After the door closed, Min-soo turned to Hyun-woo and asked, "So, what do you think?"

"Just as his profile says. Honest, loyal and confident." Hyun-woo answered.

"Say, did Hyun-jung manage to convince her friend to join us?"

"Yes, she did. But she did have a strange request. She wanted two months of pay in advance. I have yet to ask Hyun-jung yet, but I assume her friend is in some financial trouble. Let me get the file from my desk." Hyun-woo quickly returned with some folders and handed them over to Min-soo.

"The top one is on the choreographer, I believe her name is Chung Yoon-ji, 26 years old. She has worked with a few Western artists overseas and has quite a following online as well. Currently working at School of Performing Arts Seoul as a teacher. Looking at her past experience I am sure she has been actively looking to go beyond teaching and is currently trying to find something more challenging than teaching. As for the other files, they are the other recruits that HR manager Hong Hyeon-sang recommends to fill the gaps in the company." Hyun-woo reported.

Min-soo read the file on Yoon-ji and saw that it was quite impressive, and it lived up to her star student status. However, he frowned a little upon seeing that unusual request to have him pay her two months of salary in advance as a precondition to her joining.

It was not really a problem for Min-soo to do so. However, he was mildly curious as to why she would request such a thing. Obviously, it was because she needed money, but for what? He could not help but ask, "What do you think she needs the money for?"

"It is probably best to ask Hyun-jung or even Miss Chung directly." Hyun-woo wisely responded.

"Perhaps. I will sign off on it now. Do keep me in the loop, yeah?" Min-soo signed the file and gave his permission for Hyun-jung to action this item, he would keep an eye out for her, but he would not act unless Chung Yoon-ji asked him for it. After all, being too nosy was never a good thing for a boss. In his books, being aware of it was enough, at least for something as seemingly minor as this.

"Also make sure Uncle Sun is aware of this as well, in case he already isn't." Min-soo added.

Min-soo then picked up the other folders and read through the other recommendations and approved those as well. They included a few people to help out Hyun-jung and Hyeon-sang to beef up their departments and get it running smoothly, as well as a couple other background staff. In fact, some of these did not really warrant his attention, however, since the company was still fairly new, he assumed Uncle Sun wanted him to have some more experience and get to know the inner workings of a company better.

That way in the future, when the company became larger, he could at least have faith in those on the front lines and have some understanding of what they actually did.

Now that he had solved the issue of security and now had a producer, Bang Si-hyuk and even a choreographer in Chung Yoon-ji, he was still missing a vocal teacher. After all, Min-soo did not want to create a group of pretty faces, all style and no substance. What he wanted was an all-star talented group, that would eventually be able to function interdependently with the company.

Only in such a case would they be able to handle the pressures of being at the top, not just nationally or in Asia, but globally. After all, his end goal was to recreate and hopefully go beyond the worldwide success of his past life.

As for where he could find a talented vocal artist, he decided to ask Hyun-woo to do some research. Hyun-woo nodded, gathered up the files and left Min-soo's office to carry out his assigned tasks.

Min-soo sat back in his chair and pondered over Yoon-ji's situation for a little longer, before he turned back to dealing with other smaller issues that had cropped up in the company.

The days passed in relative peace, as Min-soo spent his days at the company and learned the in's and out's from Uncle Sun. The day of Ji-eun's birthday soon came and the heiresses and chaebol son's were all excited for the event of the year. At least those that had been invited.

It was to be held in the countryside, a few kilometres outside of Sejong City. Naturally, this was because it was the location of the Lee family home. Lee Ji-eun's family had only in the past few decades risen to prominence, in fact, her Grandfather was originally a farmer and owned a sizeable tract of land outside of Sejong City, long before it's development.

However, as Korea began to rapidly modernise and open up to the rest of the world, her Grandfather saw an opportunity in logistics and started his own business. Fast forward a few decades and they had indisputably become the Logistic Kings of the country. Ships, trucks, railways and planes, so long as it could move goods, they had a stake in it.

Even so, they were not that well known to the public, in fact, they were famously reclusive. Only those that were in the socialite circles even knew they existed. But no one dared to disrespect them, after all, if they got into their bad books, who else would dare to deliver a rich heiress' Dead Sea mud facemask, to them from overseas. Unless of course, said rich heiress went and got it herself.

Then again, these were simply the stories the socialites liked to gossip and exaggerate about. As for whether the Lee family could go to this extent, no one knew for sure.

So reclusive was this Lee family, that most people only knew there was even a Young Miss, upon receiving an invitation for her 18th birthday. Such were their profiles hidden. From humble roots they rose and so they chose to remain low-profile.

Min-soo had a little trouble deciding what he should gift her. In the end he decided on something simple. A handcrafted guitar, with her name engraved on it. Hyun-woo had raised an eyebrow when Min-soo made the decision but he said no more and personally went out to purchase it.

He was a little nervous as to how she would react and whether she would like it or not. He did not even know why he chose to give her this as a gift. It was on pure gut feeling and impulse.

Only time would tell whether he made a good decision or not.
