After the fall of Lucifer under the hand of Chief Archangel Michael, the world thought that the threat of the demons was no more. However, James Charter, a caretaker from an orphanage in Runesdale find himself becoming a victim of the demonkind and he brutally slew a demon from robbing away the things he cherished the most. Hence, Jame Charter was recruited by a group of specialist demon slayers by the name of The Exorcist for his feat of slaying a demon. Not wanting any more victims like him and to save the innocents from the threat of the demons, James joined the Exorcists and went on a quest to purge all the demons from the world.

"James, James, want to play hide and seek?"


"Hamburgers! Everyone's favorite. Isn't that right, James?"


James nodded his head. He always likes to eat a hamburger.


"Alright then. Everyone goes and takes a bath. Dinner will be served soon enough."


"And James, can you help me peel the potatoes. I am planning to make mash potatoes as well."


The sound of the chopping boards and the action of James peeling off the potatoes skin.


The sound of the clock became distinct in the silence.


"Hm, hmmm," Sister Maria was humming a lullaby.


The hissing sound of patties being burn. The aroma spreading across the kitchen.


James took a deep breath and he could almost taste the patties.


He opened his eyes and saw a grey sky. He could feel his back soaked in water.


He pushed himself up and saw that the castle was in ruin. He inspected his body and found no wounds. The city was quiet. Everyone seemed to be taking a break.


James went and collect his blades and he just left the city.
