Rocks from the sky

Valley was surprisingly very quite. They didn't find any beast on the way and the silence was really creepy.

"What happened to all the living beings here",prince pranay murmured.

"We will know the answers soon",shiva said.

Meanwhile...

There was a cave hidden inside the valley.

Ten people were standing in front of a small pyramid made of glistening yellow sand. Among ten of them three were grandmaster and seven were master a shocking sight indeed. A middle aged man's face could be seen on top of the pyramid and his rest of the body was buried inside the yellow sand.

The middle aged man opened his eyes and asked,"What happened."

"Lord, we have got two intruders in the valley", three grandmasters said respectfully in unison.

"What are you hesitating from, just kill them."

"Lord one is just a boy and another is wearing a mask and it has been so long since someone entered the valley, they must have a big background if they have dared to enter the valley",they answered.

Middle aged man said,"It doesn't matter, whoever comes inside the valley should die. We have already converted this valley into a forbidden land , if we allow them to leave others would become suspicious. Precious herbs and the rich earth element is more important than a small conflict. And there is no one who can stand against us except the Ka'al."

It was only evening but the whole valley had turned dark.

Shiva and Prince stopped walking and became alert.

"And here they come",said shiva.

Suddenly torches on the walls of valley lit up around both of them.

"Swoosh"

Seven arrows came from the dark.

Prince Danteluri took out a small metal pen from his robes. He shook it and the pen converted into a golden umbrella creating a protective barrier around both of them stopping the arrows.

Shiva's sensitivity towards life had increased after the comprehention of life so he could easily detect the enemies.

"Ten peoples, seven master and three grandmaster", shiva said calmly.

"You focus on the seven archers in the dark and I will take care of three grandmasters",said prince pranay.

Shiva jumped into the dark towards a master and before he could even react his both he fell to the ground, his both shoulder joints had been dislocated and he was trembling in pain. Shiva had just tapped his shoulders to dislocate the joints.

"He could see us", other archers became alert.

Three grandmasters first attacked the prince pranay. According to them taking out the prince pranay was most important as shiva was just a boy.They were wearing masks to hide their identities.Three swords slashed towards the prince. Prince Pranay shielded himself with the golden umbrella but the force was more than he could handle so he was pushed back. His hands started shaking after the first confrontation.

"So you are not bandits", Prince pranay stood up again. Prince had confirmed that there were no bandits at all because the strength they displayed was far beyond a bandit group could have.

"I can't fight them head on, so agility is the best choice",prince thought.

At this time shiva had already taken care of seven masters. Given his strength even grandmasters were not much. All seven masters were lying on the ground crying in pain. But he didn't joint prince pranay in the fight and his focus was towards the dark sky. He felt like if he divided his focus then he would miss something very important.

Grandmasters again charged towards the prince pranay but prince didn't take the attack head on and started evading the swords. The umbrella had also scratched the bodies of three grandmasters but it was just small cuts but what they didn't notice was that their speed had decreased by far as the time passed.

Shiva was staring at the sky when he sensed something. He dashed towards the prince and jumped taking away prince with him.

"Bang"

Prince looked back, a large rock with many pointed spikes fell to the ground impaling the three grandmasters into the ground. They were crushed and pierced by the pointy rocks and they didn't even have chance to evade.

Prince Pranay shivered. He didn't even sense the rock. If there was a slight delay he would be among the other three.
