Enjoying the Christmas Wonders

Euphemia and Fleamont knew all too well of Philip's situation as it had been occurring even more frequently as of late, they wasn't too sure what to say and thus just decided to hug Philip from behind.

"You can have Fen if that's what you want, Philip" Euphemia says,

"Is there something wrong, grandma, grandpa?" Philip says whilst turning to look at the two who seemed rather down.

Euphemia and Fleamont thought that Philip was simply holding it in and was actually quite sad about not being able to properly interact with the Magical Creatures, hence why they decided to try and make him feel a bit better. Once they had seen him looking the same as usual, they noticed it wasn't as they thought, and that he was simply not too bothered by it unlike his twin brother.

Philip gave a smile to both Fleamont and Euphemia before cuddling Fen some more,

"Honestly, it's fine, i'm really not that bothered about it. Even if I was to only have Fen, that'd be more than enough for me."

Euphemia and Fleamont looked at each other before nodding slightly and coming to acceptance with what he said. Fen was a perfect choice for Philip really, Fen was very accepting of Philip and vice versa which made them very compatible. Fen could also turn into a smaller size at will leaving him capable of going with Philip to Hogwarts. The best part though had to be that despite Fen being Euphemia's pet originally, he was actually still a young wolf due to the lifespan of their lineage. Even when Philip became old and perhaps even died of old age, as long as Fen had no accidents or as long as he doesn't get murdered, he will surely live a longer life than Philip will by far.

After Harry had made his choice on the Owl he wanted, and with Philip having chose Fen, they promptly paid for the Owl before paying their respects to the staff and leaving the shop.

By now, the streets had became a bit more lively with wizards and witches walking around with their families everywhere. You could see Christmas stands all around selling gifts, candy, toys and books.

Philip became very interested when he saw the new kinds of books littered around the various stalls, as such, he walked straight on towards one of the stands whilst Harry, Fleamont and Euphemia made their ways over to the first stall they saw and decided to take it as it comes.

Whilst the trio was searching around the different stalls, Harry accidentally bumped into someone. Realising that he had knocked the person over, he bent down and offered them a hand,

"I'm so sorry for knocking you over, I wasn't paying attention to where I was going"

When the person looked up at him, he came to realise it was one of the girls they had seen before back at the Quidditch tournament in America, clearly she had come home to spend time with her family or perhaps just to have a nice resting break too.

"Ah! it's you! I remember you from America" She said as she happily accepted his hand and slowly rose back to her feet before patting herself off of the accumulated snow. When Euphemia and Fleamont heard the commotion behind them, they turned to see that it was the girl from before and thus greeted her too alongside her family,

"It's nice to see you again" Fleamont says to her with a smile, "and I believe we haven't had the chance before, nice to meet you all" he says whilst directing his gaze to the girls parents.

"Ah!, well met, my name is Ralph Vanders, this here is my lovely wife Elaine Vanders and our daughter,"

"Olivia, Olivia Vanders" Olivia finished, with a bright smile and holding out her hand to greet Harry.

Harry held out his hand once more as they shook hands and smiled,

"If I may ask for your names too?" Olivia says,

Harry first frowned slightly and looked towards Fleamont and Euphemia as if asking what would be for the best in this situation, he understood the fame and problems that would come along with himself and his family being so famous and as such wanted some advice first. Instead, Fleamont decidedly answered for him,

"Sorry for the awkwardness, and I apologise for not speaking of our names before, my name is Fleamont Potter, this here is my wife Euphemia Fleamont, and this here is one of our grandsons,

"Harry Potter, it's a pleasure to meet you all" Harry said with a slight bow and a curt smile.

The Vander family looked at them in shock, especially Olivia.. she looked as though she had seen either a ghost or a legend.

"Ahahaha, so it's Mr, Mrs and Master Potter! I see! no wonder it was slightly awkward, everyone knows of your names after all!" Mr Vander said happily, he wasn't the slightest bit surprised about Harry frowning and debating whether to tell them his name or not, not a single wizard or witch wouldn't know of one of the Great, Sacred Twenty-Eight Families, one of the strongest too, the Potter Family! and on top of that, the two grandchildren who had survived in the face of he-who-shall-not-be-named and even defeated him when they were mere infants! Their family was practically a living legend to all wizards and witches around the world, even if unintentionally.

Olivia was still in a slight daze due to the shock of the information she had just received, the family she had met before was actually one of the legendary families of the wizardry-world, the Potter family!

"Oh, sorry, did you say your other grandson too?" Mr Vander asked, feeling rude incase he had accidentally missed the boy and had not offered his greeting.

"Hahaha, no need to worry, our other grandson is here, he is also the other boy you had met before," Fleamont says before cutting himself off,

"Olivia, please just call me Olivia, Sir" she says whilst her eyes went into an even brighter daze, realising that the other boy she had seen before would be here too... she subconsciously began to turn her head around as if trying to spot his figure anywhere amongst the dense crowds. Her eyes darted around looking for him.

"Ah, there we go.. here he comes now" Euphemia replies whilst calmly watching the lovely scene, Philip was making his way over in his black robes with the silky white Fen laying in his arms attempting to lick his face, it truly made for an 'eye-watering scene' to some, and a calming one to others.
