“Candidates for the Tournament 2”

In the fort of the Athena a meeting was once again held a discussion not for the Core or the CODEX, or anything, this time it's all about the upcoming tournament. However, Arisha nor Kevin, nor Sophie wasn't in the table since it was just a tournament nothing big.

"so what should it be?" says the man wearing glasses thin and in old age but still on the fight.

"have the datas all been processed" says the woman wearing glasses who is in her thirties

A hologram screen tab appeared showing all the people who are going to be the participant of the event. There were two man one of which was Rey and the other was Gil. Tho the other two, Yamato and Krestof didn't make it to the qualification. And by far there are 24 females mostly joining the participant. Yet somehow the Athena associates want to add someone, for they were still mystified by the beholder of the 'Core' they wanted to see it in action if the 'Core' truly is a symbol of power greater than the Athena.

"I see… well then shall we continue" the other man said crossing his arm.

An assistance fiddle with the hologram swiping and pressing the buttons thin air. Arranging the candidates and their opponents through their status, their energy power, their fire power etc.

A picture of Arishok appear on the semifinals they wanted to savior the best for him to face as they laugh in their jokes.

"this will do…" says the fat man who always get in an argument with Kevin.

After their brief meeting they all went scattered leaving the room in silence once more. As morning pass Arisha awakes in early morning feeling energetic. As always in her morning routine preparing breakfast for herself etc.

And once in her office she immediately begun to ask the report from the last night discussion with the Athena associate.

After receiving the report files, she immediately internalizing the information after seeing Arishoks face Arisha frowns.

"I would like to have a meeting with the associates immediately!" calling all of the people from their past meeting.

Inside where the meeting was held you could hear the murmuring the anxiously of every person sitting in the round table. Then the door opens sideways revealing Arisha and Sophie barge in, raging and anger.

"What is the meaning of this" says Arisha showing them the report documents.

"I didn't allow or permit this man to meddle with the tournament" Arisha said. She was serious in keeping the secrecy from the students, even Kevin warns her not to engage him relating into any combat.

Sophie could do was silent observing the outcome she was more into dabbling with science than settling with political affairs.

"Miss Arisha its true that outsiders should not be mix with our own thing but… but we still don't know what the so called Core holds even if we have vague information from him" says the man well-built and seems to be in healthy condition.

"that's right, that's right we should use this event to collect more data on him, we may not know what it hides" the fat man says supporting the other man's reason trying to persuade Arisha.

After uttering their reasons Arisha seems to gain her composure what they saying might be true since Kevin holds a lot of secrets, his way of optimism and intimidating is unpredictable, untrusting.

Arisha begun to hold her chin thinking, "Sophie what do you think"

"don't know madam Arisha but it might as well give us some more intel regarding this technology" Sophie said.

"I see then… well then I let this matter pass" Arisha says hesitating, she was warned, heeded by Kevin not to let Arishok engage through the tournament. Warned that the 'Core' is still it's under development with the human body. And anytime the 'Core', it will engage into any threats if Arishoks body is threaten, if its host is being damage even the slightest for what Kevin saw was even more horrifying than what the Athena organization could imagine.

After saying Arisha and Sophie stood hastily leaving the room leaving the associates meddle with their affairs.

"are you sure about this" Sophie says following Arisha from behind.

Still silent

"should we inform Kevin about this" said Sophie

"we still don't know much about the 'Core' or if Kevin, telling a truth or a lie" Arisha says.

While not informing, Kevin already came prepared for this. He places an invisible micro bug that he and Arishok develop unreadable, undetectable to any. Transferring what they recently discussed through some phone.

"good grief… where the hell is that man!" Kevin said exclaiming through the laboratory patiently waiting for Arishok.

At Kevins house it was already pass 9:00 o'clock but somewhat Arishok is fiddling with something. As if giving, transferring some energy to some piece of item. It transmogrification into something changing into different types of things.

"what should it be?"

"a ring… nahhh… a headband, bad"

Then Arishok notice something a bracelet lying in the table, he smiled

"switching transmogrification mode" says the robotic alien voice.

My hand burst into energy strings brightens, you can see a blue like mist emits from my hand traveling. To my left hand a bracelet and through my right an alien technology not know to this world, it illuminates in purple blue color like LED, it shapes in oval like.

"transmogrification merging"

The bracelet and the alien item engulfs in blue misty clouds raising them both as it slowly contrasts them, fusing them to one item.

"60%, 70%, 80%, 90%... 100%... fusing complete" upon finally merging the two items into one it burst and drops. Still seeing an electricity traveling at every surface of the bracelet.

"this might do" I said

It was still weekends and I can hear Nira doing some households to think. I went down seeing Nira cooking for something, slowly I walk towards her holding the bracelet.

"can I have a moment" I said staring her in the eyes

"what is it big brother Arishok" she says

My body cracks, "you know what you can just call me Arishok, but it doesn't matter" bringing out the bracelet that I've been hiding, "will you make a promise" I say showing her the bracelet fused with alien tech.

"what is this big brother"

"well it's for you"

It was my sister's bracelet that she once gave to me, adorn with gems and other thing. I had to remove it due to my body that can melt the bracelet when the Core was unstable. Luckily the clothe was made fused with alien strings that can withstand great energy.

I can see that Nira was woe by the beauty of the bracelet.

"is… is this"

"yep, it's my gift"

Slowly I handed to her hand as she dazedly gazing at the gems and its beautiful carved design. Tho there's only one problem…

"big brother Arishok… it won't fit"

"really?" I say as I put my hands into the bracelet hiding, covering the bracelet as I scale down the size. What can I say my body was different it can transmogrification, it has the nanotechnology etc. some of which I don't know.

Soon as I uncover the bracelet it finally fitted to her wrist. The gem burst and sparkle in just a seconds.
