The technique was called lightning step, basically, the technique transported him 100 miles for each step he uses lightning step with.
The skill took away he amounts of qi but that was the last thing he needed to worry about, his body basically was filled with infinite qi.
Whenever a but of his qi was used it was then immediately recovered the next instant.
So he could basically use this skill non-stop and Beat took a step with the skill activated and felt his body return into lightning and move at an unbelievable speed towards the group.
He took another step and appeared right in front of the group that he had sensed from 200 miles away.
In the group was 2 females, and 2 elderly men alongside with 5 guards.
Beat did not make any noise as he appeared here, so the other people did not notice him at all.
Beat released his aura so the people would know his here.
The moment they felt his aura they got into their fight poses and we're ready to attack him but soon he felt that his power was only at Qi partitioner stage.
They put their guard down and a guard came up to Beat and asked, "What do you want?"
Beat "I'm just here for some directions".

Guard 1 "his asking for directions, elder".

The reason the elder asked this, was cause he was wondering how was such a lower level cultivator was able to hide his presence from him for such a long time until he was right under their nose.

"Yes where I want to go"
"Luckily we are going there too if you want I can lead you there"
"no thank you, you guys will slow me down".
Guard "you dare disrespect our elder".
The moment he said he took his sword out and slashed his sword towards Beats neck.
The moment he felt his killing intent, he disappeared and appeared on his side, while saying "plz, don't shame me with your weak sword skills".
Right after he said that he punched him with his water elemental dragon fist.
His fist formed a dragon made up of water.
The dragon fist went through his body, cutting a hole right through his stomach then it flew up and became way bigger than before then turned around.
It came down while opening its mouth, it swallowed the guard then the instant that happened.
Beat slowed down the molecules along with spreading them apart.
The dragon turned into clear ice and inside of it was the guy frozen in time with a huge hole in his body.
Beat looked at the frozen guard then snapped his finger, the big dragon head sculpture blew up and small ice flakes started to fall down on the floor.
