eyed him "Is that enough for you?"

He leaned close to her that makes her hold her breath, Claude notice this that makes him smirk and slowly put his hands in the pockets of his coat that she was wearing "I'm contented with these" Claude took out his hands from the coat and shows her two lollipops from its pockets and gazes at the reddened cheeks of Clara.

Clara gulps as she frowns at the lollipops in his hands and gazes at his 'pretty' face "Are you a lollipop maniac?"

He shrugs at her as he unwraps one lollipop and puts it in his mouth to hide his smile, "You eat" he put the piece of chicken he stabs using a stick into her mouth.

Clara was dumbfounded, she glared at him as she munches the chicken that was shoved into her mouth.

At the bustling night market like this many people were carelessly bumping with each other, but Clara was able to finish her ten pieces of chicken in peace as Claude serve as a sturdy wall blocking all the careless actions of people around them.

She looks at Claude who's expressionlessly eating the lollipop while his hand was still holding her wrist "You sure that lollipop is enough for you?"

"Hmm" he replied nonchalantly and gazes on the piles of chicken bones "You sure can eat a lot with that childlike body of yours" he gazes at her up and down.

"Says by the person who's happy sucking his lollipop" she rolls her eyes at him and tries to remove his grasp on her wrist.

He tightens his grasp on her wrist while he looks in a certain direction "We need to get out of here" Claude said in a huff as he tries to drag Clara.

"Wait!" Clara stops him and points at the vendor "You should pay him first"

Claude's eyebrows were raised and pulled together as he mutters "Why didn't you pay for your own food" and rummages in his pockets giving the vendor the first paper bill caught by his hand "Please keep the change" he immediately put the bill on the vendor's stall and drags Clara right away.

"Wait why are we running for?" Clara asks while Claude were still dragging her towards bunch of people.

"I'll explain it to you later" he said in a huff.

Claude pressed his earpiece two times, and a voice rang up into his ears 'Scanning the area of Gratis Market' he hums while his eyes roam around the sea of people around them.

'Target was not found in the approximate area' the monitor voice rang into her ears through his earpiece.

He exhaled as he pressed his earpiece again, a long pressed, 'Safe place detected in the area' a monitored voice rang into his earpiece again

Hearing this Claude looks back at Clara who's trying to keep up to his pace, he sighs as he moves to her back and pushes her forward "You are too slow"

"What the hell?" she exclaimed and looks back at him as he still keeps pushing her forward "Wait! Wait! Sorry—Sorry—" she mumbled as she kept on bumping onto others while Claude pushes her forward.

"We are near just bear with it," Claude whispers to her ears and eventually pushes her again forward.

After some time of pushing Claude stops pushing her "We are here" he mutters while his eyes were just fixated on the map shown into his watch.

She looks at the building in front of her and looks at him while blinking at him multiple times "Why would you bring me to a gay bar?"

"Huh?" he looks at me perplexed and looks at the building in front of us "Shit" he mumbles as he repeatedly pressed his earpiece.

"I told you safe place!" he roars, Claude looks at Clara and sighs "We're going in"
