70. Mapless Mazes Part 6

"So yeah, please tell me." Bond repeated his request.

"Go bloody butcher other people, don't bother me."

There were noticeable amount of tears in Bond's eyes. Spence looked at him straight in the eye and he could feel the feeling of warmth grow within. Like always, he had begun to give in.

"The only thing I can say to you is the fact that I was kidnapped and thrown away. Sam's family helped me get through. That family of four helped me overcome my problems." Spence said as he walked out of the room.

"Wait Spence!" Bond yelled out loud but got no response.

Spence walked to the other room and banged on the door. Pin rushed and opened the door, as Spence pushed him inside and shut the door behind him.

"What is wrong with your friend, Pin?" He questioned.

"Did he say something to you?" Pin asked back.

"Yes. He has asked me about my past, but I can't tell him anything."

"I am really sorry if he has hurt you in any way. However, he has this habit of caring everyone to the point that he becomes a bother." Pin said as he sat down.

"Please tell him to stay away from the matters." Spence looked at him straight in the eye.

"I will, but if he does this, it just means he cares for you."

Those words struck a different chord in his heart.

"I will look out for it," Spence muttered as he left that room.

He walked towards the SEC and upon reaching there, he paused for a moment. His mind was fuzzy and his breathing had become heavy. With countless thoughts arising in his mind, he hunted around his pocket until he felt the cold metal strike his warm hand. He took out the key bunch and placed on in the keyhole, clicking it open in an instant.

"Should I be doing this?" He questioned out loud as he swallowed a lump down his throat.

He opened the door gradually till he could enter the room without making much of his presence felt. Walking into the room, he could feel the warm purple light hitting on his face. He had never minded the color purple, but after this all would get over, he was sure to despise it.

"Haruko! Come out right now!" He yelled out loud.

Haruko rushed out of his room half sheepishly. His steps were staggering and his clothes were a mess. Upon close inspection, it revealed something that wasn't supposed to be seen.

"Haruko, what have you been doing?" Spence asked as he pointed at his chest.

"Me? Nothing." Haruko answered.

"Oh come on. There's something sticky there." He moved closer to Haruko.

Haruko noticed the cum on his t-shirt and wiped it with his finger, licking it off with his tongue.

"Since I can't get you, I have to find alternatives."

Spence blushed.

"Anyway, can you please take me to the place again?" Spence warded off his feelings away and asked.

"Yeah, sure." Haruko answered. "You see those stairs?" He pointed above his head.

Spence noticed a wooden ladder next to Haruko's room. "Isn't it difficult to climb it? Can you show the way which you showed then?"

"Sorry darling, but I can't show you that."

"Okay... You can go sleep." Spence turned away and walked towards the stairs, looking up at his destination.

After a countless failures, he finally succeeded in climbing the stairs, stopping right at the door.

'Agh... Yet another door.' He clenched his teeth.

He took out the keys and tried fitting each one of them, but none of them were a match.

"Haruko!" He screamed.

"What happened Spence?" Haruko got out of the room and looked at him. He was fed up.

"These keys won't fit."

"Didn't I tell you that day? You are supposed to place two keys in the hole."

"Oh... I got it." Spence took the two keys and fit them both together, this time unlocking the door successfully.

Spence opened the door and walked inside the room. The room was dark and many computers were flashing on the faces of the group of men. The people looked drowsy and almost malnourished. However, a smile spread across Spence's face when he saw them.

"How is he doing now?" He said as he walked to one of the monitors.

"He's doing fine. Pretty fine." The man answered. "He just seems very unhealthy." The man pointed at the screen.

It was the same black hair and the same brown eyes. The fair lean body was curled up in a glass tube, floating in a clear viscous liquid. It was sealed at the top with metal and there was a complex network of pipes around.

"You didn't do a right thing by sacrificing your friends." The man suddenly spoke up.

"If it's him, I can do anything."

"But his survival chances are close to zero." The man sighed.

"It's close to, not exactly zero."
