Infractuous

Abel felt that life had nothing left to offer him after the love of his life died.

He was once a thrill seeking man who traveled the world looking for something to ease his boredom, and he found that something, or someone.

But sadly, all good things must come to an end, and so did this.

Abel now sat at his mansion wishing and praying that he could meet her again, somehow.

"I wish we could be on the same planet again. So we could hug again, So we could laugh again, So we could be together again." Abel sighed in sorrow as he closed his eyes preparing to go to sleep.

The God System

Mary chanted "[Support Magic・Strength Increase]" as the two charged at each other. Mary had learned two new spells after she got her profession. One was [Support Magic・Strength Increase], and the other...


"[Support Magic・Weakness]!!!" Mary shouted as she cast her debuffs on the Deer. 


Abel took this chance to slash at the Deer with his right sword, as his left quickly followed as he did a little spin in the air.


The two swords his the deer one after another right on the top of its head, but they did not pierce its skin. "What the?" Abel said confused how his iron swords didn't manage to pierce the deer's skin.


In this moment of confusion, the Deer headbutt Abel in the chest causing him to fly back as he landed on his back. Abel quickly got up and began to attack the deer more as Mary cast [Magic・Small Recovery] onto Abel.


Abel and the deer attacked each other with Abel using his two swords, and the deer using its hooves and head. Abel felt he was lucky it was just a doe, and not a buck, or else he would really be having a hard time.


The deer made a loud grunt at him as it snorted. It charged at Abel wanting to take him out, so it could continue eating its herbs.


Abel saw this coming and sliced forward as the deer ran straight into his sword. The deer whined in pain, but Abel had no mercy and he used his other sword to attack the underside of its neck, where it was very soft and he cleanly cut through it causing the Deer to lose its life.


Abel pulled his blade out and cleaned his swords and heard Mary walk up from behind. He thanked her for her help and put his arm around her and gave her a peck on the lips. 


Mary's face burned up at this as she smiled in joy dumbly replying "Yeah, anytime".


Abel was so thankful because he did not know if it would have been so easy without Mary helping him.


"Hey, I leveled up again!" Abel said looking at his stats and realizing he was Level 3 "And I got a skill! Nice!" 


"Oh, I leveled up as well. That must mean the Deer was of a fairly high level" Mary said as she looked at the doe lying on the floor.


Abel nodded as he was picking the Manalasis Herbs "I think when I get back I'll purchase an appraisal skill because things would have turned out bad if it was extremely high level. No matter if it's just a deer".


"Aww, It ate some of them!" Abel complained as he noticed some of the Manalasis herbs had bite marks or were missing entire leaves, thus decreasing their value.


He picked them all, then handed them to Mary as he reached down to pick up the deer, as he wanted to give it to the villagers in order for them to have a good meal. Of course, there was not enough to feed everyone, but some of the harder working ones could have this as a present Abel thought.
