"Don't move!" On top of Emperor Suite number two, before the guards descended upon the scene of the incident, the angry-looking NPC hotel security guards aimed their submachine guns at Feng Luo, Phoenix, and Big Pineapple who were inside the battered room.

"We are special agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. These people are all adventurers from the Rebel Army." Feng Luo's group did not panic. They only raised their heads and showed the security guards their special agent badges on their chests.

At the moment, all three of their HPs were at critical levels. It was impossible for them to fight head-on against the fully-equipped NPCs. As such, they simply showed their badges.

The special agent badge could be considered "Killing licenses" which allowed them to kill people inside the city.
