Chapter 2

" Hey, mom what you doing?" I asked my mother when I got back.

"I'm planning your wedding." She said.

"Your planning my what?!" I replied in surprise to what she said.

"Your wedding. Why is something wrong with that?" she asked me to my answer.

"Yes." I replied.

"What?" She asked me to my response.

"Everything is wrong with that." I jumped at her.

"It's not like you're going to die."She said.

"Yes, I am. I don't even know who I'm going to have to live with for the rest of my life!" I yelled at her from the top of my lungs.

"No, your not. You will live trust me." She said calmly.

"Alpha is Howleen back yet?" John asked.

"She is right over here. I just told her about it." She replied. John is a pale, black haired, annoyance, with ice blue eyes.

"Yes, she did." I said in an angry voice.

"What's wrong. Did I do something wrong?" he asked.

"No, it's not that but to be honest you're not the one I want to marry. And I'm not going to. Plus I don't care about what she says. I'm not going to marry you. And that's my final answer." I said in an angry tone.

I ran out of the area and left my mother in shock. I was already very upset and now I have to marry someone I barely even know. Well I bet your like how come I know everyone. Well I talk to everyone I don't know their personalities that much. Everyone only knows me because I'm the alpha's daughter.

"Hey, are you alright?" someone said. The voice was familiar, but I wasn't sure who. He came out from behind a bush and then I tucked my head in between my arms.

"Go away. I don't want to talk to you." I told him.

"What's wrong? What did I do to hurt you and how can I help?" He said trying to comfort me. It didn't work. I have a thing for holding grudges.

"I said to go away!" I was getting angry at this point.

"Why? You still have not answer my questions yet. So how do you expect me to know if I did something if you wont tell me what I did wrong?" he said in response to my angry tone and I was surprised at how calmly he said it. Usually they would yell at me.

"I just want to be left alone." I told him trying to calm down.

"I wont until you tell me what's wrong." he told me refusing to go. By then I had left him by himself alone. Obviously he chased me. When he caught up with me he jumped onto me and flipped me onto my back so we were face to face in an awkward way. "What's going on?"he asked me in a serious voice now.

"Get off of me you creep! It's none of your business to know what's going on. Just get away from me!" I yelled loudly. Then my mom came running to me.

"What is going on here?" She asked.

"Get him off of me!" I yelled. But he wouldn't budge. So I bite him on the arm.

"Ahhhhhhhhh!"he yelled in pain. He was bleeding. I left him there with my mother watching in disbelief as I ran off by myself.

The next day was worse I was in big trouble for doing that. "How do you expect to get married with that horrible attitude of yours? You hurt your own pack member when you could have pushed him off." my mother was helping him while talking to me. I felt terrible for my action and should not be allowed to live here anymore. I left them there alone.

"I should probably go talk to her." he told her.

"No. She already hurt you enough. I'll go talk to her you stay here. You need to heal." She replied to him in a serious voice.

"Just let me talk to her. I can take care of myself. I'm not a pup anymore and I don't like to be treated like one."he answered.II

"Fine. But don't come back to me complaining when you need my help."She replied.

A while later after walking in the woods I come to a clearing and I sits on the side of a tree in the shade. "How do I marry him and I don't even like him. It's not even fair." I thinks to myself.

"Hey, you want to talk about what's going on?"John asked as he came out of the forest and into the clearing in our territory.

"No, I just want to be left alone."I replied. "I'm not in the mood and I don't want to hurt you again."I was very angry and afraid that if he did something stupid again that I would hurt him even more."I already hurt you enough."I said my voice a little shaky.

"Is there something that you are hiding from me and your mother?"he asked me.

"No, just leave me alone."I was getting even more upset. It seemed as if he were getting closer to my secret.

"Your lying." he said to the way I answered. He knows how I act when I'm lying or doing something I'm not supposed to.

"I'm not telling you. And it's none of your business." I was trying to calm down but it wasn't really working that well.

"What do you mean it's none of my business. You're going to be my wife, so I have the right to know." he responded with an attitude but not yelling.

"Just because we are getting married doesn't mean you have to know all of my business or take my freedom of being a women with that load of crap." I said.

My mom had come out of the forest and in to the clearing. She must have heard all the commotion that was going on between me and John."What are you hiding from the two of us? And why are you?"She asked me.

"If I tell you you'll get mad at me and I'll have to be persecuted or kicked out." I told her finally calming down.

"What do you mean?" John asked."It honestly can't be that bad. Is it?" he asked.

I shook my head in response."Yes. It really is that bad. "I replied.

" Well at least tell me. I can keep secrets you know." he said trying to get me to say it.

"Well this secret can't be told to anyone. And I can't trust anyone to tell them. Not even you or my mother." I said my voice starting to tremble. I started crying after that.

"Why are you crying? You want to talk about it at least?" he asked in a comforting voice. I shook my head yes. After a few minutes I started to calm down.

"How about we walk? I don't feel comfortable here. Especially with my mother here." I said my voice still trembling a little.

"Sure." He said.

"I'll go back to the den to keep an eye on everyone. Don't go near the line and stay on our side please."she said as we started to walk.

"Okay, mom."
