Secretary Andy asked Sky, "Miss. Sky, why do you come here often? What is so special about this place?" 

Sky looked at him and asked unemotionally, "Are you asking as a secretary or as... as an old friend?"

Andy hesitated for a movement and answered, "A... A friend." and he looked forward to listening to her.
 
After a minute of silence, "A few years back I came here with a guy, I was so happy to be with him here, I miss those laughter and smiles. Just standing beside him, and accompanying him was making me happiest and cheerful. I liked spending time with him. Was I too greedy?" She looked at him with an expectant look. 

Andy never expected Sky to be emotional. He tried to analyze what she said and he was dumbfounded by his thought. 
'Was.. was it me?' He doesn't want to consider it. 

Excerpt:

"Sky! Come here!" Arlo waved his hand to call her near controlling his surge of anger. 

Sky frantically shook her head and removed her heels seeing him coming towards her. 

He breathed out through his mouth slowly and asked patiently, "Who told you that I'm..." He gritted his teeth before saying, "Gay." 

'I will make sure that person regrets all his life.' He thought to himself and looked at Sky. 

She climbed on the bed and moved towards another end of the room as she replied, "Didn't Dad say it in front of you about you and Ray?" 

It was a bombshell to his poor heart. He stared at her in disbelief. 

She was holding her heels and looked at him in horror. 
'This dumb woman thought of me as gay from day one.' He was bewildered at his thought. 

"Sky! Let's sit and talk. Come here." Arlo called again, patiently. 
Sky shook her head hysterically, "I would have never allowed you in my room if I knew you are bis..." 

He didn't let her finish and grunted "Sky!"

Jai ran out which shook George and he was angered. He caught him and beat mercilessly saying he would send him to boarding school far away, he would abandon him and similar things.

George knew well Sky always listened to Jai and would really leave if Jai says. But it only increased the fury of Jai and he started spout nonsense.

Sky who heard the commotion downstairs from her room while cleaning ran downstairs and saw George beating Jai. She yelled at the top of her lungs as she ran towards Jai. "Dad! Don't hit Brother Jai"

She repeated and went between Jai and George. She got few hits which were directed at Jai. The latter pushed her mercilessly saying, "This is all because of you, you are not my little sister. You are..."

George flung a stool at him in anger to stop him. But Sky who was on the floor got up and covered Jai. George couldn't stop himself in time and the wooden stool broke on Sky's back.
