Great Gains

Silver's strike was partially parried by the Captain, resulting in only 50 points of damage.

"Not bad, much more skilled than my lackeys." The captain praised Silvers Strike before vanishing. Silver took a step back before activating his own .

Silver carefully walked around the Chambers, attempting to spot any unnatural movement in the environment.

After eighteen Seconds the captains ended giving Silver a short opportunity to attack once more. With Misty Strike off cooldown, Silver quickly moved towards the now visible Captain.

With only five second differences between the duration of Silver Stealth, compared to the captains, he had to move quickly. Learning from the previous attack that the Captain partially parried, Silver was even more careful with his assault.

Silver had a burst of movement when just feet away from the Captain, he activated landing a clean blow on the Captain stunning him for 3 seconds.

Silver dealt as much damage as possible during this three second period, using , and . Dealing around 300 damage to the stunned Captain. Once the Captain's stun ended he instantly activated his own .

Unfortunately for the Captain, Silver was an expert of his own skills. The instant the Captain began moving Silver was already prepared for the skill. He completely parried the backhand blow, taking very little damage and completely avoiding the stun.

Silver landed a blow at the same time. Silver and the Captain traded blows for a few moments. Although Silver was parrying nearly perfectly and had much better movement then the Captain he still was at a slight disadvantage.

Even with parries, and perfect strikes Silver took around the same damage as the Captain due to his insane attack. Once Silver reached 20% Health the Captain still had about 450 Health. Silver knowing the situation looked bleak used his trump card.

With a 20% increase in attack and movement speed Silver started dominating the Captain. Even though the Captain was a skilled assassin, Silver was far superior, with the movement speed steroid he was able to avoid most of the Captains normal attacks.

However the Captains skills were still far to difficult to dodge, and with only 20% of his HP left a single Shadow Slash could kill him if hit. After four seconds Silver knew that the Captain had both and off cooldown. Waiting for any indication Silver continued to deal constant damage.

The Captain now knowing the skill level of Silver attempted to be unpredictable. Unfortunately for the captain, this choice was an incorrect one. For someone with as much combat experience as Silver, such acts are easily seen through. Only resulting in the skill being less effective, when the Captain flicked his dagger sneakily activating Silver was able to easily react.

Noticing the failure of his secrecy the Captain used his without trying to hide it. Silver taking notice of the straightforward strike used to completely dodge the strike. Silver then used at the back of the Captain.

This strike left a hole in the Captains chest finishing him off.

"Ding" Silver reached level 11. Even though silver completed rather difficult missions, after level 10 it was much more difficult level up. The system worked exponentially meaning that leveling will only increase in difficulty from now on. That also resulted in higher levels receiving more rewards for reaching milestones.

The final item was a Key which seemed to be for the chest.

Silver already happy with his gains walked over towards the chest. quickly opening the chest. It was filled with valuable Gold, Silver, and rare gems. Silver slowly went through the chest finding:

- 135 Gold Coins

- 10.990 Silver Coins

- forty or fifty gems of various values.

Silver guessed that the total value of these good was at least 300 Gold!

Silver took the heads of the four Spiders before closing the Parlor and heading towards the library. Silver walked in before being stopped by the small librarian once again. "I'm sorry sir, but the library is still closed."

Silver unconvincingly spoke, "I was doing some bounty hunting work and happened to run into a hidden parlor. While taking a few heads I located around a thousand books. After thinking for a while I came upon an epiphany that these books may belong to you. Although I did not have the capabilities of carrying these books I could bring some people to the location. I have handled any true threat that would be there."

The librarian was rather shocked, while also annoyed. It seems that a vigilante was not easy to rid of, but still spoke feigning gratefulness. "Oh what a wonderful coincidence, we will immediately send people. We know of the location, but were lacking the manpower to attack the hideout. Have you battled any of the Spider leaders?"

"Although I am unsure if I dealt with all of them I have killed Spiders 1 through 4." Silver said shrugging casually.

"...." The Librarian not expecting for this vigilante to be so capable was once again shocked. Somehow a visitor of the library tracked down and destroyed a powerful underground gang in only a few hours.

The librarian spoke quietly with a slightly unwilling tone "If what you said is true you will be rewarded heavily...Thank you for your assistance we will send some people to retrieve the books. You can return later."

Silver went towards the bounty hunting office. Upon entering he saw a young woman behind the counter. He brought out the four heads and asked for the bounties of these four.

After looking over the heads causally the young lady did not seem to react, but after locating the bounties of the heads the young women behind the counter became shocked. "You have killed the four leaders of the Spider gang! The bounty for the third and forth spiders are both five gold each. The bounty for the Vice Captain is fifteen Gold, and the bounty for the Captain is seventy-five gold coins. That totals 100 Gold coins. What name should we credit these kills under." Silver happy with the price gave his name.

"Silver."

Silver received his one hundred coins and went towards a shop to sell his rare gems. After completing this task Silver glanced at his wealth.

660 Gold! There was no doubt that his wealth was greater than any other player. After looting the Gold from both a noble and powerful underground organization he was quite rich. Suddenly an idea appeared in his head, but he placed it on the side for now.

It was Saturday night, he promised to take his neighbor and her kids out for dinner. He logged out to get ready.
