After Alice took all the technology and information that the big ship has, Adam pretty much lost interest in it.

It is indeed a very powerful ship but it can't compare to any of his ships.

Adam initially gave the command of The Tyrant to Jarred. Alice did a few modifications to the flagship allowing it to utilize some of Adams technology.

However, after Jarred saw some of the new toys that he have. He immediately changes his mind and requested to have one of those monstrosities instead.

Adam relented eventually.
