"Rage team come in. Striker, Tanker. Does anyone receive over?!?" Alex yelled into the radio as the other members slowly walk into the room.

"Whats going on Alex? You rarely get this worked up" Analysis lead Mason yawned as he asked him.

"Whats going on is Rage team sent a transmission saying that they have spotted a settlement on a large continent and where asking for more instructions. As I was responding, the transmission broke off. There's another thing, the location beacon of both jets are now stuck in place. The system says that the jets are still intact but at this point my gut tells me that something has engaged and downed the two of them"

"Shit." Mason muttered under his breath.

"Get ready and dress for combat, help Chenus get into her suit and meet up at the LRAWACS."

Alex turned and rushed over to a panel and connected to the carrier mainframe.

"This is Intel Lead Alex to Flight master Piff, Operations officer Paulina, and Admiral Vardan. Lost contact with LDSG Rage team. Requesting abort of all operations and begin emergency operation to reestablish contact and possible emergency extraction."

In the Bridge, Admiral Vardan leaped up from his seat and responded to Alex.

"Understood Alex, Take your team and board the LRAWACS. Piff, assign an escort and rescue team to the LRAWACS and raise the alert phase to Green-Yellow. Paulina get med bay ready and order all other recon teams to return to the ship at once."

All the officers in the bridge saluted to Vardan before bolting to their respective stations. Piff connected to the PA system while Paulina notified the med bay to get ready and receive patients.

"General stations General stations. Alert phase has been lifted to Green-Yellow. I repeat alert phase has been lifted to Green-Yellow, standby. Flight crew, arm Sloth team and Pain squadron for deployment, fuel Squall and Avrial support craft and ensure they are ready for take off. Maximum fuel load. Switch armament for multi-role combat. Pilots ready up, there is no time to meet for a briefing, We'll do it once you are all in the air."

As the instructions are given, personnel scrambled in something that could only be described as controlled chaos. Six small and two large crafts were towed onto elevators to be sent above deck to be launched.

The six small crafts are Z-142 multi-role fighter jets. These jets are a jack of all trades master of none type craft, capable of engaging air, ground, and sea based targets as well as equipping beyond earth ordnance should the need arise.

Following these jets are the BO-474 LRAWACS and the Z-S5 support jet. The BO-474 is a long range aerial command center, having the capabilities to conduct scans of all sort, conduct electronic warfare, and deploy strategic class ordnance.

And finally are the Z-S5 support jet, capable of Vertical Takeoff and Landing(VTOL). The goal of these jets were large carry weight. The primary use of these jets were the distribution of disaster relief supplies, but in war time situations that require long deployments of ground units. It can be refitted to become capable of deploying a full Heavy Mechanized Infantry squad and still have extra room for 3 more Assault Squads all at full combat load.

The elevator came to a stop several floors below the deck a letting the pilots and crew members enter their jets, and resuming the ascent to the top. Atop the carrier were many automated launch catapults that could shift its launch elevation. Giving the carrier the capability to launch 16 jets at once. At full wartime deployment, the carrier could launch a total of 48 jets per minute with a total hanger space containing 503 aircraft.

Without any delay, the eight jets were soon launched into the air with the destination set as the point of last contact with Rage team. As the jets entered super sonic a transmission was received containing the briefing of the rapid deployment.

"10 minutes ago, we received a transmission from Rage team, this transmission stated that they have found the existence of a settlement of intelligent life and were asking if there were any extra instructions to follow. It was at this point that contact was lost and their location beacons stopped moving.

"Sloth team, Pain squadron, escort support craft Avrial and LRWACS Squall 50 km away from point Grey. Detatch from escort posistion and fly ahead and assess the situation. If there are no contacts, go ahead with plan A, which is to have Squall condct deep scans and Avrial to start searching for wrecks, Sloth team will help search for the wreckage as well as protecting Avrial and Pain squadron is to escort Squall as it conducts its scans.

"If there is hostile contact follow plan B, Engage and eliminate the hostile target, if its too much, retreat and radio for backup, At that point, Ace Temper along with a detachment of a full flight battalion will be on route to point Grey. They will follow in and help engage and eliminate all hostile units.

"For both plans, Ace Temper and the Battalion will conduct out rotation patrol for further points of interest once all operations have been completed.

"And the contingency for the event that all units have to retreat, we will conduct stealth search and rescue during the night and once all personal have been rescued, we will deploy strategic class ordnance from the carrier and level the entire area. From this point on, Squall has full command of the operation. Udachi"

(Writer's note: TIL that Udachi is Russian for good luck... huh... I don't know what to do with this information. I don't think that it's even a word in Japanese.)
