I've mentioned this a while back, but I'm currently extremely busy. Due to which, I've actually gained quite a bit of mental fatigue, almost to an excessive degree. There was however one factor I forgot to account for. Basically everything I've been doing has been indoors, partially due to the extremely cold weather.
I almost certainly have a severe Vitamin-D deficiency currently. Since the weather's bad and I'm still busy throughout February, I'll just have to make do with supplements.
Take this as a friendly reminder to get enough sunlight.
