Xiao Hei's Revenge , Exterminating A Small Mercenary Group(1)

After killing the 1-star Dou Shi realm practitioner Hao Shen did not relax and rushed toward his second target , it was the 6-star Dou Zhe realm practitioner , Hao Shen shouldn't have any problem while dealing with someone with this type of strength but he didn't dare to relax his focus because nobody can predict the result of a fight before the fight had come to an end.

Hao Shen was not an arrogant person because he knew that his strength was nothing special in this world were some people could control the existence of the whole population of the continent with only a bit of strength.

Hao Shen knew that before he reached the Dou Zun realm he would still be considered a nobody in the eyes of the truly powerful ones and even then they would still see him as an ant , the sole thing he could do to surpass these people was to never stop training and one day he would finally stand equal to the powerful people in the world and then he would surpass them all and become the first person in the last thousand years to ascend to The Great Thousands Worlds situated above the Little World he was actually in.

Hao Shen was quickly aproaching from the 6-star Dou Zhe realm practitioner , when he arrived at a spot where he could see the man , he saw him searching carefully his surrounding , it seemed that this guy was quite careful.

Hao Shen began thinking about how to avoid an head on fight with him but it seemed impossible as the guy was curently inspecting a big plain with no hiding spot.

Hao Shen then decided to come out and take him head on.

Hao Shen rushed towards the man without stopping and placed his hand on the handle of his sword.

The Dou Zhe practitioner suddenly turned around with a surprised expression and a hint of fear but when he saw that Hao Shen was only a 5-star Dou Zhe realm practitioner and that he looked very young his fear disapeared and was quickly replaced by a small grin.

"Brat I don't know why you are attacking me but this daddy won't let you flee now that you have attacked me I'll kill you!!" The Dou Zhe practitioner took out his saber from its scabbard and slashed out a wave of Dou Qi toward Hao Shen.

'This guy seems to have some good perception to be able to detect me while I was using the Thousand Step Whirlwind , I should stay focused.'

Hao Shen avoided the saber slash and slashed out with his sword without using Sword Light as it was still quite taxing to use with his current cultivation.

The Five Sword Slash collided with the saber of the mercenary and the power behind the strikes made the mercenary take five step back.

"How , How is this possible you are a 5-star Dou Zhe realm practitioner , how could you be stronger than me!!" The hint of fear that had disapeared before emerged from the guy eyes once more.

"You dared to attack Xiao Hei so you should just die."

That was the sole thing that Hao Shen said before slashing out once more with his sword.

"You can't kill me , my boss is a Dou Shi , he also is in the forest and he will kill you if you touch me."

said the mercenary cowardly.

Hao Shen then understood that this guy was not overly prudent , he was just a spinless coward and thus he was not a worthy opponent of his.

After tens of strikes were exchanged Hao Shen Sword cut through the guy throat and the head of the mercenary flew in the air leaving only an headless body on the ground.

Hao Shen took the Storage Ring of the guy and burned his body and head to ash with his Dou Qi Flame.

Hao Shen then rushed towards the weakest member , it was the 2-star Dou Zhe realm practitioner.

While rushing there , Hao Shen heard a small sound coming his way and saw Xiao Hei who seemed to have recuperated his energy and seemed to want to avenge himself , the person sole person with a bow was one of the two 4-star Dou Zhe practitoner so Hao Shen would let Xiao Hei fight him while he fighted the other.

After some time they saw the weakest member of the small mercenary group , he was alone searching aimlessly among the bushes and the trees.

Xiao Hei seemed to want to fight so Hao Shen gave him the permission but he still focused his soul strength on their surrounding to avoid another surprise attack.

When Hao Shen made sure there was no one in the surrounding he allowed Xiao Hei to attack the mercenary.

Xiao Hei was a Low Level Rank 1 Magical Beast but thanks to his double affinity he could fight Magical Beast an practitioner one level above him it was to say he could fight practitioner of the 6-star Dou Zhe realm at most , the one before him was just a 1-star Dou Zhe realm practitioner so he was confident to be able to crush him in one hit.

Xiao Hei used Lightning Dou Qi to boost his speed and covered himself in a Dark Purple Flame Cloak and rushed towards the mercenary , this Dark Purple Flame Cloak was an abillity that came from Xiao Hei's memory , it was derrived from one of the Desolation Raven Skills and was very powerful , it very hot and could melt an ordinary metal like it was nothing.

The mercenary didn't have time to react when Xiao Hei beak passed through his body followed by Xiao Hei's body creating a hole inside of the weak mercenary body.

After Hao Shen took the Storage Ring of the mercenary they began to go towards the remaining two mercenary.

While on running towards the last two guys , Hao Shen began to think about Xiao Hei's Father and Mother , his mother was obviously a Peak Level Rank 2 Magical Beast and seemed very close to have a breakthrough to the Rank 3 , this lineage of the Night Raven could allow them to go up to Rank 5 , never had anyone seen one who was stronger than that but as for Xiao Hei's Father , Hao Shen could only speculate as he had never seen it.

Firstly it was probably a Lightning Type Magical Beast and should be able to fuse it's gene with the gene of the Desolation Raven because it had mutated them , so it should also have a strong bloodline or it was like the Night Raven having a hint of Rank 7 or higher Magical Beast in its bloodline.

It had to be know that a Rank 6 Magical Beast was able to take human form so once a Magical Beast surpassed this level , it was quite rare for them to mate with other Magical Beast under their own level.

So Xiao Hei's father probably wasn't on of them , it should be a Magical Beast from the Inner Region of the Magical Beast Mountain Range so based on what he knew Hao Shen found two beast that could have given birth to Xiao Hei , they were the Rank 5 Giant Lightning Eagle and the Rank 4 Lightning Crow , the two of them satisfied the criteria to be Xiao Hei's father , there was only one Giant Lightning Eagle and one Lightning Crow in the Magical Beast Mountain Range.

The Giant Lightning Eagle possessed a bloodline that could help him evolve in the King Lightning Eagle , the King Lightning Eagle was a Rank 8 Magical Beast so basically a Dou Zun realm practitioner , as for the Lightning Crow , it was a very rare specy and it was said that in the Dou Qi continent there was only a hundred of them , their rarity was due to the fact that they supposedly possessed the Bloodline of the High Level Rank 10 Magical Beast the Divine Sun Golden Crow so they were hunted to make experiment out of them.

'With my Divine Plot Armor Xiao Hei's father should be a Lightning Crow but I don't care too much as even if his potential was limited to Rank 5 I would still be able to bring him to the Peak Level Rank 10 and make him ascend to the Dou Di realm with me.
