Eh, I'll give it a 5 since I was promised some love for Medusa too. Gonna edit this when there's a decent number of chapters with relevant info so it's an actual review.

This a story about Shirou after the Grail war. Here he achieved the good ending, the harem ending with Rin, Sakura and Artoria. He has changed through the battle and over time. He has trained in magic and martial arts. He has become a hero for the world but just after starting his task, he was summoned to another world. He was summoned to become a weapon for cultist. The people of this world had been summoning teenagers from modern world and treating them like slaves and experimental materials. He arrived in a world where human supermacy is rampant and other beings are treated as nothing. A world where magic, kinghts and dragons are a thing. A world where beings that could rival some powerful servants exist and most of them are not good natured. A war of races on the horizon and Shirou finds himself in the midst of another war to bring justice to the accursed world with new allies in his side. Shirou will grow stronger. He will have his team. Kurono will be an ally and Shirou will help him. It is a harem. Shirou won't be overpowered and he will struggle in some battles. His girls will join him after a certain point.

Due to liking one of Author-sans other works, I’ll give this one 5 stars from the offset. I’ll probably give a real review later.
