Valley of falling rocks

"Lunar eclipse",shiva murmured.

"A day when the earth comes in-between the sun and moon and the moon turns either black or red also called the blood moon", prince pranay explained.

"But lunar eclipse happens 3-4 times in a year", said shiva.

"Partial lunar eclipse occurs many times a year but a fully complete lunar eclipse occurs once in 2-3 year", prince pranay answered.

Next complete lunar eclipse should be around 19 months later and surely has some relationship to the temple of life and Ka'al group shiva said.

Shiva said," I am leaving tomorrow".

Prince thought for a while and told shiva with a serious tone," You don't know the way and will be needing a guide so why don't I tag along with you."

"That would be much better", shiva said happily as he also knew that he didn't have enough experience yet.

Next morning....

Two black horses left the Danteluri capital. Prince Pranay was wearing a mask to hide his identity. They didn't take any army group with them because it would be very easily noticed and they didn't want to create any problems on the way.

Prince said,"We would have to cross the valley of falling rocks to reach the outskirts of saint Dynasty."

"Valley of falling rocks", Shiva's asked confusingly.

Prince explained," There are two ways to reach the Saint Dynasty, first is the main road that connects two Dynasties but there is a high chance that shadow Dynasty have already sent some people there. Most likely they won't let a potential threat escape, another way is the valley of falling rocks, it is a very narrow path and said to be very dangerous, there are many stories that large rocks would fall soundlessly from the sky in the night crushing all humans and all the rocks on the ground would mysteriously vanish at day time along with the bodies of people who have died there. Many people have vanished after entering the valley and it has become a forbidden place. As humans have stopped going to the valley, now it is probably filled with many dangerous beasts also."

Shiva thought about both options. Now that he knew about the identity of 3 Mystics he was sure that Ka'al would send powerful enemies to deal with him. And if he enters saint Dynasty through the first way they would surely track him. Other option was a forbidden zone but he believed half of it, there were many loopholes like if everyone vanish at day time then who gave the news of falling rocks. And why would the rocks only aim towards the humans, other animals are also

living in the valley. In his mind second option was still the better option.

"We will pass through the valley of falling rocks." Shiva made up his mind.

Prince Pranay agreed with Shiva's dicision.

Two horses reached the valley of falling rocks. It was a very narrow passage and was filled with huge grass and the horses stopped moving at the entrance. They won't go into the valley no matter how hard the Prince tried.

Shiva dismounted the horse as he rubbed the horse's head gently and turned towards the prince," We would walk from here".

Prince also got down from the horse and both of them entered the valley.

"So what do you think about valley of the falling rocks",shiva asked on the way.

Prince Pranay answered," Probably bandits but the bandits themselves can't pull it off so they should also have a good backing from someone powerful."

"So what are your opinions",asked prince.

Shiva thought for a while and said,"I think you are half correct but I am also not sure."
