After the fight with the spiders and having a 'nice' and 'completely voluntary' sleep, I woke up to see me that I was in a very big room. It had two sides. On one side there was a cauldron, and there were shelves in the walls near it, with different types of grasses and flowers. It seemed I would have to cocnoct potions... On the other side, there was the forging zone, hammer, coal, different kinds of minerals, and an anvil. As simple as that. In each zone there was a different book. I think I don't need to explain that they were to learn alchemy and forging... 'I wonder what was their reason for doing this...' I picked up the books, and went to a corner to read. After memorizing their contents, I more or less understood the basics of forging and alchemy. Now I just needed to get to work. A few days passed. I just forged steel accessories and cocnocted potions and poisons with the herbs that they left me (which were very cheap). I experimented quite a bit, and could more or less guess the effects of each cocnoction thanks to the basics. To be honest, I couldn't make big things with forgery since I had no mold and I had no materials big enough to create them either. Even so, I kept practicing the both (and of course, I kept practicing melee techniques) until some days passed. It was then, that Shiro and Kuro suggested experimenting with energies. To be honest, I had been neglecting a little bit my cultivation due to alchemy. Now... I tried moving the primal origins. I could move them clearly and accurately. I tried my luck with the dots. Success. Now came the difficult part. I had to make a dot exit my body... I tried moving one of light outwards. *plop* As if it was an unopened champagne bottle, the dot was shot forward. After it stopped, I tried controlling it. It moved according to my will, obeying my orders. 'Burst' I ordered. A wave of water washed over me. Evidently, the dot I had chosen was of water. But I instantly found a problem with this. 'There is no explosion!!!' Yeah, the element came, but it didn't push me away too much... 'Where the hell are the explosions?!' I thought this was insufficient. Aftwr all, it will be easier to make an enemy retreat if there is some force, not just the element... By the way, the radius of the burst was of 1 or 2 of radius. Setting the matter of the lack of force aside, it wasn't that bad. I could force enemies to retreat with fire or electricity or elements that caused injuries on contact and stuff like that. In fact, as long as the body instinctively avoids it it can be used.
I kept working, practicing and cultivating for some time. I had already refined a thread. In fact, it was just aligning and joining 9 dots, and during all this time, I had 20 dots, if you exclude the ones I used to refine threads (I am talking about all the elements, if I had focused on one, I would have probably created more.) But let's be honest. There is no way I can command so many dots at the same time. Controlling 2 at the same time was already hard, creating more would be useless. If I have 20, it's because if I run out of energy with one dot, I can simply retract it and use another one. Now... Before creating more threads, I wanted to strengthen (If they can be strengthened(They can)) my dots. I began compressing the energy into them, since I felt like enlarging them would be bad for their speed. "Don't compress them anymore." The voice of Shiro sounded. "Why? Isn't it good to strengthen them?" "Yes, but the more you compress them, the more unstable they will become, and the more unstable they become, the more chances of it explode will be." Explosion?! The type that I liked? He said 'explosion' not 'burst' "What is explosion?" "A burst that uses all the energy of the dot and leaves nothing. It's way more dangerous than what you might think" That means it is a weapon?... Setting jokes aside, if it's that dangerous, I guess I can't continue... "Hey, Shiro..." "What happens?" "What would cause an explosion?" "The more dense, the more fragile it will become, making impacts and sudden movements easy for it to explode." Ooooh... I had an idea. I expulsed a dot and began working... When I finished, I was satisfied with the result. I had created an 'outer layer'. This outer layer would protect it from most of the effects of movement. But what would happen if it collided with something with a certain amount of strength? I had made the layer pretty thin, so my plan was for it to break and make it explode. But I wouldn't waste it mindlessly, so I made half of the dots(10) into bombs and left the other 10 for orthodoxal combat. Instead of making a thin layer, I made one that was much more protective and thick, so that it would resist most of impacts and attacks (and if the attack was too strong, at least it would explode and hurt the opponent) After that, I decided to do one last step to strengthen the dots. Purify them. They would have a higher strength, and its effects and properties would be stronger. And so, I kept doing so. After all this, I had strengthened my dots as much as I could. There was only one thing left to do. Become familiar with its use. I wanted to at least, be able to control one of them properly. After that, I would try with two. I slowly managed to do it better. By the way, my way of practicing was with the targets, to improve my accuracy. After some time, I finally felt satisfied. For most of the time, Shiro and Kuro didn't say much, and they would only speak very few times. And while I was finishing the second spider, a gas began seeping into the room. 'What?' All this time, I had been eating the spiders (which by the way, were poisonous, and I threw up many times. But I still ate what I could.), and there never was any sign of the gas. 'Why now, exactly?' Before I could think of much more, I was already inhaling the air, and my consciousness faded away.
I am sorry for not being able to update this days... I have had some troubles and personal matters that I needed to deal with.
