Muster Part 1

Nile's hand grazed Felix's blackened eye. Felix winced in pain. "They messed you up real bad," Nile said as he went to grab an ice pack and medical equipment from his kitchen.

"Busted my lip too, but I ran away before they could do anymore." Felix snorted, stepping into Nile's house.

"How did they find you? I thought you said your job was far away from their area." Nile said pressing the ice pack on Felix's face.

Felix hissed. "Yeah, but one saw me while I was working."

"Should we move the plan till later then?" He scanned Felix body for any other injuries.

"No, the eye and lip should heal in a week, Did you find them?" Felix changed the topic. He walked to the living room and sat down on the couch. Nile followed. Two days have passed since their talk.

"Yeah, I found them. It was hard, though."

Felix rolled his eyes, "Quit whining, So where are their pictures?"

"I already inputted their images in the computer so do your thing."

"Wait." Felix entered the kitchen. "Where's everything?"

"Ramen in the top cabinet, I moved them around," Nile said. Felix came back with two ramen cups. Sitting down he handed a ramen cup to Nile and placed his own on the table. He grabbed Nile's laptop off of Nile's coffee table.

"Okay, I'm ready now."

"You sure you can see with those eyes?" Nile drank the soup part of the ramen before eating the noodles. Felix watched in disgust.

"I can see what you are doing, that's enough. I can't believe you eat like that." Felix turned back to the laptop.

After a few moments, Felix spoke up, "Found them."

"All of them?"

"Yeah,"

"Wow you're fast, so what are doing?"

"General things, Ollie's a contract killer now, Zi's a stripper, while Jaxon is living the overworld life and the last, Kayden, he's a temporary henchman of another gang, he just started working as their information broker. But! Guess the gang."

"Let me think…" Nile scrunched up his nose, a habit he always does when he was thinking. "The Teeth," Nile guessed wildly.

Felix slowly nodded to his answer. Nile's brows raised.

"Does he know about your dad?" Felix asked.

"Probably not Felix. You know how hard it is to get information about a gang's foundation. He probably only knows the general stuff about them but not deep enough to know about dad's relation to them,"

Felix started to nod. "So we leave Kayden for last then?"

"Yeah,"

"Okey dokey then, Ollie's in Northern Locn City, doing some type of mission, you should be able to find him if you hack the camera's memory back there. Zi actually close to us, He works and lives in the nightclub on Jason Street."

"The cheap one?" Nile asked, eyebrows raised.

"The cheap one," Felix repeated verifying what Nile said. Nile grabbed his phone from the side table. "I'll go get him myself. I know some people there."

"Hmm ok be safe, make sure no one follows you, we don't what your bullies coming after Zi." Nile paused, scrolling through his phone.

"Jaxon registered in summer school here in Dafes and Kayden, you already know. Let me find Ollie," Felix spoke again. Then silence followed and only the clicking of a keyboard and their breaths were heard.

"Found him. He's in the middle of something, though," Felix finished his ramen before setting on the coffee table.

"What?" Nile leaned over to look at Felix's monitor. He frowned in disgust.

"Killing. Found Jaxon too, he is taking a test right now."

"Math?"Nile questioned.

"Math. He will probably fail too and have to retake."

"Probably," Nile sighed. "Then I'll travel to Locn, be back in two days with Ollie," Nile said booking a flight on his phone.

"Zi sleeping. Why is there a camera in his room?"

"Probably some pervert. You know the club ways. And you know Zi if he wanted he would have removed it." Nile responded while getting up. "I'm going to pack."

"Ok, I'll clean up then." He closed the laptop and placed it on the table.

"You have the spare keys to the house right?" Nile shouted from his room.

"Yeah," Felix said while wiping the glass table. "Done, I'm going to the orphanage. " Felix trashed the ramen cup and went to the door.

"Laughter." Nile quickly shouted their motto.

"Danger," Felix shouted back before leaving.

The next morning came quickly. Felix was awoken to loud screams of children. Getting up, he got ready for the day. He had to go to his job and then get Zi.

