About The CEO

Takahiro tried to brush off the strange feelings again, but every time he looked at her face, his heart skipped a beat, which annoyed him.

He turned his body away from her and sighed. He hoped she would leave in the morning and never come back. Takahiro slowly fell asleep as he thought about trying to get rid of Kahoru.

...

Kahoru woke up earlier than she thought, her head still laying on the side of the bed. When she sat up, her whole body ached. She tried to stretch it out and quietly made her way out from Takahiro's bedroom.

She walked into the kitchen and started to prepare some food. She scrambled the eggs and made a rolled omelette and cooked the rice in the rice cooker. Kahoru placed the egg on a plate and covered it with cling wrap.

After cleaning everything, Kahoru wrote her number on a piece of paper and left it on the kitchen cover. She packed her Nurse kit and left the house. Fujioka was waiting outside for Kahoru. He opened the car door and Kahoru climbed in. "Thanks for coming to get me."

"No worries."

Fujioka drove off towards the Hospital. They talked about Takahiro and his business. "Did you know the young master is one of the most powerful people in the entertainment industry? That is why everyone is afraid of him."

"Oh that's nice. But I never expected him to be on top of the industry."

"He has worked hard in the last four years. His grandfather had left everything to him. Including a hotel. The industry wasn't as big back then, but he somehow made huge projects and improvements. In those four years, he already climbed to the top."

"That's impressive. Managing two businesses."

"I envy him, but lately he's been overworking himself. We are all constantly worried for him. The day we feared that would come already did. Thank you for taking care of the young master for all of us."

"A doctors gotta do what they gotta do."

It had been about twenty minutes and Fujioka pulled into the hospital. Just as he was about to get out, Kahoru already opened the door herself. "You don't need to open the door for me."

"Oh, okay."

"Thank you again for driving me here."

"It's no problem."

Kahoru closed the door and walked into the hospital. Her shift did not start for the next three hours, so she went up to her office to grab her bag. She quickly made her way back down and headed towards a bath house.

Kahoru walked on the footpath, The air was so cold and dry that her nose stung. She soon stumbled upon the bathhouse and walked in. She immediately felt warm and walked up to the counter.

She handed the lady six hundred yen and the lady led her to the women's area. "Thank you and I hope you enjoy your stay."

Kahoru walked into the change room and placed her belongings into a locker. She undressed and then walked into the shower room. There wasn't anyone inside and she was happy that she got the whole space to herself.

...

After thirty minutes, Kahoru had just finished drying her hair and dressed back up. She exited the bathhouse and decided to find a place to eat at.

She walked around, but couldn't find anywhere to eat, so she went to a convenience store. There, she picked up a two rice balls, an egg sandwich and a medium sized latte.

She walked back to the hospital and to her office, where she ate her breakfast. Kahoru watched a show on her computer as she did not know what to do.

In the middle of the show, she heard a knock on her door. A male nurse came into the room in a panic.

Kahoru turned her head to face him. "What is it?"

"I know you haven't started your shift yet, but we have another appendicitis patient. A man in his late twenties."

"Okay I'll get ready now."
