Vandalism at its Best

"Tsk, tsk, tsk... Jessica your campus security sure is lacking. Look at this place, it's been ransacked. Or do you people normally live like slobs?" Asked Savannah, as she put her index finger to her chin and took on a thinking pose. The group decided to ignore the newcomer's antics and focus on what happened to the penthouse. It was a total disaster. Someone or a group tossed the place.

Kaden was currently squatting beside his summons, Clogsworth. The android was currently in a dozen pieces. His auto repair function was in full swing. "It looks like it will be another hour or two before we have some answers to what happened here." Said Bee in his adult human form. "Everyone should go and check their rooms, make sure nothing of value is missing. If it is then inform Jessica and the school will replace it if able. Also go wash, you all stink to high heavens.". He said before turning back into his cat mode and then aptly disappearing from sight.

"That cat just blinked inside of the station he did." Said Tom not caring if that cat was his Dean. Bisma just laughed before saying "Tommy my man if you become a dean of one of the top five you can also do the same." He patted Tom on the back using a heavier hand than needed before heading off to his own room.

"Biz I hate it when people call me Tommy," Tom said as he followed off to his own, which was next to Bisma's room. Bruce just shrugged his shoulders, giving Clogsworth one last glance before he also left to check his room. Bruce had wanted to borrow the android since the second he saw it. He really desired to take it apart to see how the thing worked.

It did not take long for everybody to gather back up. Both the girls and boys were puzzled by the fact none of the rooms were touched. All but one, he was currently pacing the hall as he ranted with every cuss word he knew. Of course, this boy was named Kaden.

"Kaden calms down, all your precious books are fine. Even the books that were originally in the den are all accounted for." Jessica said exasperated. "Why is he camped out in the study?" asked Savannah. "Just an old sleeping bag in the corner, Haha," Ash added.

Hinata just sighed and shook her head as she turned to distance herself from Ash. Jessica just gave them the stink eye and focused her efforts to calm down her childhood friend. The boys all wisely chose to stand to the side and snicker to themselves. Only to also receive a warning look.

"Few things rarely make me mad but this is just unacceptable. Where is that damn cat? I need him now. Just wait til I find out who did this. I'M..." Kaden continued to rant. He did not bother to listen to anybody; he just ranted and paced back and forth. As for the books, the girls had quickly put them all back on the shelves for him. It was a good hour and a half later when Kaden finally calmed down and that was because the target of his ranting finally showed back up.

"Bee you leave again like that and I'm going to have a long talk with Gigi." Kaden threatened. "Don't be like that, I had to go report this to station security you know. Master is very strict on me following procedures. Besides, Jessica already reported to the school that nothing personal was taken." Beelzebub said currently in his human form.

"Ah, yes I apologize girls for not thanking you sooner for helping me clean up my collection. If gramps saw how all those books were tossed around he would be cursing up a storm." Kaden apologized awkwardly. He could not help but be embarrassed by his earlier behavior.

"So, Bee, did you get any info on what happened here?" Kaden could not help but ask. He really wanted to know who would do such a thing. His books were rare and some really expensive items. Though he was mad earlier, he was really thankful that none were damaged or missing. Most of the earlier display was because he knew Bee would have to watch the security footage at some point.

"Not at the moment. They used some sophisticated equipment to bypass security measures." Bee answered as he took out from his pocket a small metal object in the shape of a golden scarab. "This little trinket will see if our burglars left any clues," He said as he tossed the metal bug into the air.

The scarab magically shimmered before it came to life. Its little wings flapped fast to stay airborne and then it zipped about the room. The teens could only see its afterimage as the little machine did its work. It would stop sometimes and scan different spots. "Time magic is rare and items that use it ever more so. Is it going to be OK to use such a thing?" Jessica asked Bee.

"I got permission," Bee answered. "Wait, wait, wait. Doesn't that mean my Gigi here?`` a shocked Kaden asked. He knew the only one Bee would obey was his grandma. "I'm not at liberty to say." Came Bee's reply. "She is definitely on the station. It's the only way you could contact her so fast." Kaden reasoned. He was about to interrogate his family pet when Bee did what he does best and disappeared. "Damn cat wait til I see you again." Kaden threatened out loud to nobody.

"Kaden is your grandmother the same one from legends," Hinata asked. She knew the Lee Family Head was related to Kaden. The tales told of Madam Lee's deeds were recorded in countless books. "Gigi never talks about the past but judging from the school's library she is probably the same person." Kaden honestly answered. He did not care if his family was legendary or whatnot. He just knew them as his loved ones.

"I'm glad, with Grandma Lee here. We definitely don't need to worry and can focus on our studies," Ask commented. Being from a powerful family she understood Kaden's family standing better than the boy did himself.

"The scan is complete but inconclusive. They used an item to interfere I'm afraid," Bee revealed after the golden scarab landed back in his palm.

A team of three stood kneeling on one Knee. Their head held low and their right fists across their chest. None utter a sound. They dare not raise their heads nor make a peep. Their master would decide their fate. They, as summons from a different dimension, could do little in protest.

"Seems like the letter was delivered." A man who hid in the shadows stated. The master nodded in relief. "You can reward your minions with these three bodies." The shadowy voice said before three teenage female bodies fell to the ground each wearing a particular school uniform.

"Thank you, High Inquisitor, this gift will be used to the best of my abilities." The master said. He knew he was talking to air because the High Inquisitor who was hiding in the shadows had already departed. That did not stop him from expressing himself as decorum dictated. He would never give the man a reason to doubt him.

"You three parasites are lucky to get such hosts. Hurry up and assimilate with your new forms." The master said before turning from them and also leaving the room. He even as their master did not want to watch such a scene. This did not stop him from hearing the sound of cracking bones. The gushing and sloshing of fresh blood. His minions after all would not wait for him to be gone. A devil only could be controlled in the confines of their contract.