"My eye isn't as swollen," He thought. He scanned his closet before picking a pink shirt and a pair of light blue ripped jeans. Exiting out of the small room, he went downstairs to the lounge. The orphanage only had six rooms and a lounge. Five rooms were big enough to hold the kids while the sixth was as small as a closet.

When he reached downstairs, the lounge went quiet. He was an outsider to the rest of the orphans. Unlike most he didn't go along with the house rules nor did he care if someone adopted him. In addition, with his low grades in school, everyone gave up on him.

Felix didn't mind about the silence. He had gotten used to it, after twelve years you had to get used to it.

"Big brother why is your hair like that?" One of the younger teens asked. The child was the only one who talked to him.

"Because I dyed it mint," Felix answered while thinking of what he should eat for breakfast.

"It was red last time." The child responded.

"Yes Beta, it was" Grabbing his shoes from the shoe rack he put it on.

"Big brother, where are you going?"

"To my job," Felix answered. He grabbed a slice of bread before opening the fridge.

"Then how come you never bring back any money?" Beta asked again.

"I do, I just don't give it to you," Felix answered. He smiled as he found the strawberry jam.

"The rules say you have to," Beta spoke again. "The rules say you can't dye your hair too. It makes you look like a bad person."

Smearing the jam on the bread, he frowned. "We're almost out of the jam, you better fix that Miss Sed. Can't have a child starved." He glanced at a middle age woman who stood at the doorway.

Placing the bread into his hand, he grabbed his backpack that he left on the kitchen counter. He walked past the children, patted Beta's brown hair and reached the doorway. Placing his other hand on the woman's shoulder, he patted it.

"Try harder." Felix leaned in and whispered. "Doing this, using Beta, there's no way you're getting my money, and I'm going to leave this place and I am going to pay off my debt to you." Gently pushing the woman, he left the house. Shortly after he left, he could hear shouts of anger.

"Ugly hag." He muttered, running to catch the next bus. Eyeing through his phone, he watched the surveillance that he had on everyone.

"Kayden's phone was offline, but his last location last night was uptown." Felix thought.

"Probably wasted," He muttered. "Jaxon was asleep, his phone had been used last night, 10 pm. He even had an alarm at 8.30 am." Felix thought before checked the what Jaxon had gotten on the test.

"He failed," Felix sighed. "I'll check in on him later." Felix thought. Felix then scanned the camera in Zi room. Zi wasn't there, so he checked the nightclub cameras. He wasn't there either. Felix scowled and furiously tapped his screen. He then found Zi getting groceries for himself, in some mart downtown.

Felix then checked on Ollie. He quickly found him. Ollie was staring at a camera with a bat in his hand. Tilting his head like a little kitten, he gazed intently at the camera before swinging at it. Felix's eyes widened. He quickly called Nile, hoping that he would pick up. Nile did.

"What is it? I just made it to my hotel."

"Go get Ollie now, he found out that we're watching him, or at least someone is."

"What! Didn't you clear remove yourself from the system."

Felix thought back to yesterday. "I forgot. Just go get him. His last location is the Gadf Hotel,"

"Gadf Hotel?"

"Yeah."

"Oh, that's where I'm staying. Ha. So where's he at right now?"

"The camera I looked at was the one in room 305."

"Okey Dokey, I'll go get him then. Any other news?"

"No." Felix paused and looked up. His stop was next. "Well I have to go, this is my stop."

"Bye." Nile ended the call. Picking himself up from the bed, he left his room.

Entering the stairs, Nile went to the front desk.

"Excuse me, could you please tell me where the person in room 305 is?" Nile smirked as he slipped a 100 dollar bill onto the desk.

The receptionist quickly understood the gist. Taking the dollar, she replied. "The person in Room 305 is still in his room, he just canceled his booking in our hotel and just asked for a hotel taxi to take him to the airport." Nile slipped in other 100 dollar bill.

"Do you have some type of master card for the room?" The receptionist nodded but didn't do anything.

Nile sighed. "I'm not killing anyone. If I do, you can call the police. My face is all over the cameras. You can find me." The receptionist smiled before grabbing something from a cabinet and handing it to him.

"Thank you and hope you have a great stay in the Gadf Hotel." The receptionist smiled again.
