The Wolf's Game

One of Marilyn Monroe's quote said that 'Sex is a part of nature. I go along with nature.' and Dai Fujimori couldn't agree more. In their society, Instincts played a huge part in reproduction and ranking. Alphas are like wolves who use their instincts to catch their 'prey'. Those same instincts are the exact main reason why the whole fiasco in the club even started.

Dai was busy dancing with someone on the dance floor. The girl has her body pressed onto him with her back facing him. She was gently stroking his cheeks as he pressed his head on the side of her own. The light brown-haired Alpha, on the other hand, has his hands on the Omega's hips. He gave a gentle squeeze on it before he let his hand slide on the side of her thighs, nibbling on her earlobe. He mischievously smirked when he felt her shivered and giggled when he whispered sweet nothings to her, complimenting how graceful her hips looks swaying and how her bum felt good on his crotch.

This type of interaction was normal for the Alpha whenever he is in a club or on any occasion. He can get anyone wherever and whenever he wants to. It is like a game that he can easily win. After all, he is quite the charmer and not for good reasons.

He was shocked when someone pulled him away from the girl he was with. Everything happened so fast in front of him that he was left dumbfounded in shock. The next thing he knew, they were staring at the girl who is, from his perspective, acting hysterical. They are not completely alone since they are already the center of attention in the club.

The other girl loudly snorted, "Ha! Where's your bitch now huh?"

Dai just watched how the girl he was flirting with earlier, run away from all the commotion. He turned his gaze to the hysterical girl, tilting his head to the side as he starts analyzing her. He was trying to remember where he met her. His gaze traveled from her face (mentally taking note of how she looked so arrogant but alluring standing there as she smirks) up to her hips, noticing how nice the dress hugged her slender hips before going back to her face.

She raised a brow at him, frowning as she starts to get impatient with the lack of reaction from the Alpha. Where did he exactly saw her? Is she the one from the cafe he went to last week? No. That girl was smaller than her. Is she the girl he left in the hotel last night because he was late? No. Her hips look thinner. Or maybe she was the one who was flirting with him in the cafeteria earlier? Ugh. That's not her either.

He was running out of option but he still can't remember where he met her. He starts scratching the back of his head in irritation, turning his gaze away from the girl as she starts tapping her foot on the ground while crossing her arms. His eyes suddenly widened when his gaze stopped on a familiar red-haired Omega standing between the huge crowd watching them. He had his eyes closed, nodding to himself. He slowly opened his sky-blue eyes, eyes widening when he was met with Dai's brown ones. The latter can't help but smirk at the idea that pops inside his head. And he thought that there is no other way...

"Where are you going? We're not done talking yet!" The girl snapped, uncrossing her arms when Dai stormed in the other direction. "Dai!"

The Alpha continued to walk towards Rei's direction, ignoring the cries of the girl behind him. The red-haired Omega was first clueless as to why Dai was staring (or smirking) at him. His confusion turned into panic as he saw the light brown-haired Alpha walking towards him, stopping just a few steps away but he didn't do anything... Yet. Rei starts to scan their surrounding, mentally groaning at the attention they are having as all of the stares from the spectators are on both of them. Just when he was about to curse at the reason for his distress, a large warm hand grabbed onto his wrist and pulled him closer. Crap!

People around him gave a dramatic gasp at what is happening. It was like they are watching a scene from a drama where the legal wife caught her husband cheating. Doesn't they have anything better to do? Rei leaned back a little to look at the person who pulled him closer, pupils shaking as he panicked internally.

"D-Dai." Rei's brows frowned, glaring while his other hand attempting on pushing Dai away. "What are you doing?"

Dai leaned closer, forcing a smile. "I'm sorry but please help me, Rei..."

"Are you kidding me?!" Rei leaned closer as he also forced a smile, grinding his teeth in anger. "That bitch looks crazy!"

"Just this once?" Dai tilted his head, acting cute but the latter just rolled his eyes.

"No."

"Please?" Dai begged, flashing his puppy eyes.

Rei loudly groaned, "No!"

"Are the two of you done?"

The two turned around in the direction of the voice and seeing the 'hysterical' girl standing near them. She was glaring at both of them but she stopped to look at Rei, scanning him from head to toe. Their eyes met and Rei watched how her frowning, clearly irritated face turned into a mocking grin. Her chin raising, confidently as if she sees herself as someone superior to him. Do other female Omegas think of themselves this high than others? It's so irritating.

"Come on, Dai. Just because your bitch is gone, you can just pull anybody here to defend you? Quit joking." The girl turned her gaze to Dai, still smirking before she points at Rei. "And you also picked a male omega? Seriously?"

Rei loudly sighed, raising both of his hands in defeat. "Look, I don't know what is going on between the two of you and I don't give a damn about it so can you please---"

"What did you just say?" The girl scoffed, turning her attention to Rei and slowly taking a step closer to him. "You don't know anything?" Another step. "You don't give a damn about it?" Then another step. "Then..." Before leaning closer, smiling innocently and brightly aside from her blank, cold dark eyes staring at him. "Leave."

Rei mentally wants to grab onto his hair and pull at it in frustration. His hand forming into a fist, holding back on whether to punch or slap the girl in front of him. Then he thought, 'If Shiori is here, she had already slapped the hell out of this girl.' He took a deep breath and was about to speak up when Dai suddenly laughed. Rei and the girl synchronously turned their head towards him, raising a brow. Out of all the reactions he could do, he really chose to laugh?

"Why should he be the one to leave?" Dai sighed, wiping a tear from his eyes and slowly walking towards Rei's side.

The girl raised a brow as she watch him. "Why can't he? He said that he has nothing to do with this."

"He has. Because this person..." Dai smiled, tilting his head and placing his large hand on Rei's head which earn him a glare from the Omega but he decided to ignore it before continuing,

"... Is my boyfriend."
