Is It His Fault?

"You're so..." Lambert gulped as he held the petite woman in his arms. He needed to push her away and walk as if her mood doesn't concern him.

She said she doesn't need me!

But seeing that woman who refused to accept his feelings, despondently dragging her feet slowly towards his residence, he couldn't hold back and wanted to give her a hug.

His assistant who followed him had found him and looked at him perplexed and Lambert waved his hands to send him away. He didn't want to be disturbed and he knew his assistant will keep his privacy and won't let anyone near him.

"She said I'm not allowed to drink in her garden," Jolene sniffed and Lambert's hands fisted.

She's crying because of that orang-utan?

"Did she ask you to leave when you came this far to meet her?"

Lambert asked gritting his teeth. If it was Talia who made this woman cry, he wanted to...

Wait! Why am I getting angry at Talia for this woman?
