When it comes to doctors, you shouldn't be worried about mentioning any illegal substances you might have taken. The only cases where they're allowed to report something you tell them, is if there's concern you might harm yourself or others.

If you don't mention something, you'll just just have to bare the unnecessary risk of death or severe disabilities.
