Lottery!

On the very top of the newly opened window, there were a few lines of text which said that each item could only be bought once. At the very bottom, there was a button – . If clicked it would return Su Jun back to the main menu. In the middle, there was a list that showed two things. The price and the item that he would get by spending the price. Below each item, that he met the requirements of and could afford, there was a button for purchasing.

Su Jun moved his eyes to the first item on the list.

He returned back to the main menu. Su Jun smiled widely, "Yes! I did it!" he shouted out and burst into a laugh. Ten full seconds passed before his laughter died off. 'I have one more roll left, might as well use it.' He clicked the button and the same animation of dice rolling appeared on the screen. A few seconds passed and the small window opened once again.

'Okay, now that I have an SSS+ rank cultivation technique. I just need that pill.' Su Jun logged out of the system and he was back in his room. He jumped off his bed and walked out of the room. The moment he walked out, he saw Duan Xi standing by his door with closed eyes. Her eyes opened and her head turned to him. Their eyes met, "Morning," she said with the corners of her lips slightly risen, forming a slight smile.

Su Jun blinked his eyes and a surprised expression appeared on his face, 'She is smiling? It looks good on her.' He smiled, "Good morning... Let's go turn in the mission."

Duan Xi nodded, "Sure." They left the house area and walked towards the mission building.

Like many times before, on the way to the mission building, Su Jun and Duan Xi got stared by all the disciples that they passed and like before not one of them approached them. They reached the mission building and walked inside. Since it was still really early in the morning, only a few counters had disciples near them. They walked to the same elder that they took the mission from.

Cui Ni bowed his head, "Welcome back, young miss."

Duan Xi nodded slightly to Cui Ni with an indifferent expression on her face and without saying a single word; then turned her head to Su Jun which made a slight smile appear on her face.

'Quick Access!' Su Jun said in his head and at the bottom of his view, an icon appeared with the word written on it. 'Inventory.' His inventory appeared in the bottom of his view, replacing the icon. In the inventory, there were five icons with text written over them. . 'Magical wolf core.' All the icons disappeared and in the middle bottom of his view, appeared the icon of the with some text atop of it. . 'If the core just appears in my hand, it will be to strange as I shouldn't be able to use space.' He inserted his right hand into his clothes. 'Withdraw.' A core appeared in his right hand and he placed it on the table.

Cui Ni turned his head to Su Jun, "First the map then the cores and you are still missing nine."

"Alright," Su Jun reached into clothes with his right hand. From them, he pulled out the map that he received a day before and lowered it on the counter. Cui Ni nodded. Su Jun inserted his right hand in his clothes. 'Withdraw.' A core appeared in his right hand and he placed it on the table. He then repeated the process until the minimum ten cores were on the table.

Cui Ni nodded, "You completed your mission. You will both be rewarded with 20 contribution points each."

"I have more," Su Jun said then reached inside his clothes and pulled out another core. Cui Ni furrowed his eyebrows and then glanced at Duan Xi, 'She must have done it.'

'I wonder how many did he collect' Duan Xi wondered with interest.
