First Formal Greeting

After my meal, I watched some television shows while catching up on social media. Great, I've got quite a few friend requests. I accepted all of them thinking that it was my chance to start to get to know some fellow freshmen or seniors. As I continued scrolling, I find a name I don't really want to mention. 'Rose Sanchez'. Although I was hesitant, I accepted her friend request as a form of etiquette. I'm not curious nor interested at all. I mean it.

I checked her profile to see what kind of a person she is, and I found that she was 'normal' and 'average', except for the headlocking thing. As I scrolled through her timeline, I noticed that she doesn't have any photos when she was young. She recently created the account so she did not have any high school pictures either, at least on her wall.

"Oops, it's almost twelve. I gotta sleep so I can stay awake during my long classes." I went to my bedroom and got myself a good five-hour nap. I woke up at 5:00 pm sharp to the sound of my loud alarm. I get up, fix my face up, pick out some nice clothes and hung them by the bathroom door. I took a shower in order to freshen up again. I don't want to look all grumpy and appear with a swollen face on my first class.

When I came on campus, it was very cool. The night breeze blew and I got shivers down my spine. "Brrrr! It's so cold at night. I hope I won't have to experience this for the entire year. What's wrong with the campus though? It looks and feels a bit eerie and suspicious."

When I finally reached the classroom, I have never been that scared in my entire life. Right across me, sitting casually while reading a book and holding a pen, I imagine the scenario to have been different. In my imagination, she holds a knife and slaughters people whom she had hidden around the room. But one thing is for sure for both my imagination and the reality, "I am absolutely in danger".

It's miss psychopath. The thought and memory of me checking her schedule and seeing that she got late-night classes too suddenly popped up in my head. I tried to sit as far away as I could while wondering why we are the only ones in the room.

The professor came in and said, "Classes are suspended for the day. The school has to deal with some technical issues." Alright, off I go. As I headed for the door, she suddenly grabbed my wrist and whispered, "Can we talk?"
