Episode 7- Final Warning

"Come on!" Morgan yells at us. She was leaning against a small car in front of the house.

Cole helps me down the steps. "Where'd the car come from?" I ask.

"It's my dads." Morgan said as she opened the door.

I nodded.

Cole opened the door and set me inside. He closed it. He opened the front seat door and sat in it.

I looked at him and Morgan, who both sat in the front. 'Guess they are a couple..' I roll my eyes. I sigh. 'I wish we could have found Max...' I lean against the window. 'Where are you Max?'

Katy and the boy from before get in on the other side.

"Hey. I'm Brandon by the way." The boy smiles.

I nod. "Isabella."

He looks at Katy.

She kisses his cheek.

"So what's with everyone having animals?" I ask, looking at their animals in their laps or on their shoulders.

"It's a familiar thing." Katy said looking at me.

I look confused.

"Don't you have one?" Morgan asks, looking at me with a evil grin.

I groan. 'Bitch' "The only animal I have is my dog Max."

"How boring." Morgan laughs.

Cole shook his head. "Max is a awesome dog. He loves Izzy and me." He looks at me in the side window.

'Thanks..' I smile at him. I met my eyes with Morgan. 'I hate you..'

"Hey! Why don't we help find Max?" Katy suggested.

I look at her. "You would really help me?"

She nods. "Why not? He doesn't bite does he?"

I laugh. "Only if you have food and tease him with it."

She laughs.

"Fine. As long as it doesn't take long." Morgan groans.

"Yay!" Katy smiles. "So when's the last time you saw him?"

"Well me and Cole both saw him at my house. But..." I start to remember how Max left. "he just was gone..." I sigh.

She pats my shoulder. "I promise we'll find him"

I then remember the shadow person. 'What did he want from me? Why was he tormenting me through Cole?' I groan.

'Maybe it's because you have powers?' A voice says inside my head as it echoed.

I freeze. 'What the hell?'

'Sorry. I'll leave..'

I look out the window. 'Who are you?'

The voice laughs. 'I'm sorry. It's me. Katy.'

My eye's widen and I look at her.

She smiles.

'Really?' I am stunned.

She nods. 'I'm sorry I didn't say anything earlier but I couldn't help it. I know you don't know what the heck is happening. But I promise you will soon know'

I nod. 'Well thanks? I mean I would be freaked out but I was attacked by a shadow person through Cole and was killed and brought back to life and plus my leg healed very quickly so it wouldn't surprise me that something else happened.'

She laughs. 'Well I'm sorry you died but I know why you heal fast'

I smile. "Really?" I say out loud.

Everyone else, but Katy, look at me.

I laugh nervously.

Katy giggles. "Don't worry. I'm just talking to her."

"Wait! They know?" I ask confused.

"Well duh." Morgan looks at me.

I look at Cole. 'Wow...he didn't tell me..even when he knew..'

"We all can do something special!" Katy buts in.

"Like what?" I start to get excited.

"Well I can read minds/talk to you, Brandon is like super strong. Morgan can stop time when she wants and Cole and see into the future." Katy smiles.

"Wow.." I sit back. 'Who knew? All of us had things like this...' I look at Cole. "So he can see into the future?"

"Only when I need to." He adds.

"What about me?" I smiled big. 'I want to know my power!'

"Well you-" Katy was about to say when Morgan interrupts her.

"You have healing power. Promise when we have a boo boo we will call you" She winks at me.

I growl. "You know what?"

"Hey why don't we go look for Max!" Katy yells.

I sigh. 'Right. I don't need this..this whatever she is to get me like this. I need to focus on Max.' "I'll search for him on foot." I go to my door handle.

"But your leg." Cole looks at me worried.

"I'll be fine." I say about to open the door when we all hear a loud bark.

We look at each other and than everyone looks at me.

"Max.." I quickly open the door and get out. My leg was still meh but I knew I had to find him. "MAX!" I yell. "MAX WHERE ARE YOU?"

A bark is heard down a few house. "Max!" I run, sort of, down the street. I hear another bark next to me when I pass a house. "Max.." I stop and look at the house. I than see smoke coming from the back of it. "Max!" I run to the back yard. My heart stops and so do my feet. I see a creator on the ground. "Max..." I slowly walk to it. I see fur and a collar. I knew it was him. "MAX!" I go to him. "No..no" I pick him up. He was still breathing. "Come on.." I rub his head. "Don't go.."

"Use your powers..."

I look around. "Whose there?"

"Izzy...you need to heal me.."

I soon realize where the voice was coming from. I look down at Max. I swallow hard. "Max?"

His mouth moves with the words. "Heal me...I need to help you.."

I look at him confused.

"Izzy I don't have much time.."

I nod. 'Even though I had no idea what the heck was going on I still needed to help him. After all he was my dog.' I lay him back down. "How...how do I?"

"Put your hands over me. Over my belly. Than close your eyes..."

I do as he asks. "What now?"

"I need you to think of something nice.."

I nod. "Okay.."

"IZZY!" I hear Cole yell. I ignore him. "Like this?"

"Yeah.."

Suddenly, out of no where I get tackled.

"Get off!" I yell and kick.

"IZZY!" Cole holds my legs and arms down. He looks down at me.

"Cole? Are you crazy? I was-"

"Was about to do what? Heal that thing?" He points to Max.

"But it's-" I look at where Max was and see a figure. My eye's widen. It was a tall shadow like figure.

It smiles at me.

I swallow hard.

"You were about to get hurt. Badly.." He helps me up.

I study the shadow. "Who...what are you?"

It smiles. "You met me yesterday...in your closet."

I get chills down my body. 'It was the thing looking at me in my room.' "You.."

It laughs.

Morgan and everyone else appear. They see us and than the shadow.

Cole clutches his fists. "I got this.."

I grab his arm. "No..remember.." I look at the shadow. "It'll only possess you.." I met eyes with it. 'I wanted to face this shadow.' I stand in front of Cole. 'It almost made me think it was Max. Heck it could of hurt him.'

"Oh the little girl thinks she can fight me?" It laughs.

'I'm tired of running. It's time to teach this thing a lesson!' I clutch my fists. "I'm not afraid of you.."
